Wonderful, best value pasta in Rome. 2 options, that vary by day. We had a fettuccine al sugo with pork and parmesan, the other option was rigatoni with broccoli. It was lovely. Portions are way bigger than in other places in Rome. Staff was very friendly and explained the concept. Only tables to stand, no seating available

The pasta was great again. I deducted one point because there was no wine. They increased the prices and then removed the complimentary wine.

I'm speechless about this place. I ate rigatoni alla matriciana and spent only 5 euros on a 350g meal (about the size of a normal meal here). It's totally worth it, it was very good and we were treated very well there.

The best carbonara I had on the trip!! We came at the end of the day so not sure if that’s why there were only two options or if they normally only have two. The other one we had was the salsa verde, which wasn’t our favourite but that was due to personal preference as opposed to being genuinely bad. Service was efficient - sucks that there’s nowhere to sit but that’s what you get for a quick grab and go place!

The pasta was very good, especially for the price. I believe they manage to keep the price low because the pasta has very little protein; however, it's excellent.

One of the times it was 10/10 and one of the times the pasta was bland. Totally worth visiting. Hard to find a spot to eat it tho, but we found a place in the shadow near the spanish steps both times and it was cozy. Dont expect much meat 😅

Delicious pasta! They have two dishes to choose from each day: one with meat, guajillo, and another vegetarian option. The service is very fast, as there are only two dishes available. The restaurant is designed for takeaway, so you can eat your pasta at home or on the go. There's only a small standing area inside, and it's usually full. It's the perfect place if you want completely homemade pasta and sauce, and you're looking for a quick and inexpensive meal. 350 grams of pasta costs €5. With so much pasta, a 350-gram tray is enough for two people (who don't eat large portions). Highly recommended for homemade pasta.
