21/10/2025: An incredible experience with the owner, a great entertainer who makes us feel like we've known each other for a long time due to his way of doing things... excellent food, especially the fried chicken, and excellent craft beers too. In short, a place worth trying for anyone in the area... we'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: We go out for dinner a lot, but truly have to say: never had we ever a host like Michael. An absolut fantastic and heartwarming host who does what he loves. You can tell that he is passionate about his restaurant and values quality and regional food. We were delighted to be his guest and our two small children couldn’t have been any happier. The food Michaels wonderful wife prepared was delicious and we almost couldn’t keep up with the high quality shots (gin/rum/whiskey) we were provided with. 😄 We want to thank you, Michael for this lovely experience and the sweet memory you gave us. 01/11/2025: A small bar in the heart of Monteverde, Cafe Vert offers a wide selection of drinks and food. The table service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is also excellent. I understand the need to expand, but the outdoor tables are a bit uncomfortable (since some are on a slope) and exposed to traffic. Finally, I find the prices excessively high.

Located in the historic center of Velletri, this restaurant welcomes guests in a rustic, warm, and familiar setting, where the atmosphere is authentic and convivial. The cuisine is home-style and faithful to Velletri's traditions: flavorful dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The pasta is homemade, and it shows: authentic, flavorful, and with that artisanal touch that makes all the difference. Each course is well-cooked and plentiful, perfect for those who love good, old-fashioned cuisine. The staff is truly impeccable: kind, smiling, and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. Not to mention the wine cellar, stocked with their own wines: we tasted one of their wines and it was truly delicious, perfect for accompanying lunch. The homemade desserts were also excellent, a perfect ending to a quality meal. The only complaint was the wait between courses, which was slightly longer than expected. No big deal, though, because overall we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. In short, La Vecchia Taverna is an authentic, welcoming, and quality restaurant, perfect for those seeking authentic flavors and a warm, rustic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a pleasant lunch in the heart of Velletri.

19/10/2025: Discovered by chance, service was quick and impeccable. Special mention for the bruschetta with local olive oil. Pappardelle with wild boar, as it should be, delicious and plentiful. Grilled wild boar, delicious sautéed chicory. Good house wine. Right prices, you can eat well for two for less than €60.

20/10/2025: We go often, the food is always good, it's a shame that this time the portions were much smaller than usual (the pasta and chicory were truly two forkfuls...). The staff is always kind and welcoming.

19/10/2025: The pizza dough was decent, but the topping was insufficient, with commercial mozzarella. The crema catalana was very burnt and the sugar was very cold from the freezer.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. 20/09/2025: Interesting place, excellent quality of meat, tried the tartare and the Fiorentina and I must say I really enjoyed it.

18/09/2025: Excellent tartare... Overcooked Tomawoq had been requested rare... side dishes full of oil... super courteous and kind waiter... the guy at the grill was bored by the absence of customers and was on his cell phone... and overcooked the meat... absent proprietorship... unpleasant with a 139 euro bill... for 2!
