Massimo Stella with Bacco has made his dream come true, which is also the dream of those who will be his guests, to eat really well and be in company in this beautiful place. 19/08/2025: It's my favorite restaurant, and it proves so every time. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor...a true pleasure. If I may...a suggestion: train your waiters (who are certainly friendly and efficient), but in a kitchen of this caliber, they must be able to talk about and describe the dishes to immerse the diner in the world the chef expresses with his dishes. Well done, anyway.

Excellent food, I have tasted almost all of their menu, for all the times I have been there, everything is delicious. Even the drinks are taken care of in detail and very special! 31/05/2025: Bagno33 è uno stabilimento molto discreto, con pochi ombrelloni e... molta pace...... Come avrebbe detto l Marchese del Grillo: bello l'ombrellone, bello il lettino, bella la spiaggia ma è.......... il ristorante che rovina...... Lascio decidere a Voi: 3 spaghetti con i lupini, 2 paccheri , 1 sedativo al tonno, 2 rigatoni a pomodoro, 3 fritture e 2 insalate verdi (solo insalata), 2 acque e 1 vino(23€)= 255€ Sinceramente un po "carino".

24/08/2025: A great place, cute and welcoming. The staff is kind and attentive. Everything is delicious; you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Some dishes are a little pricey, but overall, it's truly an excellent place. I recommend it to everyone and congratulate the entire staff!

23/08/2025: 2 pizzas €27, a bit overpriced. The pizza was inedible. The tomato sauce was raw and very salty. The carbonara had a hard-boiled egg in the middle.

30/08/2025: Unplanned lunch after a visit to the Sacred Woods of Bomarzo. The welcome, friendliness, and service were truly second to none. Despite the busy holiday, the owner found us a table in a comfortable and relaxed setting. We found authentic and genuine flavor in all our dishes: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, mixed grill with arrosticini, Roman-style artichokes, and chicory. Everything was exceptional, with a tiramisu to finish, which deserved top marks (traditional and freshly made, a rarity) and a coffee that surprised us with its pleasant, lingering aftertaste. The house red wine, however, was the only thing we weren't entirely sold on; we'll probably opt for a bottled one another time. Definitely a restaurant I recommend and will keep as a reference point for future trips to Bomarzo and the surrounding area.

18/08/2025: In the past, very satisfying. After mid-August, lunch on the 17th was disappointing. The appetizer had very little fish, just carrots and vegetables. The risotto had a single head of scampi (after I complained, they brought me a new risotto with 4 scampi). The fried food was very disappointing, very small and tasteless. I'm sorry I won't be able to return. What a shame.

29/08/2025: It wasn't my first time dining at Trattoria della Barchetta, and once again it proved to be an absolute must-try in Rome. Yesterday I celebrated my mother's birthday here and, as always, the experience was impeccable. The quality of the food is truly top-notch, both the meat and fish dishes, prepared with great care. The restaurant is charming, elegant yet intimate, perfect for both a special dinner and a relaxed lunch. A special mention goes to the staff: professional, precise, friendly, and always smiling. Truly top-notch service. In short: a restaurant that never disappoints!

05/08/2025: During a trip with friends, one of them—who already knew the place from a business dinner during a conference—recommended it to us. And what a wise decision it was to follow his advice! From the very first moment, the service was exquisite. We were greeted with a glass of cava and a delicious appetizer, which turned out to be just the perfect starter for what was to come. The staff's suggestions were more than spot on. There were five of us, and each of us ordered a different main course: all were delicious, but if we had to choose a favorite, the parmigiana stole our hearts. Every bite tastes of Italy: authentic, comforting, unforgettable. The place is intimate, tastefully decorated. The lighting, temperature, and music are perfectly balanced to create an incomparable evening. One detail we loved: the place is pet-friendly. Seeing people enjoying themselves with their dogs in a restaurant this special is rare, at least coming from Barcelona. Plus, the atmosphere is relaxed, with no trace of the touristy vibe. You can eat in peace, well-served, and with the feeling that there's a nonna in the kitchen, preparing each dish with all the love in the world. Personally, since my grandma passed away 13 years ago—except for the sauce my mother makes—I haven't tasted a sauce that took me back in time and with my heart. We paid just over 200 euros for several starters, a main course each, a bottle of wine, a couple of extra glasses, water, and dessert. A well-rounded experience. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

17/08/2025: I dined at the inn's restaurant on the evening of my birthday. I'd seen the place by chance, strolling through Tuscania one afternoon, and I have to say it was a truly perfect choice. The place is small and very intimate, with a beautiful view of the church of San Pietro illuminated at night. The food was excellent. It's refined, not ordinary, and very carefully prepared. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can tell they're making things with love. The young man who served us was wonderful. Super kind, very, very nice, not intrusive, and above all, very young. The owner was friendly and attentive to detail. Overall, a place I recommend if you're passing through Tuscania or if you're a local. I'll definitely be back. They even gave me a little heart with the word "Happy Birthday" written on it, which was unexpected and appreciated. Thank you.
