08/10/2025: Central location and modern venue. I don't recommend the food, which didn't meet the expectations described by the staff. When you ask for strudel, you're presented with an apple ring filled with rum.

08/10/2025: Beautiful Coffee shop! The coffee was delicious and the setting divine. You can have baked goods, food & wine too! They have a nice selection of specialty chocolates and candy for a treat for yourself or a gift.

27/07/2025: A unique experience in the province of Rieti. Two young people who had the courage to bet on the land! Ancient grains with a vision for the future. Rational grazing, knowledge sharing, and hospitality. And then the unmissable Harvest Festival, which this year is enhanced with a new wood-fired oven!

01/11/2025: A small bar in the heart of Monteverde, Cafe Vert offers a wide selection of drinks and food. The table service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is also excellent. I understand the need to expand, but the outdoor tables are a bit uncomfortable (since some are on a slope) and exposed to traffic. Finally, I find the prices excessively high.

20/10/2025: We go often, the food is always good, it's a shame that this time the portions were much smaller than usual (the pasta and chicory were truly two forkfuls...). The staff is always kind and welcoming.

19/10/2025: The pizza dough was decent, but the topping was insufficient, with commercial mozzarella. The crema catalana was very burnt and the sugar was very cold from the freezer.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 24/08/2025: Very good experience in this small restaurant with charming decor. The products are of excellent quality, it makes the difference! The service is impeccable and the waitress very friendly. I recommend it.

07/09/2025: I've eaten here a couple of times and have been completely satisfied. The first time I had an excellent pizza, along with some excellent seafood and mountain appetizers. Last time, I went for fish, and to my surprise, I discovered that even at this latitude, you can eat excellent, well-cooked fish! The portions are incredibly generous, in fact, some dishes are enough for two. The desserts are also excellent! The service is friendly and efficient. What can I say? Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back soon.

20/09/2025: Interesting place, excellent quality of meat, tried the tartare and the Fiorentina and I must say I really enjoyed it.

18/09/2025: Excellent tartare... Overcooked Tomawoq had been requested rare... side dishes full of oil... super courteous and kind waiter... the guy at the grill was bored by the absence of customers and was on his cell phone... and overcooked the meat... absent proprietorship... unpleasant with a 139 euro bill... for 2!

20/09/2025: Average. We ate with 10 people, but we were at our limit. With more people, tables are split.

18/09/2025: An enchanting place, you enter and it's already magical. Jazz music in the background, tranquility, and the staff are excellent, both in their manner and attentiveness. The food is divine, from the Pizza (with a capital P) to the first courses, second courses, and side dishes. An intimate setting, refined cuisine, and for those intolerant to lactose, nickel, and especially celiac disease, it's heaven on Earth.

17/10/2025: It's a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and grill. The pizza is delicious, as are the pasta dishes.

14/09/2025: Small, pleasantly decorated restaurant. Warm welcome and excellent cuisine, especially the fresh pasta they make themselves. The tonnarelli alla pescatora and alle vongole are a must-try. The desserts and wine list are excellent. Despite being in a highly touristy area, the restaurant has managed to stand out by creating its own unique atmosphere.
