Epiphany family lunch. Even with the downpour pouring, we made it to the center of Atina to visit a hidden gem… Il Vicolo. A quaint spot where we enjoyed truly exceptional dishes like gnocchi cacio e pepe with artichokes, a superb stew on a bed of mashed potatoes, and superb cod, all seasoned with a local red.

02/06/2026: I was there with a group of friends, and after visiting other bars in the area, we discovered that Papo Café in Frosinone is the only place that always offers appetizers (pizzas, chips, olives, and more) to accompany drinks from afternoon until after dinner. It's a very elegant place, and the wait staff is very kind and helpful. The cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are always fresh and well-balanced. Both classic and more sophisticated cocktails are always perfect and well-structured. Kudos to the entire staff.
