13/06/2025: Not far from the bus stop we had a table reserved for 21:30, but we arrived 20 minutes earlier and since there were free seats we sat down, but from the moment we entered the establishment to the time the dishes were served it took almost 50 minutes. This is probably a popular place, because almost all the tables were occupied. The dishes are delicious, and fresh, the pizza is very thin, crispy, lots of toppings, very tasty, I really liked it

02/06/2025: The food is ok, nothing special. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The location could use a renovation in 2010 for starters, they stayed in 1990. I originally wanted to eat there but it's not my style and I chose to eat takeout. Pinsa has some weird combinations, I didn't get what I ordered right. I also tried fried appetizers, but they were very mixed in oil. All in all, if you end up in the area it's safe to eat.

24/05/2025: 5 stars for everything, food, service and atmosphere at the top. Always fresh truffles, even in summer (scorzone). They have recently started doing excellent fish. In the Bracciano/Manziana area it is definitely the best restaurant to eat grilled meat and fresh truffles.

14/06/2025: I hardly leave 1 star reviews knowing the impact they can have and I don't want to bring even more negativity to this world. However, sometimes its needed to help others make their choice: Zero soundproofing in this hotel. We still stay at the hotel and changed room already once, assuming it was bad luck but it seems the hotel in general is not even close to soundproof❌ I have no problem with a hostel or guesthouse being loud but at hotel this category and brand it is just substandard and unacceptable in 2025. If you want to get some sleep, look elsewhere. What annoys me the most is intransparency. If you look at the comments, this seems to be a known issue for years (I just discovered it too late now writing this comment in the middle of a sleepless night). At least flag this topic proactively to guests if you know this is an issue but dont let them discover it themselves and try to hide it. Never again and not a future-proof concept to run a hotel in a hyper competitive world. We will be checking out tomorrow despite an active reservation as it destroys our short holiday after a business trip and will be staying else where for the last night! And no second chance until they completely renovate the whole building. At least the location is close to the airport and the shuttle works well.

14/06/2025: Very nice restaurant, both in the internal room but even more in the garden, among plants, gazebos and lights, it offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The specialty of the place is meat without a shadow of a doubt. Just a choice of sizes and origins that the owner will present to you with skill, and a lot of sympathy. On Wednesdays they make an offer that for every steak over 1 kg, a 500gr flatbread is offered. In addition to meat, a good choice of first courses is also available

04/06/2025: Posto perfetto per una serata informale, buona la pizza, ma tempi di attesa lunghi. Consiglio al Gestore di non prendere le prenotazioni di altri avventori quando ci sono eventi di compleanni con folto numero d'invitati, onde evitare attese lunghe.
