11/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been working in Rome and its province for nine months, but I can say that I've eaten the best pizza and supplì since I arrived. Thank you.

13/11/2025: A typical Italian restaurant where locals eat their meals always means it's high quality. It doesn't have the glamour of the city center, but on the other hand, it offers quality. It's not in the center and it's not a touristy place made for tourists to see.

04/10/2025: The wine and water arrived well after the appetizers, but not all of them were missing, with one never arriving. The first courses arrived after 30 minutes, but not all of them; one was missing, mine, which arrived at 3:07 PM. At the cashier, the lady—I think the owner—instead of apologizing said it was our fault because we had all arrived at the same time.

23/11/2025: I decided to try this trattoria, inspired by its name, for a quick lunch. It was very clean. The decor was tasteful and simple, yet elegant overall. I was immediately struck by Luisella's warm welcome, which made me feel like a longtime customer. I asked if there was a special of the day off the menu, and the response was fresh Ferlenghi mushrooms, recently delivered. I love mushrooms, so I went for the first course with the fresh Ferlenghi mushrooms... I added "porchettate" potatoes and chicory. While waiting, I took another look at the menu and I have to say I would have struggled to choose because the options were all so inviting. The first course was FANTASTIC, perfect! Meanwhile, I also got to meet Pino, who runs the kitchen. Like Luisella, he was welcoming and friendly. The side dishes were fine, the wine was perfect, everything was perfect! Pino and Luisella, congratulations and thank you. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

20/11/2025: I'm sorry, I had high expectations for this place. First of all, I noticed a disparity in treatment between regulars and walk-in customers, like us. Later, I asked for rare meat and was told it would be cold. I persuaded myself to order medium, and they brought me overcooked meat, which was also different from what I had asked for. But mistakes can happen... but it can't happen, by chance, that my bread basket is exchanged with bread still inside and I'm then charged two euros... for the bread. There's a lack of honesty and clarity here... and I find it unpleasant. Not because of the price, but because of the gesture. I didn't need more bread, so I was given it anyway... and then charged.

13/11/2025: The restaurant has a classic feel that makes you feel part of its history. The atmosphere is quiet and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful, explaining the menu options in detail. It's clear they care about quality and that everything is prepared with care. The prices are reasonable for what they offer, and the location is perfect for a stop during a stroll through the city center. Overall, a highly recommended place to return to.

13/11/2025: I dined at this historic restaurant and found a pleasant atmosphere, delicious dishes, and very kind staff. I'd also like to thank the owner who insisted I try their amatriciana, and it was truly special! I hope to return soon.

20/11/2025: Excellent food, fenomenal wine and an extremely salty bill (900€) - I would excpect nothing less from a restaurant of this caliber. The spagetti with ricci di mare and prosciutto is a strong favourite and one of the best pastas I have ever ate. And my wife can't stop talking about the desserts! Congratulations to chef Anthony Genovese. And special thanks to the (I can only assume) sommelier for crafting together the best god damn aperol of all time.

When I replied that I would only have that, I was then told that everything was full (the room was empty) and everything was already booked (7 p.m.). The products were good, but it was a shame about the terrible and rude service. 11/11/2025: Pizzeria in the heart of Fiumicino Centro. Adjacent to the G.b. school complex. GRASSI and Parco Simone. Delicious "Roman" pizza in a pan. Staff at the counter friendly and helpful. There is also the possibility of eating excellent first, second and side dishes of both meat, fish and/or vegetarian sitting at the table on the veranda or to take away. I highly recommend it.

11/11/2025: I'd say it's one of the best mushroom and chestnut soups I've ever had! The atmosphere is rustic but well-appointed. The quality is excellent and the service is friendly. We'll be back, and I highly recommend it!

16/11/2025: The staff seemed annoyed by every request, even when we pointed out a piece of plastic in the tart crust. When this was pointed out, the staff rolled their eyes in obvious annoyance and asked us if we wanted another (as if it weren't already obvious). They didn't even apologize for the incident, instead treating us as if we were the ones in the wrong. Truly absurd.

14/11/2025: Visited for the first time for a reunion with longtime friends. Even though the place was packed, there was a pleasant, intimate atmosphere at the table. Service was quick, and the waiters were friendly and helpful. The appetizers, pizzas, and calzones were excellent.

02/12/2025: Excellent fried food and supplì, perfect pizza, both cooked and topped. Friendly, fast, and courteous service. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but the prices are reasonable.

22/11/2025: A classic restaurant built to generate revenue without quality or customer service. Tables were stuck together, ours was placed right in front of the entrance, causing us great discomfort due to the constant comings and goings and the cold!!! Another serious issue was that when we booked, we weren't told they work shifts, so at 9:30 PM sharp, they showed up and told us we'd have to leave. Poor quality food; in a rush, the meat was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. The fries tasted like rancid oil. We found a dirty napkin on the table and menus smeared with sauce. The waiters sneered at our complaints or made unprofessional excuses, and in the end, not even a discount or a sincere apology. Never again.
