21/09/2025: Considering we've been customers for a long time now, I think this is the last time. It's a disappointment. My partner and I went for lunch on a Sunday. We had a reservation for 1:30 PM and showed up 10 minutes early. The food was served at 3:00 PM, after notifying the dining room staff. The appetizer was poor, and the first courses were bitter, and equally poor, given the amount of oil and garlic. We were told we'd arrived at a time when there was a large table, but there wasn't a large table visible. I would have expected a discount, having reported the problems. I've always had a good experience, but this time I was really disappointed.

01/10/2025: A good place to relax. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very clean. Use of the pool is free. The spa area costs an extra €20 per use, which we found a shame. The breakfast is of high quality. Special requests, such as scrambled eggs, can be made for a fee. Restaurant recommendations are available for dinner. The hotel itself does not serve dinner. The complex is a very well-maintained place with a great view from the pool. Hiking trails can be easily started from this location. The price-performance ratio is perfectly acceptable. However, the definition of luxury should be reconsidered.

17/09/2025: We went for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. Excellent ingredients, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Saltimbocca alla romana and tagliata with porcini mushrooms were excellent. I recommend the homemade gelato, truly delicious. A place to definitely return.

18/09/2025: Did not enjoy our meal very much. Three people looking to experience authentic Roman style pizza, two of which had been here more than once. We each ordered our own pizza - a margherita, and quattro stagione and a vegetarian and In think we were all quite disappointed. For my margherita I can say it was not my understanding of this style of pizza, which is usually cheese brightened by tomato sauce and basil. There was no basil, only two very sad little olives. There was so much cheese and it started to harden as soon as the first slice was done. It did not seem very appetizing. Perhaps it is just the style of pizza is not for me? My first time with Roman pizza. I wish the ingredients like the flour were given a chance to speak more clearly.

22/08/2025: I dined here with my family a couple of times in July 2025, and it was a delightful revelation. The fish is simply prepared, and the traditional dishes are perfect in flavor and presentation, with no frills or frills, like the "thousand salt pans" or the bizarre combinations that often serve to hide less-than-fresh or poor-quality fish. In short, they have quality fish and know how to treat it. The place is small but welcoming. The only drawback is the location: it's off-center and faces a street without even a sidewalk; a post-dinner stroll is not recommended.

21/08/2025: A regular at the restaurant, "Le Lanterne" has been a regular stop every summer with my family for years now, and it continues to be a convivial occasion characterized by delicious food, extremely courteous staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.

12/07/2025: We popped in for an early dinner with my 3 year old. The kitchen didn’t open for an hour and a half but they got us drinks and snacks and my daughter’s order arrived 30 mins before official opening. Delicious food and lovely atmosphere!

02/08/2025: We had an excellent experience at La Fontanella Restaurant. We were greeted by the very friendly owner who immediately made us feel at home, as if we were visiting old friends rather than a restaurant. Our lunch was all about the freshest seafood, and the dishes were all delicious and of the highest quality. Everything we ate was reasonably priced, and we were also offered coffee and liqueurs. We will definitely be back, and we will cherish the wonderful memories of this culinary and human experience. See you soon.

27/09/2025: A simple, private, comfortable place where you can eat inside the building. It's frequented by working people ☺️☺️ so it's pleasant, clean, and quiet. It felt like I was in a courtyard... I liked it.

I dined in the on-site restaurant and was pleased: limited selection, but well-cooked dishes and prompt service. Overall, a functional hotel, suitable for short business stays.
