12/06/2026: I already knew about the place; I've been there a while ago, but it wasn't anything special. I went back a few days ago and was immediately informed that it's under new management, and I must say I was truly surprised. Starting with the quality of the products, the service, and the truly youthful and lively atmosphere in a stunning setting. The owner is also young, friendly, and professionally trained. From the appetizers to the grilled meats to the dessert (ricotta and pear tart with exceptional white chocolate shavings 😋), it was a treat for the palate. Excellent value too! Highly recommend.
12/06/2026: We were passing through and stopped for dinner at the La Pergola restaurant, they informed us of the new management, the chef is also the manager of the place, very young but with experience in the sector, we ate a very special appetizer for 2 but keeping the tradition, I really liked the beef tartare, the Genoese cabbage rolls and the beef meatballs and fritters but the other tastings were also excellent, not to mention the meat, a very tender and tasty Piedmontese and a taste of lamb, side dish of baked potatoes and pan-roasted roasts what can I say I highly recommend it all excellent and courtesy, excellent value for money.
