10/06/2025: We go to a trattoria, the premises are good, the quality is good... tasty fettuccine with porcini mushrooms... and it is true that red wine should be served at room temperature, but not at 20°! It is impossible to drink it too hot. I am sorry for the 3 stars because I think that this trattoria has a lot to offer, but this detail cannot be overlooked.

01/06/2025: The Fisherman's Hut......what can I say, if not a splendid location, with Lake Bolsena lapping the shores of this simple and wonderful restaurant: a culinary experience worthy of this land; 2 mixed starters, tonnarelli allo scoglio, fried seafood, seared tuna on a bed of julienned courgettes, lemon sorbet and a chocolate sponge cake with cream and Nutella, all washed down with a divine white Grechetto Laziale, and two coffees.... 110 euros, a truly balanced quality-price ratio.... the owner and staff, attentive and friendly at the same time, and deserve, in my opinion, a visit to this truly suggestive place at sunset, and with the delicious cuisine of this part of Tuscia

22/05/2025: Questa si che è una trattoria casereccia. Il posto è isolato. Ambiente proprio informale, ottimo. La signora si è messa a chiacchierare con noi. Sembrava di stare a pranzo dalla nonna che chiede al nipote cosa vuole mangiare e lo accontenta con una super porzione del suo piatto preferito. I piatti molto abbondanti e gustosi. Ottime le fettuccine alla gricia. Ma anche la super bruschettata con gli antipasti e il pane dorato. E' la seconda volta che ci andiamo e spero proprio di tornarci.

12/05/2025: I was there yesterday, the food is amazing, the kitchen is like it used to be, the lady and her husband are very kind, the beauty is that you go and get water from the fountain on your own, I like it very much, I will definitely go there again, everything is very, very good, the fettuccine with the sauce is top notch, always full, having a grandmother who cooks like this is top notch, the lady is very good, everything is very good, very nice, I liked it very much, the portions of pasta are at least 3 ounces but you finish them all

14/06/2025: È stata una piacevole scoperta! Sono stato a pranzo con amici, di sabato, mi è stato suggerito di prenotare e in effetti è consigliabile. La “trattoria di mare”, arredamento essenziale ma curato, dispone di pochi tavoli per cui specialmente di sera suppongo sia impossibile mangiare (e si mangia davvero bene) senza prenotazione. Intuisco una gestione di tipo familiare, madre, figlia… molto attente, gentili. La trattoria ha solo 7 anni di vita, ma ormai nel quartiere di Monte Sacro Alto è un punto di riferimento. Pranzo leggero… antipasto di moscardini, alici e crocchette di baccalà, a seguire spaghetto alle vongole, quindi un sorbetto al limone e caffè. Davvero nulla da dire, qualità buona e prezzo giusto, considerando anche una bottiglia di Gewurtztraminer 2022. Tornerò sicuramente, per una conferma della buona impressione ricevuta. Brave, complimenti!!

21/05/2025: Very nice place, you eat well and the fish is quality, I recommend changing the name of "piccolini al sugo" to "pasta al sugo", it is not very intuitive. The desserts are excellent, I recommend the crème brûlée with apples and cinnamon.

17/05/2025: I went there yesterday for the first time, a dinner with some friends, I have to say everything was perfect, the service was impeccable, the dishes were excellent, I really recommend it.

06/05/2025: A restaurant located in a quiet place with convenient parking especially for those traveling by truck behind an IP petrol station a few km from the motorway entrance. Excellent food, top quality meat, delicious kebabs, very varied and flavorful starter, I recommend the coratella. The staff were very friendly and gave us good advice on what to take. I will definitely go back if I'm in that area.
