14/07/2025: Pessima esperienza con questo ristorante, dove siamo stati per ben due volte. La prima passi, la seconda è l'ultima. Porzioni microscopiche, in particolare di abbacchio allo scottadito, patate al forno bruciate rimandate indietro, prezzi elevati. Fatti presenti tutti i disservizi al proprietario si è limitato a non rispondere nulla e nemmeno ci ha stornato qualcosa dal conto. Come perdere clienti in maniera semplice e e irreversibile

03/08/2025: This place was more than excellent. I got the amatriciana pasta and it was straight out of heaven. The guanciale was crispy and the sauce was perfect. Im italian and it was the best pasta I ever had. I tried also the chicken fingers and some of the burgers but if you cone here I would definitely get the pasta. I will definitely come here again as it was surreal.

15/07/2025: Piu' che cucina,visto il conto,credevamo di aver comprato un salotto. Antipasto suppli' bruschette e salumi ,pasta alla carbonara,dolcetto e calice di vino €60.00.cena all'aperto a 1 MT da viale Gregorio VII abbiamo respirato i gas di scarico del traffico adiacente.mai piu'.

27/07/2025: Prenotiamo questo ristorante perché molto vicino al b&b dove avremmo soggiornato, non senza aver letto prima le recensioni positive, che comunque mi avevano incuriosita. Veniamo accolti da Michele, il proprietario, sorridente e cordiale. Si evince immediatamente la passione con la quale gestisce personalmente il locale. Ci spiega che durante la cena ci farà assaggiare dei distillati. Da lì comincia un’esperienza di degustazione in un mondo a noi poco noto che diventa, nel corso della serata, una vera e propria condivisione non solo di gusti ma di esperienze di vite che, in poche ore, ci raccontiamo con disinvoltura e franchezza, come in una cena tra vecchi amici. Michele ci spiega tutto quello che ci fa assaggiare, permettendoci di gustare e assaporare al meglio i prodotti. Il menù è essenziale con prodotti locali e stagionali, cucinati in modo originale così che , anche un pollo fritto diventa meno banale con un panatura particolare e un hamburger, preparato con un pane di un forno della zona e verdure a km 0, diventa più buono E tra un gin, un porto, un rum, un whisky finiamo di parlare di lavoro, figli, educazione e famiglia. Insomma usciamo dal locale felicemente brilli e entusiasti per una serata originale dal corso piacevolmente inaspettato. Michele continua così…ovviamente torneremo con amici. Francesca e Riccardo

26/07/2025: Mi vanto di essere cliente di questo posto incredibile dove si viene travolti dal proprietario/cameriere/barman/intrattenitore/ chi più ne ha più ne metta MICHELE. Una cucina fatta prima di tutto dalla ricerca della materia prima, poi da ottimi aperitivi , dai migliori gin in circolazione per chi come me li apprezza. Si va al punto senza fronzoli; antipasti di fritti mai mangiati prima, burger di livello altissimo; i dolci sono insuperabili. Assolutamente da provare il cannolo con ricotta di bufala e babà/Sacher al fondente. Civitella d' Agliano è un borgo piccolissimo tra i tantissimi del centro Italia che però secondo me è in crescita esponenziale specialmente in estate. Luogo del grechetto migliore d'Italia ma anche per le grandi iniziative di Michele e Donatella che hanno dato lustro a questo posto per troppi anni non considerato della alta Tuscia viterbese . Per una ottima gita fuori porta, per molto molto altro . PROVATELO!

02/06/2025: Nulla di speciale. Primi assolutamente nella media, flan di zucchine sufficiente, secondo di carne appena sufficiente per qualità ed insufficiente per quantità. Dolce discreto. Ambiente abbastanza anonimo. Insomma non ci torneremo. Nulla di speciale, un posto come tanti a Roma. C'è molto di meglio in giro

We especially recommend the buffalo mozzarella fondue with porcini mushrooms, tomato meatballs, and zazzere with mushrooms and guanciale (flavorful, savory). Tiramen' cima all'amaretto: a less-than-exceptional take on tiramisu. Good value. Located in the historic center. Not easily accessible for those with limited mobility, due to the stairs without handrails and the steepness, being in the historic center of Fiuggi. Professional, fast service. €30 per person with excellent local Cesanese wine.

