07/02/2026: I ate at Jukebox both for dinner and for takeout pinsa, and I have to say: I was extremely satisfied! The meat was truly delicious, you could taste the quality. The takeout pinsa was also excellent, arriving hot and fragrant. Welcoming place, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. One of those places you'll want to return to. Highly recommended! 😍

02/03/2026: This is our third restaurant in Rome with a star! Definitely the top one. Each dish is a showcase of flavor, which manages to shine through even with seemingly humble, yet not necessarily exquisite, foods. Sometimes combining ingredients or spices from very distant and diverse cultures in a single dish is risky, but the chef composed each dish to perfection. She even came to greet us at the table and explained a few dishes to us. A wonderful experience, exactly what you expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Completely satisfied. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends.

26/02/2026: We were unfortunately required to cancel our reservation for two on the same day due to illness and informed the restaurant promptly. The circumstances were explained transparently, together with a courteous request for consideration regarding the no-show fee. No accommodation was offered, and the full fee was charged without any apparent individual review of the situation. In fine dining, one expects not only culinary excellence but also discretion, judgment, and a degree of guest-oriented flexibility — particularly in cases of unforeseen illness. True class is reflected not solely in what is presented on the plate, but in how exceptional circumstances are handled. Under these conditions, it is difficult to wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant or consider returning in the future

Hanno accettato il nostro cane without problems and sono statusi gentilissimi, gli hanno portato aqua, fatto also assaggiare a piece of pane fatto in casa. Lo Hanno trattato benissimo il che non è nulla dato per scontato, dato che molti ristoratori non vgliono cani grandi. The cibo was good, and the fat in the house (dolci, pasta) was still alive, but Hanno also offered a bruschetta good. - We went to lunch at this family run restaurant with our Golden Retriever George. They welcomed our dog without any problems and were extremely kind—they brought him water and even let him taste a piece of homemade bread. They treated him wonderfully, which is not something to be taken for granted, as many restaurant owners don't want large dogs. The food was delicious, and many items were homemade (desserts, pasta). We highly recommend it. They also offered us a delicious bruschetta. - We went to this restaurant for lunch with our Golden Retriever, George. They accepted our dog without any problems and were very friendly—they brought him water and even let him try a piece of homemade bread. 19/01/2026: Update after 3 years: A confirmation of quality and courtesy I'm pleased to review "La Baita" again, three years after my first visit, and I can only confirm my positive opinion; in fact, I've improved the overall rating! We returned yesterday to celebrate our son's second birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The place remains truly unique, an oasis immersed in nature where children (and adults) can be right next to the animals. What has changed and what remains unchanged: Food: The quality is always top-notch. I can confirm that the meat is excellent, as are the pasta dishes. The food is truly delicious. Service: Although three years ago we had some delays with the delivery times, this time everything was perfect. I want to emphasize the extreme courtesy, kindness, and care the staff showed us, making our son's birthday even more special. Atmosphere: The location remains magical for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. Compared to my previous visit, the small logistical issues of the past (wait times and noise) were largely overcome by the attention they gave us yesterday. A favorite place in Saracinesco, where we always return with pleasure. Highly recommended!

05/03/2026: I spent three days in Cassino for work, from March 3rd to 5th, 2026. I had a great time. My special compliments go to the ladies in the breakfast room for their cheerfulness and their responsiveness to every request. Then I had a truly excellent cappuccino. They were truly excellent. The reception, much less so. The stars are for these ladies, who made the difference.

07/02/2026: All the staff, both hotel and restaurant, were kind, but the rest of the hotel needs a major renovation.

17/12/2025: An adventure park for adults and children, where you can spend a wonderful day, as I love these trails. It's really nice that they even have animals inside the park. There's a small play area and a well-equipped restaurant, which is quite good, let's say. I went there at the end of the summer with my kids, and they had a blast. The only downside is that it gets packed on weekends, perhaps a bit too crowded, as it causes traffic jams on the various trails. It has ample parking. Finally, what can I say? I highly recommend it, especially for a unique weekend getaway with your kids.

14/11/2025: We celebrated Sofia's 4th birthday in the Sala nel Bosco, and it was a perfect party! The room was beautiful and well-organized. The super helpful and kind girls were the icing on the cake. A heartfelt thank you to Azzurra and Chantal. Sofia says: "Mom, I want to celebrate all my birthdays here!!" See you next time!

26/02/2026: The food is good but it's too noisy, too many tables even in the sun that burns your face, and the staff is not very friendly.

13/03/2026: Excellent coffee, the mini pastries are absolutely amazing, and their small size allows you to try several flavors! The Campari spritz with an aperitif is one of the best you can find in a café. The prices are a bit high, but well worth it.

11/01/2026: The atmosphere is very traditional for a Roman restaurant. The meat is spectacular and the attention to customer service is much appreciated. In our case, we were asked if we wanted the lava stone brought back to the boil so we could eat the meat at the perfect temperature we liked. It was very pleasant.

In addition to the truly excellent quality of the food, I'd like to highlight the waiter who served us (I don't remember his name, but he's a man in his 50s). He was truly elegant and friendly, a rare find! Compliments to the staff, and especially to him!

23/02/2026: The staff were completely unfriendly, they didn't even speak to us after we sat down, we got up and left without buying anything! The chair cushions were old and torn, and there was a bad smell.
