21/04/2025: Un bel giorno di Pasquetta passato con la famiglia in questo locale, piccolo ma molto accogliente. Il cameriere super veloce e disponibile e che dire dello chef: ha preparato la carbonara fuori menù solo per il nostro tavolo!! Un buonissimo pranzo e se torneremo a Frascati sapremo dove andare a mangiare. Grazie ❤️

19/05/2025: a distinguished environment and very polite customers. an oasis of elegance in the roots of a bygone era expressed by the antique objects displayed on the walls that tell the story of a family immersed in the work of the good harvests of the countryside. all around the green of the fields. the service does not leave you waiting long and they break the very short wait with a very pleasant welcome.

19/05/2025: What a gem! This restaurant is delicious. The seafood appetizer was fresh and so good. The mussels were tender, the fried baby octopus was delicious, the shrimp was an incredible bite of food. The star of the show however was their Orechiette L’Isola d’Oro (€20). It was a beautiful truffle cream sauce with shrimp and squash blossoms coating perfectly cooked orechiette. Worth. Every. Dollar. The portion was also huge, and we struggled to finish one plate between two people. It has been our favorite meal so far. Truly delicious and I cannot recommend it enough.

15/05/2025: I had an incredible dining experience at L'Isola d'Oro in Rome. I ennjoyed the seafood platter, the seafood rice and the pasta with shimps and truffles, was exceptional -rich, aromatic and beautiful presented. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend L'Isola d'Oro for anyone looking to indulge in high-quality seafood and authentic Italian flavors. A truly memorable culinary experience!

13/05/2025: We went on Sunday, and despite this we found a table available, good food and served with courtesy and kindness.

04/05/2025: We called to book a table for 4 people and the lady confirmed the availability of a table, without asking for the name. Once we arrived at the restaurant, the same lady welcomed us, stating that the table had not been booked, accusing us of not having confirmed the reservation and that it was impossible that she had not asked for the name/surname. Trying to explain ourselves, we are hindered by the arrogance of the woman who prefers to attack and blame us in a derisive and rude tone rather than resolve the situation calmly and seriously. It's a shame that such a nice place has such staff...

08/06/2025: Dovete provare Camillo! È il nostro angolo di paradiso, veniamo sempre qui quando vogliamo mangiare bene e essere felici! Cucina sarda di qualità, pesce soprattutto ma anche carne e pizza, tutto buonissimo. Servizio attento e cordiale, dopo poco ti senti a casa. Arredato in maniera particolare con oggetti vintage. Prezzi giusti e il mirto a fine pasto è la ciliegina sulla torta!

05/06/2025: Ristorante dai piatti di pesce strepitoso!!!!Baki è stato gentilissimo e sempre presente!!! Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti!!

17/05/2025: The place outside the restaurant is very nice; inside it is a bit chaotic. Excellent food (umbrichelli all'amatriciana), fast and efficient service, good prices.

10/06/2025: Sabato sera , troviamo posto con l idea di una pizza ma poi si passa al pesce e ci si lascia catturare dal fuori menù.. zuppa di pesce… ormai sempre più tara nei ristoranti. Arriva e che dire un capolavoro ben fatta con a parte pane tostato in più e piatto per gli scarti e l immancabile bavaglino e salviette umidificate ( le cambierei con altre più prestanti) cameriere cortese e disponibile , prezzi onesti . Un ritardo vistoso per la frutta ma superato con le scuse del personale che non sempre arrivano in questi casi . Unica cosa i piatti fuori menù come la zuppa non era da sapersi il prezzo andrebbe comunicato ma ripeto onesto . Sicuramente consigliato !

29/04/2025: Locale accogliente, il proprietario è molto gentile ed attento nel servire i tavoli. Abbiamo mangiato il pesce, sicuramente congelato quello usato per i secondi, ma di buona qualità. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti.

07/06/2025: On the last night before leaving Rome, I found this wine bar by chance while looking for one near my accommodation. I ate at a table in front of the store, and I was worried because there were many reviews saying that it was unfriendly, but they were very friendly even though their English was lacking, and most of all, the food, wine, and atmosphere were great. However, you should keep in mind that they smoke at every table.

06/04/2025: Non c'è una singola cosa che non ci sia piaciuta della cena (infatti abbiamo replicato diverse volte). I fritti sono buonissimi, per le pizze non c'è una scelta molto vasta ma sono tutte curate nel dettaglio e soprattutto buonissime. Preferiamo l'impasto napoletano ma anche quello romano é molto buono. Per chi ama i dolci ce ne sono moltissimi e con proposte sempre nuove. I prezzi sono un po' più alti della media ma ne vale la pena

21/03/2025: Straconsigliato! Posto gradevolissimo con personale molto cortese e accogliente. La pizza, disponibile nella versione "napoli" o "romana" , con ingredienti di primissima scelta è assolutamente da provare!

18/05/2025: First time trying Trapizzino. Unfortunately I can't comment on many flavors because I only tried one but I fell in love with it and I'm sure their other options will be equally delicious. I tried the Doppia Panna e Alici which is basically stracciatella and anchovies. It's a special combination, I don't know if many people would choose it, but for me it was simply wonderful. The service from the guys at Trapizzino was also excellent. I highly recommend it. The only thing I regret is that I didn't go back one more time before leaving Rome.

29/05/2025: Historic place, the interior with a period boisserie, never changed since I was a child in the 70s, is always enchanting. The last time I was there I was with some foreign colleagues, who really appreciated the pasta (6 dishes for four people!), while I have always gone there Solone only for the pizza. A pleasant discovery after many years. Pleasant and friendly service, never too intrusive.

27/05/2025: We sat outside and it was a nice little dead-end street with a lovely atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and food was decent, very good pizza but the rest we shared (some appetizers and starters) were just okay.
