27/10/2025: The seafood restaurant... VEGAN PAR EXCELLENCE! Finally, in Anzio, a restaurant that isn't afraid to innovate and break the mold. Proof that there's more than just seafood, and it's delicious, too! The perfect place to bring together mixed groups, where finally the vegan cuisine is thoughtfully prepared, varied, and not just a series of ingredients stolen from the non-vegan menu. The dishes were delicious, with generous and varied portions. We felt pampered and like guests, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely THE solution for eating together in Anzio!

14/09/2025: Small, pleasantly decorated restaurant. Warm welcome and excellent cuisine, especially the fresh pasta they make themselves. The tonnarelli alla pescatora and alle vongole are a must-try. The desserts and wine list are excellent. Despite being in a highly touristy area, the restaurant has managed to stand out by creating its own unique atmosphere.

Overcooked Tomawoq had been requested rare... side dishes full of oil... super courteous and kind waiter... the guy at the grill was bored by the absence of customers and was on his cell phone... and overcooked the meat... absent proprietorship... unpleasant with a 139 euro bill... for 2!

03/11/2025: We celebrated my children's confirmation with the pizza menu. Francesco was helpful and kind in adding to the menu. The food was delicious and the prices were fair. The restaurant is well-maintained, with a beautiful outdoor garden and an elegant interior. Highly recommended!

10/09/2025: Wonderful ‘by the slice’ pizzeria in the atmospheric main square. Ate here twice during our week long stay. Amazingly friendly family run business and very very good value. Highly recommend all the pizza options but the Amatricana deserves a special mention.

20/08/2025: This restaurant is a sure thing with all its dishes: excellent seafood appetizers, fresh fish, and delicious pizza. I've celebrated birthdays and even my daughter's graduation. The custom menus for special occasions are generous and well-priced. The staff is extremely friendly. A word of advice: book in advance, otherwise you won't find a table.

19/07/2025: Bellissima serata trascorsa in famiglia comodamente seduti ai tavoli della PINSERIA 06! Sul corso principale di Vetralla, ci accomodiamo all’esterno pregustando la nostra cena in occasione di un festeggiamento. La serata è perfetta. Come il clima fresco. Le luci in strada. L’illuminazione della Pinseria che crea la giusta atmosfera. Pinsarelli con pomodorini, mozzarella e origano per cominciare. Poi altra porzione alla gricia. Squisiti! Arrivano le birre alla spina. Fresche e in perfetta armonia con le successive pinse, servite su tagliere di legno. L’impasto é soffice, la cottura giusta. Ma apprezziamo soprattutto la qualità eccellente della materia prima. Concludiamo con ulteriori pinsarelli alla nutella. E con un brindisi. Alla nostra festeggiata, certo. Ma anche al giovane proprietario e al suo personale garbato. Ottima inaspettata serata per chi, come me, abita nella città dove la pizza é una pietanza “sacra”. Ma la pinsa di stasera non mi ha fatto rimpiangere Napoli. A presto Pinseria 06. The first courses are truly tasty and beautifully presented, and the second courses are equally delicious: fresh fish, cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
