17/03/2026: I've been there several times and I always go back when I want to eat something special, the tasting menus are excellent both in terms of quality and price, the Thursday promotion is not to be missed if you want to eat and also save money, a must try for those who have never been there.

12/03/2026: Excellent location with friendly staff, very expensive, poor, and unsatisfactory food. On a Sunday evening, out of 6 first courses and 6 second courses, there were only 3 left for each. I had to choose a sea bass tartare with questionable vegetables (raw cauliflower and peppers, a terrible combination!), where I found bones and scales from poorly boned fish in the raw fish! I pointed this out to the waitress, who apologized upon her return. I would have preferred it if the Chef or Manager had done it personally! For my second course, I had to order porchettato cod. I've never eaten fish covered in pork, and it was smelly too! And that too with bones! This pairing, too, wasn't brave, but inappropriate, for me, who comes from the excellent restaurants of Anzio and Nettuno! To finish, a licorice bitter that was stale and smelly! All very expensive and without even a discount! Totally rejected!!

03/10/2025: A modern and well-equipped restaurant with a very modern menu. Bring your phone, otherwise, no food. Typically Italian, with a giant TV screen in every corner.

28/09/2025: The pinza must be nice and crunchy, otherwise it's just an oval-shaped pizza. We've been here three or four times now and have noticed that the cooking and toppings of the pinza vary greatly. Although the quality of the ingredients is good, the pinza are sometimes over-seasoned and therefore soft, and other times they're cooked incorrectly. The pinza should be slightly crispy and easier to digest than the pizza, but if you cook it incorrectly, the effect is the complete opposite. The staff is very young and friendly. The menu is on QR code, but I didn't have any phone reception: the waitress was super kind and walked us through the menu... thank you! The location is new and comfortable, very spacious with several working screens. There's a nice parking lot and you can also eat outside where they have tables for customers. Unfortunately, in the summer, there are plenty of mosquitoes both inside and out; it's recommended to bring bug spray.

21/03/2026: A great discovery while passing through Cori. A typical tavern, with hearty and truly delicious traditional dishes. Excellent value for money for truly fresh produce. I'll be back.

19/03/2026: The food is very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nearby parking and a playground with benches in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: A delightful discovery! Small but functional, the appetizers and main courses are truly excellent. A wide selection of wines. The tiramisu is fantastic! The owners, two welcoming and friendly people, make you feel right at home. If you like Roman cuisine, you're sure to find quality and tradition at Salvino's. I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. I recommend booking in advance, as seating is limited.

25/01/2026: Great food in a family atmosphere

16/11/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. Even though the place was packed, we had a truly amazing meal! We had an excellent steak, grilled lamb (I'm from Abruzzo and can honestly say it was one of the best I've ever had), exceptional broccoli and artichokes. The bread and pizza were fresh and delicious, too. For dessert, we had a delicious tiramisu and, in our opinion, the highlight, the sour cherry tart. Half a liter of red wine, a coffee, and a water were also included. We had a generous meal and everything was delicious for €65 for two. Service was fast, efficient, and super friendly. Kudos to all the staff and chefs. We'll definitely be back!

04/01/2026: It's a different place from the usual pizzerias or restaurants, a fresh, beautiful and clean environment, the room with the fireplace is delightful for a pizza that I prefer by the slice (thin and crunchy), the restaurant is also worth it, the prices are very fair and reflect the excellent quality and service, we will be back soon for a beer and a pizza, HAPPY NEW YEAR

An experience worth repeating over and over again, and highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent food at an excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is always very kind and professional, and the atmosphere is always meticulously maintained, never compromising on the sense of familiarity, even with the customers themselves. Chef Davide is available to accommodate any request and takes great care, even with gluten-free dishes. Don't forget to try his Brownie Tiramisu after enjoying his dishes, always prepared with love. 01/01/2026: Terrible experience, unprofessional staff, questionable food quality, and exorbitant prices. As soon as we arrived, we found two bottles of water on the table, which looked obviously old and had already been opened, meaning they weren't sealed. Naturally, we didn't touch them throughout the meal, and when we reached the cashier, we reported this. We received a rude response, telling us that they're the ones who place them on the tables and open them, which is absolutely unhygienic. We ate two plates of gnocchi with cod for €20 each plus a €6 cover charge; the water was taken off our bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but given the experience, I think it's fair to write what happened.

13/09/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last night. Both my partner and I were very satisfied, amazed by the quality of the ingredients, the flavor of the dishes, and the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended!
