17/08/2025: Yesterday we had dinner at Civico 57. It was a fairly quiet place. The staff was excellent, and the food was equally good. P.S.: The spaghetti with clams was delicious. Will we be back? Of course.

12/10/2025: Too bad, it would have been 5 stars if I hadn't found 2 cm of worm in the tagliolini with mushrooms. Especially because, after pointing it out, not only didn't I receive even a word of apology, but they even tried to convince me it was normal, because those are worms in porcini mushrooms and it can happen. Sure, worms can sometimes be found in a mushroom, the problem is when carelessness and lack of care allow the worm to end up under the customer's teeth! At that point, AT LEAST an apology would have been in order, but no, they even made a point of coming back to our table a second time to reiterate that "it's normal." And of course, we also paid the full bill. All it would have taken was a little more attention to the customer and a little more politeness, but no. Bad, bad...

03/08/2025: An exhilarating experience, to say the least. The highest-quality ingredients and preparations, combined with the creativity, care, and passion of Chef Andrea, were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed every detail: the welcome with delicious focaccia and top-notch extra virgin olive oil; the menu with just the right number of options for each course; every dish was thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, from the intriguing and humorous names to the appearance, presentation, and, above all, the unique flavor, sophisticated yet simple, with a perfect balance of notes and components. The kindness and expertise of the wait staff were top-notch. Among the dishes we ordered (and we'll be back to try the rest of the menu), the ceviche, tagliolini, and roasted octopus were top-notch, but the orecchiette "Wuthering Heights" were also absolutely noteworthy! In short, it's almost impossible to rank them! Thank you so much, you made it a truly special evening. Andrea personally assisted us with the presentation of some of the dishes, and it was a pleasure meeting him.

08/09/2025: My husband and I are both GF and have both decided this is the best pizza we’ve ever had!! We were so excited by how many dishes were on the GF menu, something we’re not used to at all. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re gluten free.

02/10/2025: A lovely find near the center of Viterbo. Claudio, who serves, is friendly and helpful; the atmosphere is a bit small but welcoming. The food harks back to the old days and is truly delicious.

01/10/2025: We had the daily menu for €20 per person, which included two courses, dessert or coffee, water, and wine. The truffle spaghetti was spectacular. For our main course, we had the roast chicken, which was also very good. You can tell it's homemade. Very friendly and attentive service.

Overcooked Tomawoq had been requested rare... side dishes full of oil... super courteous and kind waiter... the guy at the grill was bored by the absence of customers and was on his cell phone... and overcooked the meat... absent proprietorship... unpleasant with a 139 euro bill... for 2!

11/10/2025: A truly unique restaurant. The owner and staff are very helpful and courteous, and the dishes are delicious and prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurant has many charming rooms, furnished with historic yet elegant items. We were pleased with the quality and quantity of the dishes, and were treated like family... Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: I've eaten here a couple of times and have been completely satisfied. The first time I had an excellent pizza, along with some excellent seafood and mountain appetizers. Last time, I went for fish, and to my surprise, I discovered that even at this latitude, you can eat excellent, well-cooked fish! The portions are incredibly generous, in fact, some dishes are enough for two. The desserts are also excellent! The service is friendly and efficient. What can I say? Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back soon.

08/10/2025: The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The beef tartare was very good, but I found the use of cocoa in the tiramisu excessive. Overall, I'd happily return.
