03/05/2025: Restaurant that has been a point of reference in the area for years to eat fish for my family. I came back today, after some time. Very disappointing experience. The mixed appetizer served cold from the refrigerator. I order an appetizer which on the menu is called "seafood soup with chickpeas". I get a plate with some mussels, chickpeas, a piece of sea bream full of bones and a large crustacean on top (perhaps a leftover from the main course fish soup???). I call the waitress, tell her that perhaps they were wrong, that the appetizer referred specifically to seafood. She tries to convince me that sea bream and prawns are seafood (!!!!). In the end she asks me if I prefer a sauté of mussels and clams, I willingly accept and I also tell her to make me a small portion, because that broth full of thorns had already made me nauseated. Result: he charges me for both dishes - “soup” and sauté. I paid without batting an eyelid, knowing that I will never return here again. A huge disappointment

19/01/2025: We were guests of an 18th party last evening, and I couldn't help but review the place, the restaurant is really very beautiful, it has various rooms, especially outdoors for the arrival of summer, where you can certainly enjoy a beautiful view, the staff who work there are friendly, polite but above all well prepared, and what can I say about the food? The food is really good! The only thing that I must say that I liked least was the gnocchi which "in my personal opinion" were a little chewy but this does not take anything away from the fact that the food is fantastic, and I would happily go back to eat there on other occasions.

10/06/2025: Welcoming, well-kept, colorful place. Kind and friendly service. The wine selection is well-balanced and complete but what is surprising is the food: excellent, quality and varied with its local proposals and meze. I really liked it and I hope to return soon, maybe on Sunday when they organize their events that I have heard very good things about.

27/05/2025: Hybrid place, it tries to cover a bit of all the expectations of a bar/bistro in a secluded and quiet area of ​​Quadraro: it doesn't succeed, if not perhaps for the turnout and the trendy youth attendance at the weekend. The aperitifs are average, the food doesn't surpass it, with that mix of Roman cuisine but not enough, Mediterranean but not specified what. Mussels with pecorino cheese with pecorino cheese stuck on the mussel (scrape it off to eat it?); hummus from blended chickpeas in a 50 cent jar, without the taste of cumin garlic or tahini. Slow service, nice but slow. I would like it to be less anonymous, but maybe the owners are fine with it, as long as it fills up on the weekend the grain doesn't hurt, on the contrary. However, despite the intentions, the neighborhood deserves better.

05/06/2025: The boss is so kind. I needed breakfast early in the morning, but the nearby McDonald's said it would open at 7, but it was closed, so I went to this store on my way home. It was early in the morning, so they didn't have pizza, but the bread, coffee, and cappuccino were cheap and delicious. It was a shame that I found out about this on the last day of my trip. I hope to see you again next time.

01/11/2024: Ci sono stato con la mia ragazza e suo padre il quale ci aveva prenotato una catalana di scampi mozzafiato. Che dire sul locale… bordo piscina, luci soffuse e prati d’erba rasati al millimetro. Personale davvero accogliente!

The view was satisfied by the landscape and the palate satisfied by the skilled Chef Cesare, who with his art was able to enhance the quality of the local fish. Kind and confidential service.... . A refined and at the same time sober environment, which blends in with nature all around... casually perfect. My guests were surprised to have discovered this little paradise where they can relax and enjoy good food.

05/05/2025: Location molto accogliente con splendidi lilium all’ingresso. Tutta la sala ricca di veste di fiori e frutta. Tutto squisito dal tris di primi , pasta fresca cucinata in modo ottimo. Ottima anche la carne dalla tagliata alle cotolette di agnello. Il personale molto simpatico e professionale . Ci è stato consigliato da amici e nostra volta lo consiglieremo anche noi

30/05/2025: Soy argentina y, sinceramente, no esperaba encontrar una carne tan rica fuera de mi país… ¡pero Antica Carrera me sorprendió gratamente! La carne estaba exquisita, muy parecida a la que disfrutamos en Argentina. Fuimos varias veces con mi pareja porque desde la primera visita quedamos encantados. El ambiente es súper cálido, ideal para una cena tranquila y agradable. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin dudas, un lugar al que volveríamos una y otra vez. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. ¡10 puntos!

07/05/2025: Ottimo Tutto: Locale, servizio. Qualità della Pinsa con crema di carciofi, mozzarella, guanciale e noci, molto buona e digeribilissima, ottima anche la birra ed i bocconcini con le melanzane. Sicuramente da provare. Ci tornerò per degustare i primi. Aperto solo a cena.
