07/09/2025: The historic "Chiodo Fisso" restaurant has refocused its cuisine: Sardinian, with a few local touches, and pizza. The welcome is warm, and the space is relatively quiet. The occupied tables were far away and behind our seating area. We ordered for three: two cones of fried artichoke hearts, one gnocchetti malloreddus, a baked sea bass in a potato crust (excellently executed), a fried calamari, a saedas, a focaccia, and an excellent Vermentino. They were also very accommodating with the doggie bag service, thanks to the generous portions. I only gave 4 stars for the food because it could be improved and refined (too much flour on the fried artichokes made them heavy, for example), but overall, the quality was good. The price was reasonable (€40 each). We'll be back.

07/09/2025: A really nice bar by the street. The kitchen was closed, and I arrived at midnight. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I was given four different types of bruschetta. Great, very nice.

03/09/2025: A bar run by wonderful people where you can enjoy a friendly breakfast!!! Andrea's cappuccino is unparalleled, as are his supplì!!! Try it and believe it!!!

18/08/2025: Friendly staff, great prices, a cozy neighborhood atmosphere and absolutely delicious pizza, better than many of the expensive, top-rated restaurants in Rome.

03/10/2025: I stayed overnight, spacious room, I must say that with the ring road next to it you can hear a bit of noise from the cars, but on the other hand it's nice, closed parking, excellent restaurant.

21/09/2025: Last night I went to this restaurant for the first time. They brought us water straight away. The girl came by to take our order. I waited an hour and a half for two pizzas, mine was completely burnt. I sent it back. I calmly told them not to have it remade, I don't want to stay here until midnight. A table near mine was also complaining about the very long wait. Meanwhile, lots of people were coming out with pizzas to take away. But I said, I'll just sit there outside and wait to be served.

17/09/2025: I stopped in for a quick business lunch with a colleague. The first courses were truly fantastic, with homemade pasta and a cacio e pepe that I'll never forget. Friendly service, and suggestions were much appreciated.

30/09/2025: We came to Nemi for the first time over the weekend. Unfamiliar with the place, we had no idea it would take us almost an hour to find a parking spot. We immediately notified the restaurant of our delay, and when we arrived, apologizing numerous times, we were "reprimanded" in front of everyone else and treated very rudely by the lady serving the tables (I don't know if she was the owner). She then made us wait even longer, even though there was an empty table set, and after half an hour of total ignorance, we decided to leave. I don't know how the food is, but politeness and a friendly approach to customers are what truly set a place apart.

23/09/2025: Food was so good that we forgot to take pictures. Only got desserts pictures when our stomachs were full. From starters to desserts, every dishes were perfect. We returned all the way from Rome in less than 1 week after our last visit.

06/09/2025: Last night, on our way back from a trip to Lake Bolsena, we stopped in Farnese and had dinner at this trattoria. Excellent food and welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back. The soup you mentioned and the cacio e pepe risotto were delicious.

23/08/2025: For my birthday, I enjoyed the 5-course menu on the rooftop terrace. The location is truly a highlight, with its fantastic view and modern, relaxed, and sophisticated ambiance. The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

11/10/2025: This very solid restaurant is located right next to the Trevi Fountain. Typical Italian cuisine at reasonable prices. A definite recommendation!

09/10/2025: . We visited the restaurant around 10pm on Saturday. We ordered Carbonara which was good. Unannounced and nowhere marked service charge of €3 per person, as well as a large beer of €12.

23/09/2025: A wonderful seafood restaurant. Everything is fresh and perfectly prepared. They prepare your food according to your wishes, even dishes not on the menu.

14/09/2025: We just spent three weeks in Italy and this was the most expensive meal of all. The food had good flavour but my veal scallopini was tough. The female server was very nice and we communicated mainly through Google translator. The service was quite slow. I had asked the server if a dessert (a chocolate lava cake type thing) had nuts in it. (I have a sensitivity.) She said it did not so I said "good" and I ordered it. When it finally came it had what looked like Nutella drizzled all over it. I tried to confirm with her that that's what it was and the man who was serving who came by at the same time (manager?) said it was. I explained to him I could not eat it because of the nuts in it. He didn't seem to understand so I typed it in Google translate for him. More Google translate and he asked me if he could make me another one without Nutella. I thought this was very kind and said "yes please." I gave the untouched first dessert back to him (yes, I realize they couldn't serve it to another customer but staff could eat if if they wanted.) Almost 30 minutes later and my replacement dessert finally came out. Lava cakes only take 5 minutes to bake so I was unsure why it took so long. I ate it and it was fine. When we got the bill I saw I was charged for BOTH desserts. This annoyed me because I specifically asked the server about nuts in it at the very beginning before ordering it so it was her error. When the man offered to make me another one I assumed it to be a replacement for their error. I asked my husband if I should challenge the bill but by that time we had been there for over two hours and we were tired and just wanted to get out of there.
