10/03/2026: A charming and welcoming place, run by efficient, courteous staff, eager to provide information and suggestions. It offers simple cuisine, primarily inspired by Roman and Sardinian traditions. We had an excellent carbonara, tasty and balanced, and a very good tagliata. The house red wine and crème brulee were also good. We'll be back to try the grilled dishes.

22/03/2026: Avoid – shocking bill and zero transparency Two steaks, two side dishes, two beers, and two bruschetta (two simple slices of bread with tomato sauce): €100. An absurd price for absolutely average quality. The meat is decent, but nothing to justify the price. Menu only available verbally and no prices stated: an unacceptable practice that leads to surprise bills. A clear sense of dishonesty, especially towards non-locals. The atmosphere is cold, the table settings are basic, and the service is practically nonexistent. Poor value for money. We won't be returning.

28/09/2025: For years, I've been visiting the sanctuary with my friends, and it's always a pleasure to go to the restaurant afterwards, where we're always greeted with a smile and warmth from the staff. The food is excellent, authentic, and simply cooked. The tart with sour cherry jam is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I highly recommend it.

05/12/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance. It was a pleasant surprise. I ordered some delicious pizza and some fried food. I was impressed by the freshness of all the ingredients, the delicious fried food, not too oily, and above all by the kindness of the staff. It may seem like a small thing, but being courteous and friendly is truly important, and these days it often takes a back seat. I'll definitely be back.

03/03/2026: It's always nice to return to eat at DA Locanda Ruggeri, a go-to place when we're in Terracina. Everything is unique and excellent, from the food to the hospitality. We'll be back soon!!! A must try!

03/03/2026: This place was known for a €120 smartbox that included three courses and a bottle of wine. I ordered a €30 bottle of prosecco instead of the white wine and was told I'd pay the difference, but I paid for the bottle in full, so the other bottle was lost. The final bill included two bread baskets worth €2.50 each, brought to me before the appetizer, paired with a local olive oil. I hadn't ordered it, thinking it was free, but I ended up paying for it. I'm not a big fan of bread. Moving on to the food, both appetizers were good, the raw sea bass and the friselle with scampi. For the first course, a scorpion fish mix, which could have used a pinch of extra salt, and the second courses were also very good. For dessert, I wasn't particularly pleased with the chocolate cake, which didn't have a warm center and was served in a small pan, making it awkward to eat. The place was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. At the end of lunch, between the Smartbox and the price difference (including the infamous bottle and bread baskets), I ended up spending €175, which I thought was too much for what I ate (with €10 for a cruel cake with no chocolate center, which I thought was excessive). What can I say? Go, but maybe without getting a Smartbox.

25/12/2025: Excellent, quality dishes presented in a truly pleasant atmosphere. The service was fast, attentive, and very courteous. I want to thank the entire staff again for the wonderful experience.

24/12/2025: A gem nestled among the buildings in the San Cesareo industrial area. Excellent cuisine, naturally centered around truffles, and above all, excellent service. The staff are quick and attentive. A truly wonderful discovery. Amazing value for money.

01/03/2026: This place has been around for over forty years, and the food has always been good, and today we've rediscovered the same flavors. The polenta with fondue and truffle was a real treat, and the waiters were kind and helpful—what more could we say?

15/11/2025: The pizza at Palazzaccio is unbeatable!!!! Excellent, very digestible, well topped..... The best?! "Tartufona" and the legendary "fallone" that my husband Luigi and I always enjoy eating!!!!! Amazing Maurizio the pizza chef, better than a Neapolitan..... 👏👏and that's coming from me who is half from the Sorrento peninsula!!!

16/08/2025: The Torda and Gorgonzola/Speck pizzas are superb. Even my partner, who's worse than the MasterChef judges, raved about them. Paired with Gewürztraminer. There's just one problem: we live 300 km away! But we'll be back anyway!
