22/12/2025: We went to this restaurant after visiting the nativity scenes in Artena. We arrived around 2 pm and were greeted with a warm smile. We ordered two plates of long gnocchi made with water and flour, typical of Artena, with ragù. Simple but delicious, as was the cacio e pepe my son had.
A chocolate dessert and wine-flavored donuts to finish, which were gone in a flash.
And a kind smile at the end, too.
I recommend it, perhaps, as a stop after visiting the nativity scenes in town.
12/12/2025: We ate at a wonderful place; you can feel the passion and love the owners put into every corner of the restaurant. The place is tastefully decorated, and the owners are very attentive. The food is sublime—homemade but with touches of excellence—and the chef is incredibly friendly!

10/03/2026: I went there on Sunday 8th March for the first time and I had a great time, a family atmosphere with Mario, a very kind person who makes you feel at home right away... then the exceptional pizza, very large, very topped and delicious... all the desserts were super good because the 4 of us shared them... highly recommended

15/11/2025: Vintage Restaurant is a gem of a little restaurant in Genazzano, a town in the Castelli Romani area. On Sunday, November 9, 2025, 56 of us shared a delicious, family-style lunch: tagliatelle with ragù, hearty and filling, and a second course of roast beef with baked potatoes, equally delicious! Everything was delicious, and Alessandro, the owner, was always available to accommodate our requests and was very friendly with all of us! Highly recommended. Doriana. (Cellino San Marco)

17/03/2026: Great how they have their own gluten free menu but this is pretty standard for loads of places in Rome. We ate here twice and both times it was mediocre. The food did not taste that nice, I had a 4 cheese pasta and then a tomato and cheese one. The second pasta I ate here was disgusting, there was no sauce just cut up buffalo cheese and tomatoes (uncooked). It looked like a pasta salad.The food looks delicious but it does not taste good. Much better gluten free places in Rome, there multiple close by in Piazza Navona too. Staff were very friendly

21/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. Despite having made a reservation, we were kept waiting a long time without any explanation, much less an apology from the staff.
The welcome was cold and unprofessional, and there was a perceived difference in treatment between local and tourist diners, which was truly unfortunate.
A restaurant should make all diners feel welcome, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I won't be returning, nor do I recommend it.
11/03/2026: I returned to this place after almost 50 years.
It's probably changed management many times, but I'm happy to say that the cuisine has remained the same simple, rustic, and authentic one it was many years ago.

01/03/2026: A very simple and basic family-run restaurant where we immediately felt welcomed with great kindness.
The dishes we chose were truly excellent, carefully prepared and authentically flavored.
The nettle risotto and the green pepper fillet were superb.
The spaghetti with porcini mushrooms and clams were also very good.
A genuine place where you eat well and enjoy a warm, family atmosphere.
Very fair prices.
The only small suggestion I would make concerns the exterior of the restaurant, which could be updated and made more welcoming to further enhance the overall experience.
We will definitely be back!
14/02/2026: I had a seafood lunch at an excellent restaurant with a friendly, family atmosphere. I felt at home. The mussel sauté, grilled sea bass, and sea bream with baked potatoes were highly recommended. I'll be back with my family soon.
