15/03/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Carrera, and I must say it was a truly special evening. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your dinner in peace. We started with the "Fantasia di Mare all'Antica Carrera" appetizer, truly rich and prepared with great care. Everything was fresh and well-balanced in flavor. The buffalo mozzarella with calamari and drops of pesto was also very interesting, an original combination that perfectly blends sea and land. Among the dishes that impressed me most was the seared salmon steak with mango coulis and Cyprus black salt: perfectly cooked, delicate flavors, and a truly pleasant balance thanks to the fresh note of the mango. To conclude, we tried the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries and the tiramisu, both excellent, light, and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a good wine that made the dinner even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Massimo, who clearly puts passion, care, and attention to every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations on his work: creating a place where quality, hospitality, and professionalism meet is no given. Thanks also to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. 19/07/2025: Quando varchi l'ingresso della pizzeria di Ciro Astarita ti senti a casa. Per il calore con cui Ciro ti accoglie e per l'atmosfera che si respira nel locale. Un impasto ben lievitato, un ottimo equilibrio tra gli ingredienti, il profumo del basilico. L'arte della pizza si affina con l'esperienza e il sacrificio e Astarita la esprime con un'eccellente interpretazione.

02/05/2026: Today my husband and I had lunch at this restaurant, and we were very satisfied. The food was good, except for the mussels and clams that were in the appetizer, which were flavorless. The atmosphere is very nice, but they should add some outdoor seating. We'll definitely be back.

20/12/2025: Divina Giulia is a gastronomic experience, a journey through flavors and top-quality ingredients. We relied on chef and owner Lazzaro, who served us a menu without appetizers, allowing us to experience a mountain journey consisting of: 3 first courses (ravioli with braised beef in Barolo wine and piennolo tomatoes [a homemade ravioli of the highest quality], candles Genovese [a dish that tells a story, requiring a very long preparation and its flavor was sublime], fusillo and Neapolitan pasta with wild boar [a difficult animal for many, but not for Lazzaro, who was able to render it delicate and intense at the same time]. We then continued with 3 second courses (baby lamb and baked potatoes [meat that melted in the mouth], tagliata [outstanding and tender], Tuscan stracotto [it was my first time, but it tasted good, decisive, and I will not soon forget it]. To conclude, desserts that leave a beautiful memory of a unique lunch (babà with cream, "sweet" dark chocolate tartlets). and also pistachio, and finally Sicilian cannoli) the desserts, like the ravioli, are homemade. We drank the Capricci rosé wine, a line owned and created by Lazzaro (magnificent), as well as his amaro. What else is there to say??? Simply THANK YOU for letting us feel your passion in every single dish, moment, and ingredient!!!! PS. I'm posting the only photo I took because I don't like photographing food, but I love experiencing it!!!

The dishes were delicious and plentiful, hot, and all served at the same time. The restaurant is spacious and perfect for hosting large groups. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: Wine bar and trattoria, where the food, mostly meat, is honest and the drinks are even better. In a place where most restaurants offer fish, this place has made the right choice: focusing on meat, also offering a tempting selection of vegetables and soups that even vegetarians won't feel embarrassed. The cuisine is based on tradition, respect for raw ingredients, and precision in cooking, with meticulous attention to detail in the grill dedicated to tagliata, ribs, and T-bone steaks, offering a truly interesting selection. The traditional dishes of rabbit and guinea fowl cacciatore are also excellent. As for the wine? The selection is more than convincing, with reds taking center stage. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the wait staff, including the sommelier, are professional and courteous. Perfect value for money.

20/09/2025: If you are ever passing through Fondi or simply staying in the town, I strongly suggest that you taste Fondi's best gelato store. Amazing frozen yogurt and the kindest staff ever!! If I could rate this 6 stars, I would 🤩!! The atmosphere is absolutely fun and friendly.
