An excellent restaurant with dishes that respect tradition but use the highest-quality ingredients. We ordered two delicious spaghetti dishes with octopus, along with two vegetables: an excellent Neapolitan-style escarole and a sautéed chicory, all washed down with a nice glass of Sauvignon. The kind host offered us a taste of their own olive oil, which was truly delicious—an unexpected appetizer, but very welcome. The price was perfectly in line with the excellent ingredients used. Congratulations!

Every time we go to Oliva e l'Ingegnere, it's a unique experience, a constant blend of aromas and flavors that reflect the high-quality ingredients. The originality of the dishes inspires us to try ever-changing menus; the dishes, meticulously crafted and presented, are the result of meticulous dedication to blending the ingredients to create a harmonious and unforgettable dish. The understated and tranquil setting provides a soothing backdrop for the entire dinner. My sincere compliments for the care and passion you put into every dish. The wine cellar is also interesting, including some natural wines produced by the owner.

I've eaten at many restaurants around the world. The authenticity of Annalisa's dishes, the quality of the ingredients chosen, all complemented by Roberto's natural wines. They deserve every star I can give.

Una delle esperienze culinarie migliori della mia vita. Abbiamo preso come antipasti una selezione di formaggi, una crêpes allo zafferano e asparagi e un bignè con parmigiana, poi primi di pesce e il filetto di ombrina. Per finire semifreddo al lampone e cheesecake alle pesche sciroppate. Tutto ottimo ma soprattutto di qualità eccezionale. Servizio altrettanto eccellente, personale gentile, disponibile e simpaticissimo. Ps: anche la playlist fantastica!!!

Managing and offering your own specialties isn't for everyone; it's a sales pitch, but also, and above all, an experience for the customer, who should leave feeling satisfied and fulfilled. Jobotto is the right choice if you're in Cori. Not to be missed. Compliments to the excellent manager, the jewel in the crown of this restaurant. First courses, second courses, side dishes, appetizers, even for celiacs. The price was absolutely reasonable. Everything is homemade with love. Even the bitters. Go ahead and relax...
28/05/2026: I'd been hearing about it for a long time, but I never thought I'd have such an experience. An incredible menu, narrated by an owner who captivated us from start to finish. The dish that struck me most was the beef fillet with lard, served while it was still being smoked. The first courses were also noteworthy.

12/05/2026: Very well-kept venue. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Excellent, innovative cuisine.
11/05/2026: The tasting menu was excellent. Not everything was perfect (the wafer cannolini at the amuse bouche weren't crunchy, for example), but finally a selection of dishes that were out of the ordinary and uninspired. The chef certainly has a great hand and excellent taste! The outdoor dining area is pleasant and elegant. A little background music wouldn't hurt. The service could be improved, but the staff are all very young and, although still a little unsure of themselves, they're very committed and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. In short, it could have been 4.5 stars, but both for the restaurant's bold philosophy and the wonderful company at my table, it's definitely 5 stars!
