28/12/2025: Pizzeria Fogliano ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality and rare professionalism! We visited Pizzeria Fogliano and had a flawless experience. Food and Pizza: The pizza is exactly to our taste: light, digestible dough, and top-quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure; you can tell there's a lot of thought behind the ingredients. Dining Room Management: Absolutely commendable service. The staff was masterful in neutralizing the disturbance caused by a group of truly unbearable kids. They handled the situation with admirable class and determination, allowing us to enjoy our dinner despite the chaos that had ensued. In short: An excellent place where professionalism reigns supreme. If we really had to express one wish, it would be to return very soon to enjoy their pizza again... but let's hope those groups of rude kids never show up again! Congratulations to the entire team. 09/01/2026: One of the best rotisserie restaurants in the area, hands down. The pulled pork sandwiches are simply out of this world: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully balanced with sauces and always-fresh bread. Every bite is an explosion of flavor, never heavy, never cloying. Generous portions, fair prices, and a friendly, fast staff complete an experience that makes you want to return immediately. Definitely a must-go!

14/12/2025: I ordered a chicken with 2 portions of baked potatoes for 7:30 pm... arrived 7 minutes early and found the bag already ready... I paid... 5 minutes to get home... the potatoes were frozen to say the least, really cold to chew and the chicken was lukewarm... it all seemed cooked at least 2 hours before... the quality of the products was good, shame they were really from the fridge they seemed....

09/02/2026: Excellent pizzas, well-topped with always fresh ingredients. The staff isn't always friendly, except for Giorgia, who never goes out of her way, but is always kind, polite, and available to answer any questions.

14/08/2025: Food was not as good as previous visits and found a little expensive this time. I feel establishments are allowed "Hit & Miss" occasions. We visit every time we go to Italy each year and we will be back next year as it is a favorite. A little cold outside sonate indoors this time which is beautiful but takes away from the outdoor atmosphere and view of our home we live so much.

17/08/2025: I found this trattoria by chance on a Saturday evening near the stunning Norba Archaeological Park. Just outside the historic center of Norma, the atmosphere is warm, friendly, and unfussy, typical of an authentic, family-run trattoria. Generous portions and artisanal dishes. Service is fast and attentive to the customer's needs. At the start of the dinner, the staff even offered us bruschetta on their own initiative to cover the (more than reasonable) wait for the appetizer we'd requested. Delicious first courses, authentic flavors, and a more than fair price. We'll definitely be back for the quality, courtesy, and relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home.

23/10/2025: Dirty tables (a damp cloth every now and then doesn't hurt), Campari and Aperol Spritz embarrassing, almost everything tonic, chips and taralli that are months old. Never again, not even for a coffee.
