The appetizer is simply spectacular: rich, varied and abundant, a perfect start to a high-level culinary experience. The first courses, then, are speechless: authentic flavors, very fresh ingredients and generous portions. The bill is absolutely in line with the quality of the products and the service is fantastic! A special thanks to Raffaele, who with his professionalism and friendliness made the lunch even more enjoyable. A detail that we really appreciated? The lemon sorbet and the homemade biscuits offered at the end of the meal, a gesture that demonstrates attention and hospitality. Highly recommended!

16/03/2025: Encouraged by the positive reviews we tried this restaurant. Unfortunately it didn't go as hoped: rather low quality food, very slow and approximate service, high bill compared to the quality of the food.

15/02/2025: Ci abbiamo pranzato oggi, di passaggio ad Aprilia e non sapevamo dove andare a pranzo, abbiamo scelto questo locale basandoci sulle recensioni e la scelta è stata felicissima. Locale carino, curato e pulitissimo. I proprietari gentilissimi. Il cibo, che dire ci è piaciuto tutto. Prezzi medio/alti ma assolutamente giustificati da qualità e servizio.

Despite the large number of guests, the average wait between the various courses was 10/15 minutes. friendly, affable and competent staff and the quality of the food was excellent. The price is obviously in line with the service offered

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!
