09/08/2025: We had dinner on Friday. The location was beautiful, both inside and out. We sat in the lovely garden. The atmosphere was very relaxed, with just the right music and an elegant, no-frills setting. We ate very well, and I also liked the way the dishes were presented. Excellent value. I will definitely be back.

15/08/2025: The food is excellent, with classic seafood dishes made with excellent ingredients and all expertly executed. They also serve pizza. Their shellfish soup is stellar, but you need to order a few days in advance. Excellent value for money.

12/08/2025: We made a terrible impression on a dear friend of mine by taking him to this restaurant, unfortunately, an experience to forget. They were completely disorganized and inattentive, and the quality of the food didn't satisfy us at all. They brought our focaccia only 30 minutes after we asked if bread was included... it arrived with a bland first course that I was forced to send back, not without some annoyance about my taste... then as soon as a table of people arrived for a party, we were completely forgotten. Unsolicited dishes were brought twice, and cutlery was missing... the place is noisy, it was impossible to talk because of the noise... the icing on the cake, when it came to the bill (very expensive for the quality of the food), we were left with a bottle of water that was never brought to the table... In short, a real disaster. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere.

31/08/2025: I'd like to give 10 stars, but I can't. First of all, I'm very hard to please. However, I ate very well at this restaurant. I had octopus and potatoes and a truly exceptional stuffed pasta with scallops. My daughter also ordered a stuffed pasta with polenta and Montasio cheese with calamari sauce. Both entrees were delicious. It was recommended to me, and I was truly amazed by the quality and presentation. The price was reasonable, and you're truly happy to spend it. Highly recommended.

21/06/2025: Short cut Good potatoes Very good parmigiana Too bad about the bad experience with the meat, unfortunately it went a bit too far in conservation... It's not the first time that it happens to me in different places, I've always eaten meat and I know it well. It's not a question of aging or particular flavor of foreign meats, but rather of poorly preserved meat. Strong smell also felt at the next table, the diners at the table turn around and confirm that their meat (different cut) had the same smell and flavor. Obviously, as every time I kindly point it out, we are told that it is the type of meat... basically, the same story everywhere... more cuts of different types had the taste and smell of rotten meat... but oh well, maybe I'm crazy... To be precise, we are talking about the Brazilian cut that was supposed to be accompanied by Palmito... of which not even a shadow... Bread missing... Too bad because the fillet with truffle and the parmigiana are worth it, ruining yourself like this is a shame In the meantime, I'm walking around Gaeta at midnight looking for an open pizzeria after a day of fasting...

21/07/2025: After watching some promotional videos on social media, we decided to book a table for five at this pizzeria. For the sake of transparency, I should point out that I have no food or wine expertise; my assessment is based solely on personal taste and experience. Ambience: Outside, the setting is ordinary: we're in the Piccarello neighborhood, with nearby restaurants, the Palabowling next door, and few options for an evening stroll, except for Piazza Moro, which doesn't offer much. But as soon as you step inside, you completely forget about the outside. The interior is well-kept and welcoming, with a few well-spaced tables to ensure privacy and comfort. The real gem, however, is the outdoor patio: a simple and well-kept garden, elegant without being overbearing, where you immediately feel at ease. Here, too, the space between the tables is generous, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Fried Food: We only ordered the fries: very crispy, truly enjoyable, perhaps a little salty, but still very good. We promise to return to try the other options. Pizza: Truly excellent. A thin but not excessively crispy "wagon wheel" pizza, well-cooked and digestible: it doesn't leave that heavy, bloated feeling. At the table, we tried the Buffalo Mozzarella, the Provola Ham, and the Fiori e Alici: all delicious, with quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors, no one flavor overpowering the others, but a harmonious whole that entices with every bite. You can also choose bases with different flours than the standard ones, an extra touch we appreciated. Service: The real strength of Sporchi di Farina. Upon entry, we were greeted courteously by a young woman who verified our reservation (managed via a convenient app) and introduced us to the owner, who showed us to our table with kindness and a smile. A warm, friendly, and never intrusive welcome. He asked if it was our first time—he obviously already knew—and wished us a pleasant stay, hoping to see each other again soon. Orders and table service were handled promptly, always with attentiveness and helpfulness. I'd like to share an episode that speaks volumes about how they work here: a table near ours had to wait longer than expected for their order. The owner, who oversees every detail in close contact with the staff, noticed, approached them, apologized, and offered them a pizza. Mistakes can happen, but it's how you fix them that makes the difference—and they do it really well here. They also have a loyalty program that awards points based on your spend, with rewards and bonuses. For example, we forgot to report our points at the end of the evening and requested them via WhatsApp the next day: they responded immediately and added the points without even having to insist. Price: Excellent value for money, both for the quality of the pizza and the level of service. In conclusion: Sporchi di Farina is destined to become one of our favorite pizzerias in the city. We'll definitely be back, bringing friends and family. Sincere compliments to the entire staff: well done, keep up the good work. See you soon!

24/08/2025: We were truly disappointed with the experience. After a long wait, the dishes arrived, and we were completely disappointed. A €16 pasta dish: a small portion and a bland flavor, only overpowered by the lemon juice. The €18 fried food was equally disappointing: minimal portions and nothing special in quality. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, making the atmosphere even less pleasant. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it and won't be returning.

01/05/2025: Pessimi, il primo Maggio dopo aver prenotato piu’ di un mese fa, arriviamo davanti al ristorante e lo troviamo chiuso! Non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura e non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, dopo qualche minuto pubblicano una storia su instagram scrivendo che sono chiusi. Il rispetto per le persone e per i clienti e’ la prima cosa. Disorganizzati e maleducati!

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!
