03/08/2024: Very nice restaurant in a cozy backyard. Attentive and pleasant staff, who were happy to make suggestions for food and drink. We ordered Gnocchi with ragu, Carbonara and fried beef fillet with baked potatoes. Everything tasted very good. The beef fillet in particular impressed. Juicy, flavorful and very tender. They messed up a bit with the drinks order, but they apologized for this, and we also got a reduced price.

30/04/2024: Ordered steak for me and my wife and hamburger for our kids. Hamburger is apparantly just The meat. No explanation offered. My food came first, with a long wait for The others. Sideorders like fries and vegetables came way later after asking for it twice. Really weird service. Order for dessert was mixed up, probably because of Language problems. Food was good, but really hard to speak english with them. Not a smile in sight. Also, minimum steak size is 300g, wich for many people is way too much.

08/08/2024: Place with outdoor tables in the public square. Very good pizza, mediocre fried food. Accurate and fast service despite the crowds on the summer evening.

04/08/2024: We booked asking for a table outside the canopy due to the heat. Upon our arrival we were greeted by 5 waiters who almost didn't say hello. They put us at the only table under an umbrella and when we asked for another table we were told very rudely that there were no other possibilities. Strangely, there were very few occupied tables, now we understand better why. I have been coming to Sabaudia for more than 40 years and have never seen anything like this, it almost seems like they don't want to work. It's a shame because in previous years the food was quite good even if things have changed since the Tavoletta family is no longer in charge.

21/12/2023: a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Goretti hospital, a very tidy and well-kept environment, small but well organised. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Products of all kinds and of careful quality, from the coffee which is always excellent, I would say that having frequented the area for 3 years I can affirm that it is the best; snacks and sandwiches always fresh and very available to all tastes, choices and health needs. Really honest prices for the average in the area and for the quality of the service and products. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitifs, refills, games, everything is there and the service is attentive and fast, and the smile never fails, which is a detail that makes the difference, like the chocolate and the glass of water with coffee which is an extra treat 😉

18/08/2024: I don't want to dwell on responding to the owner's response regarding a review made by my cousin... regarding the disappointment with how the evening went... starting with the wait despite the reservation!!! Even though it was the middle of summer, and we were 10 people!! THE WAIT WAS EXAGGERATED!!!. I forgot maybe because we took too many different things as dishes???? bah, but maybe people have different tastes?!??? then I continue…. 2, THE FISH COULDN'T BE EATEN! And not because my sister-in-law is from Desenzano!!!! (for those who don't know, fish from the lake doesn't have much flavor compared to that of the sea... but it doesn't stink, it's not dark, and it doesn't taste strange in the mouth!!! )IN FACT THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER REVIEWS REGARDING THE FISH THAT IS NOT GOOD!!.. my celiac nephew only behaved politely in answering the questions that were later asked to him about the dish he had eaten, even if it wasn't what he had asked for!!! But that's okay... anyway I don't want to continue... because I wouldn't finish anymore... I definitely don't recommend it... especially if there are 10 of you... Or more!!!!! And if you are above all a lover of fresh fish or if you are celiac!!!!!..I forgot…. We replied after a while because luckily we have other things to do during the day.. like I don't know about work, family etc etc...but then the red carpet????😂😂but I say but how dare you???? we are common people…. And I assure you that we have a very peaceful life 😂😂... perhaps even too much for having come to you, I repeat, to try to spend an evening in complete tranquility... but apparently it wasn't like that because I'm still here to respond to the rudeness of people who don't know how to admit their mistakes!!! 27/07/2024: Location in the center of Aprilia. It's not the first time I've eaten here. Yesterday was a beautiful evening. We ordered 3 set menus and some à la carte dishes. Excellent roasts served in a jug. Even eaten after a few minutes they remain hot and very tasty. Nothing to say. The choice of bruschettas available is very wide: I personally have a weakness for the one with ventricina from Abruzzo which I highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioned environment and possibility of eating outside. Super recommended for product quality and consistency with how much spent.
