Internal parking (and for those who know the area you know what that means) and then with a nice breeze I ate excellent food on the terrace overlooking the sea!!! Really soft and light frying, really tasty dumplings!!! Fair price!! Service with lots of attention…. I will definitely be back... maybe even stopping for a swim!!!

10/06/2024: The ancient art of homemade pasta is combined with expert gourmet but also "homemade" cuisine in a very welcoming and well-kept environment. The courtesy and kindness of the girls give the finishing touch to our lunch break, making it special every time. The quality/price ratio is definitely EXCELLENT both for the very high level of the raw materials but also for the excellent dishes that are offered. Five stars are more than deserved.

08/08/2024: Nice place, absent service and less than mediocre food. We had to wait almost 2 hours to eat. It had already happened but they had just opened and there could have been a bit of a delay, but not now. Upon learning of the negative review, the waitress did everything she could to avoid it

The service is quick and carried out with friendliness. The layout of the external area was very apt, with a rich variety of plants to enliven and enclose the environment.

12/06/2024: Located in the small village of Fossanova right next to the Abbey. Rustic restaurant but well kept both internally and externally, despite the very heat in the garden it was nice and airy. Good food but the cacio e pepe with truffle disappointed me a lot, too much pepper and very watery. The rest of the first courses, starters and second courses were very good and tasty.

09/06/2024: Excellent restaurant practically "inside" the Fossanova Abbey. Very characteristic inside, beautiful space outside. Excellent quality of products and well presented dishes. Prices not exactly low, but fair if you consider the quality of the raw materials. Perhaps the service is a little slow., But the atmosphere makes the wait pleasant. Overall, the suckling pig was excellent, while the tiramisu was not to my liking. Recommended stop combined with a visit to the abbey.

01/09/2024: Dinner with friends, the spaghetti with clams was tasteless. The frying is nothing special. However, the ideas proposed by the chef in the surprise menu are good. Friendly service. Fairly large internal table area. External tables 2/3 sloping tables a little uncomfortable but that's the pavement of the historic center that is made like this.

01/09/2024: This corner of the world is surprising, near the Castle, where you experience a real atmosphere of other times of trust, tastes and flavours. All very fresh fish and molluscs that in the nearby towns presumptuous snobbish restaurants would charge 150 euros per person, Terracina, Sperlonga, where the Rai half-length figures or Enel presidents go. There's a surprise here. The menu. In France you can choose the Degustation to taste a bit of everything and save money. Here is the only restaurant in Italy that has the Surprise menu where Chef Francesco gives his best. All things considered, it costs less than free choice on the menu. Exceptional every time, it is a challenge won by the Chef who innovates without strange tastes while respecting the 0 km flavor which is now very dear to them. It was all full. Impeccable service. Delightful place. The crazy sum of 30 euros for the not famous menu. It should double or triple like the shopkeepers on the coast do. I've never met them before. Thanks to these innovative gastronomic operations, they are ancient recoveries of values ​​and flavors. And let people understand how lucky they are. For now, thanks. And see you soon.
