It was a discovery of a wine restaurant found by chance with some friends. Excellent dinner with delicious dishes Top wine. Very kind staff. It deserves it.

Supeeeeeeeer! Everything was really delicious as usual but dinner last night was particularly excellent I highly recommend the tuna tartare with mango and lime but leave room for a fabulous mango crème brulee to applaud 👏👏👏

One of the best gems you can find in Rome. Each dish I tried was outstanding. Went back to back for the paccheri filled with red snapper. Everything else on the menu was sublime! The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. Eating surrounded by wines with great selection and fairly priced is a huge plus. Sure not in the center or Rome but worth a trip!!

Ci è venuta la curiosità di mangiare in questo posto avendo comprato per Natale dei vini nella loro enoteca. Siamo rimasti entusiasti di tutto, qualità del cibo, ricerca nella materia prima, e soprattutto tanta tanta cortesia. Abbiamo preso diverse cose, visto che eravamo in tanti, e nessuna di queste ci ha deluso, sia per il gusto, sia per la presentazione dei piatti e soprattutto per il giusto equilibrio dei sapori! Cucina e proposte ricercate. Vino strepitoso, per non parlare del passito bevuto alla fine. C’è solo una cosa da dire…ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

22/03/2024: Few dishes but well executed, great courtesy and availability in satisfying the customer's requests (8 year old daughter Lia asked for a glass of warm milk and a cup of cream as dessert) a request immediately satisfied by the kind waiter and brought to the table directly by the equally courteous chef!! 🔝❤️
22/03/2024: Excellent environment, excellent hospitality and excellent cuisine. I recommend everyone to try a great dinner.

05/04/2024: I had a great dinner with friends at Prefetti 19! It was a nice find right in the city centre! We ordered several starters, as we couldn't decide, and they were all beyond expectations. My favourite were maritozzo and baccalà. I then had beef cheeck which was very soft and tasty. Ended with the best pannacotta ever. The waiters were very friendly and helpful with wine pairing. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic.
05/04/2024: Excellent dinner right in the heart of Rome! The menu is a comprehensive overview of modern Italian food. The staff is really knowledgeable and gave good recommendations about food and wine. The appetizers were really tasty, you should take a few to share among the table. For the main course, we chose carbonara and long-aged beef cheek, especially the latter was mouth-watering! Everything was crowned by a rich panna cotta for dessert.
