31/03/2025: We were in this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch, the first sunny one of the season, obviously the place was super crowded given the exodus from Rome for the beautiful day. I found the food to be good, average, nothing sensational, perhaps also given the arrival time, we sat down at 2pm. Note that for me the service is very negative, first of all if you are a restaurateur and you see that your place doesn't empty after the first shift you shouldn't complain, on the contrary! The rather colorful comments between the owner and the waiter about people who were late in front of other customers do not seem appropriate to me. I would review for a moment the approach that both the staff and the owner of this restaurant have towards the customer, who pays to have good food, and maybe a smile.

04/03/2025: The factory is a place with excellent possibilities, but unfortunately it still needs to improve on quality, in my case breakfast. The cappuccino was not up to par, twice, the milk was too hot and therefore had bubbles on the surface. The croissants need improvement but we are on the right track, quite flaky but not very fragrant. There is a bit to improve on the service, very friendly staff but I didn't understand who was doing what. The environment, I have known the factory since it first opened and I have always liked it a lot for its industrial style, I would like to be able to bring my children back but since the last time we came the carousel with the bridge needed to be fixed and was a little dangerous to be able to let them play. I will definitely return because it remains my favorite place, I hope to find the points listed above improved.

20/12/2024: A real shame, a pizza without infamy and without praise. Question, where do they buy mozzarella? With all the goodness that the Pontine countryside offers, theirs tastes like parmesan. Ahahaha There were 7 of us at the table, no one finished the pizza, some left half, some a quarter, some three quarters. Strange, if it's good, we often do an encore.

30/03/2025: Very welcoming and very familiar place. The flavor of Neapolitan homes can be found both in the menu and in the preparations! I really liked it a lot. Excellent pizza and fantastic cuisine. The staff were also really welcoming. The place has also been carefully furnished both internally and externally. They also offered us coffee, we really felt very at home and then Maestro Fabio accompanied us throughout the evening with a fantastic repertoire.

30/03/2025: This place was recommended to us by our B&B. I had already passed by it a few times being really close but honestly I hadn't stopped yet. Luckily I did!!! I found myself catapulted into a fantastic environment, the staff were super friendly and the food was exceptional! I really recommend everyone to pay a visit and above all to taste the authentic flavors of Campania!

22/03/2025: Great atmosphere, typical Italian dishes. Excellent service from the staff, they serve you very quickly. The artichokes with pecorino are a 10.