04/08/2025: Sabato scorso sono stato in questa pizzeria con la mia compagna. Avevamo prenotato per le 21:15 ma, a causa del parcheggio, siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di ritardo. Nulla di drammatico, soprattutto considerando che davanti a noi c’erano altre tre coppie in attesa, tutte con prenotazioni alle 21:00, 21:15 e 21:30. Quindi no, non è stato il nostro ritardo a creare problemi ma la gestione delle prenotazioni semplicemente non funziona. Dopo aver aspettato in piedi fuori per mezz’ora buona, alle 22 passa una cameriera e ci chiede se nell’attesa vogliamo bere una birra. Accettiamo, pensando che fosse una gentilezza per scusarsi del disagio. Invece no. Più tardi ci accorgiamo che ce le hanno tranquillamente messe sul conto. Un gesto davvero poco elegante. Dentro, finalmente, ci sistemano. L’ambiente è carino, anche se l’attesa continua pure lì: lunghi tempi per ordinare e altrettanto lunghi per ricevere le pizze. Pizza discreta, ma nulla per cui tornerei apposta. Non è il ritardo ad avermi infastidito, in agosto, con il locale pieno, può starci. Ma il modo in cui è stato gestito tutto, no. Soprattutto il fatto di far pagare due birre offerte come se fossero un pensiero di cortesia. Non si tratta dei soldi, si tratta di rispetto. Dispiace dirlo, ma non ci tornerò.

01/07/2025: I heard about the place from a friend and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Very kind and competent owners. As soon as you arrive you are served with a glass of prosecco and carasau bread in oil. The food is really good both the appetizers and the first courses (I have never had the second course). After the meal a bottle of myrtle is served at the table. Everything is excellent, I highly recommend it!

30/07/2025: A huge disappointment, unfortunately. I came to Acquapazza with high expectations, wanting to give a special experience to my nephew, the son of restaurateurs in Madrid and accustomed since childhood to eating in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. I chose this place without asking for advice, trusting the name (my mistake). Let's start with the positive: the location is truly enchanting. At the top of the island, with a spectacular view of all of Ponza, the atmosphere is refined and very evocative. The staff was kind and courteous, nothing to complain about in terms of human touch. But from a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect much more, especially in two fundamental aspects: service and cuisine. Regarding service: despite there being few tables, the attention was lacking. Our wine remained forgotten in the cooler, and several times we were forced to serve ourselves. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is unacceptable: in certain price ranges, customers deserve careful attention, discreetly but consistently. No one expects extreme formality, but attention is. And it was lacking here. About the food: beautiful presentation, beautifully plated dishes. But the flavor? Mediocre. No memorable dishes, no emotion. I left the restaurant with nothing that made me want to return. I've enjoyed much more at all the other restaurants I've tried on the island, at much more reasonable prices. The bill, however, was extremely high (€350 for the tasting menu, for three people with two bottles of wine for around €30 each), and frankly not justified by what we received. A Michelin star must be earned every day, and maintained with rigor, commitment, and research. Here, I had the distinct feeling that they were living off their income.

15/07/2025: Intimate atmosphere, elegant views, Michelin-starred dishes. The precise service: Acqua Pazza is famous in Ponza for its refinement and customer service. The dishes are carefully prepared and rich in flavor. Recommended.

28/07/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa a Frascati da rientro dal nostro viaggio in Calabria e, attirati dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso di cenare presso questa buonissima osteria. Aspettative pienamente soddisfatte, location meravigliosa in piazza, ottimo l’antipasto misto e eccezionali i primi. Servizio impeccabile e conto più che onesto. Davvero un’ottima esperienza!!
