25/02/2024: I was in your place on a Saturday evening...nice place...but the service is really bad...we waited a good two hours for a pizza with a 3 year old child who fell asleep without dinner as a result of waiting ...not to mention when we ordered a coffee and three bitters brought after 15 minutes...but because we told you otherwise we would be fine, wait even for a simple coffee...you playing and joking and we waiting ...after the beauty of 4 and a half hours we managed to go out....the pizza was pleasant but it was the minimum after 4 hours....we won't be back again

13/03/2024: We were invited by a close relative of ours. I have never eaten so well. I didn't know you could use artichokes in so many ways. And then the artichoke pasta seasoned with a wheel of pecorino, creamed just right. All perfect.

17/02/2024: Bistrot situato in un antico palazzetto, a ridosso di una suggestiva piazzetta in pieno centro storico di Sezze.
Per la sua posizione, si presta bene anche per trascorrere le serate estive all’aperto.
Il locale presenta uno stile moderno ma ha preservato i gradevoli elementi strutturali dell’edificio originario, come gli archi e il solaio ligneo.
L’atmosfera è molto tranquilla, ideale per passare una serata rilassata in coppia o con gli amici.
Menù di tipo classico ma molto sfizioso, con ampia scelta di antipasti, fritti, pasta fresca, pucce…fino alle pinse, tutto ben realizzato,con prodotti della zona, semplici ma freschi e di qualità.
Anche le patate fritte non sono le solite confezionate e surgelate, ma sono preparate da zero e la differenza si assapora.
I taglieri sono molto ricchi e non banali, le pucce sono farcite generosamente.
Ho avuto modo di provare la pinsa, realizzata con un blend di tre farine e lunga lievitazione, ed è stata una delle migliori mai provate, croccante e ben condita.
Servizio ottimo, con Antonio, il proprietario, sempre gentile e disponibile.
17/02/2024: Bistrot located in an ancient building, close to a charming little square in the historic center of Sezze.
Due to its position, it is also well suited for spending summer evenings outdoors.
The restaurant has a modern style but has preserved the pleasant structural elements of the original building, such as the arches and the wooden attic.
The atmosphere is very quiet, ideal for spending a relaxed evening as a couple or with friends.
Classic but very tasty menu, with a wide choice of starters, fried foods, fresh pasta, pucce... up to the pinse, all well made, with local products, simple but fresh and quality.
Even the fried potatoes are not the usual packaged and frozen ones, but are prepared from scratch and you can taste the difference.
The cutting boards are very rich and not banal, the pucce are generously stuffed.
I had the opportunity to try the pinsa, made with a blend of three flours and long leavening, and it was one of the best I've ever tried, crunchy and well seasoned.
Excellent service, with Antonio, the owner, always kind and helpful.

The only and humble piece of advice is a brighter brushstroke of color on the walls of the dining room, perhaps burgundy which matches the color of the tablecloths. ☺️

31/08/2023: During a business trip, we happened to pass by this restaurant with colleagues.
Antonio, the owner and chef, is an exquisite and fantastic person! He welcomed us with great care and satisfied our requests.
Exquisite, local food as per the manual. We tasted the flagship dish, the cacio e pepe, unrivaled!
Congratulations to Antonio and his family!

15/08/2023: €30 for mid-August (and I also want to pay €100) could be ok for the holidays but for a menu like this.....
I come in at 1pm to leave at 3.40pm
Starter three slices of bread and (5g per slice) a slice of capocollo, a slice of bacon, a slice of eurospin mortadella, 10g of pecorino, a 15g cherry mozzarella 5 olives in brine 1 bruschetta with unseasoned tomato, 1 ladle of beans all'uccelletto, a ladle of stewed beans.
After 40 minutes
The first first course that I didn't eat because of my tastes,
After another 40 minutes
the second first meat cannelloni desolately empty.
After another 40 minutes
a plate with a piece of chicken, a piece of lamb and a luganica sausage from the supermarket and a spoonful of peeled potatoes soaked in broth at the same time
After another 40 minutes
last but not least (as written on the menu) a melted sorbet with more alcohol than ice cream.....
Being full does not mean having eaten good food, if I have eaten everything it is only out of politeness, satiety comes from the two and a half hours of waiting for the food and the liter of water drunk.
