30/06/2025: Non fatevi ingannare dall’esterno: il locale sembra anonimo, ma dentro è una piccola perla. Ambiente curato, raffinato, arredato con gusto. Ti conquista subito. Accoglienza impeccabile, soprattutto grazie a Maurizio, il proprietario: preparato, educato, ma anche simpatico e coinvolgente. Presenta piatti e vini con competenza e passione, senza mai prendersi troppo sul serio. Il Gewürztraminer 2021 di J. Hofstätter che ci ha consigliato è stato un abbinamento perfetto per tutta la cena. Gli antipasti ci hanno stupiti: polpo con patate e pomodorino, tenerissimo e gustoso; calamari con valeriana e frutta, originali e ben bilanciati; parmigiana con mazzancolle, polpo e patate, davvero sorprendente. Nei primi abbiamo trovato gusto e creatività: tagliolini con moscardini e 'Nduja (mare e piccante al punto giusto), e tagliolini con seppioline e pachino, classici ma eseguiti molto bene. Come secondo una frittura di calamari, leggera e croccante. Niente dolce (eravamo sazi!), ma una grappa "Elisi" di Berta ha chiuso la serata in modo perfetto. In sintesi, una scoperta meravigliosa nell’agro pontino. Torneremo sicuramente, anche per l'ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità!

13/06/2025: In occasione di un pranzo di lavoro, ho avuto il piacere di vivere un’esperienza gastronomica di livello altissimo, che merita una menzione speciale sotto ogni punto di vista. 1. Il Locale La location si è rivelata perfetta per un incontro professionale: elegante ma discreta, curata nei dettagli, silenziosa quanto basta per consentire conversazioni riservate, e al contempo accogliente e confortevole. Un equilibrio architettonico e stilistico che comunica immediatamente il valore e la raffinatezza dell’esperienza che si sta per vivere. 2. Accoglienza e Professionalità Il ristoratore, insieme al personale di sala, ha saputo distinguersi per cortesia, educazione e altissima professionalità. Ogni gesto, ogni attenzione al cliente, ogni spiegazione sui piatti è stata improntata a un servizio di classe, misurato e puntuale, che ha saputo far sentire l’ospite importante, senza mai risultare invadente. 3. Qualità degli Ingredienti La selezione delle materie prime si è rivelata eccellente. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, lavorati con competenza e rispetto, valorizzati senza forzature, in una cucina che esalta la qualità e la stagionalità dei prodotti. È evidente la cura maniacale nella scelta di ogni singolo elemento del menù. 4. Abbinamenti di Sapori e Presentazione I piatti proposti sono stati un vero trionfo del gusto: accoppiamenti audaci ma perfettamente bilanciati, sapori che si fondono in un’armonia sorprendente, consistenze calibrate e profili aromatici raffinati. Ogni portata è stata un’esperienza sensoriale, servita con una presentazione impeccabile e una cura estetica che riflette l’arte della cucina d’autore. Conclusione Un pranzo di lavoro trasformato in un momento di autentico piacere culinario. Un’esperienza che coniuga altissima qualità, eccellenza professionale e attenzione al dettaglio. Un luogo in cui il valore dell’accoglienza e della cucina si esprime ai massimi livelli. Assolutamente eccezionale.

23/04/2025: Nice little change of pace cafe that feels like someones passion project. It felt much more local than places along the busy streets. Had the best quiche and chocolate cake.

12/08/2025: Food - Absolutely fantastic, the pizza was fresh and packed full of flavour. Breschetta was also delicious with fresh tomatoes and herbs. We stopped here for a late lunch and only got a bit of food. Service - Overall the service was just okay. It took forever to get the bill because the server was busy talking with a friend. There was a few times we though they forgot about us. This could have been due to the time we visited as it was a really late lunch. Atmosphere - We sat on the Patio and it was nice even though it was so hot. They have fans under their canapy that helps move the air around so it was quite nice. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and our drinks but the service could have been a bit better but I would still reccomend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

22/07/2025: Dining out in Rome in the summer is priceless. Good food, an even better wine selection, and friendly, knowledgeable waiters without being intrusive. The price was fair. Overall, great, guys!

The first and second courses never disappoint, too, always prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The staff is kind, attentive, and professional, and special thanks go to Roberto, who with his passion and expertise makes every visit a pleasant experience. It's the go-to pizzeria for many neighborhoods.

The food was very tasty, and small touches like the amuse-bouche and the sugared cookies at the end made the experience even better. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable. 22/06/2025: Great experience! My friends and I found this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised! The variety of cocktails is out of this world! You get lost and don't know what to choose... but that's the point... to try them you absolutely have to go back! In the meantime we munched on a pinza... meh, good but too much sauce! 07/07/2025: Frequento spesso questo locale ormai famoso a Talenti. Il posto si presta sia per un pasto veloce che per un aperitivo all'aperto, o anche cena o dopocena. Buona la varietà delle portate con sempre nuovi fuori menù di stagione. Ottimi i cocktail. Ampia la carta dei vini, ma basica la scelta delle birre. Il personale è sempre cortese. Se sei di zona non puoi mancare di provarlo.

05/07/2025: Abbiamo deciso di fermarci per un aperitivo, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente sotto ogni aspetto. Il vino servito era di qualità davvero bassa, nonostante il prezzo piuttosto elevato della bottiglia. Il tagliere, che ci aspettavamo ricco e variegato, era invece povero e poco curato, con pochissima varietà e porzioni decisamente misere. Le bruschette erano praticamente immangiabili: talmente dure che risultava difficile anche solo addentarle. Abbiamo ordinato anche della focaccia calda a parte, ma è rimasta completamente intatta nel piatto: dura, pesante e intrisa d’olio. Per concludere, abbiamo preso un dolce che si è rivelato stucchevole e di scarsa qualità, pesante da digerire e per nulla soddisfacente. Un’esperienza da dimenticare. Non torneremo e non possiamo consigliarlo a nessuno in cerca di un aperitivo all’altezza delle aspettative (e dei prezzi).
