15/05/2024: We went with a colleague for an aperitif after work. We returned to this place after having dinner with all our work colleagues. On that occasion the value for money was adequate, probably because a person who knew the managers had booked. Today we asked for an aperitif, but we almost had to beg them to let us sit, despite some empty tables (they were empty even when we left). After having sat us down and given us the "aperitif menu", when ordering they told us that the things we had chosen were no longer good because we now had to order from the other "dinner menu". Unfortunately, the Chips chosen 5 minutes later and with a menu change were no longer available. We ask the very kind waitress (the only positive note, together with the waiter who seated us), to be able to list the available fried foods on the "dinner menu" so we can have an "aperitif-like". We choose a white focaccia and a parcel of octopus and calamari, without looking at the menu (our mistake, made so as not to make the waitress go back to get the others. She had obviously advised us several times to look at them before choosing). Unfortunately the final bill was not at all balanced with what we ate. 35 euros in total for a draft beer, a glass of wine, a packet of octopus and calamari costing 18 euros (1. Absolutely exaggerated price; 2. On the menu currently on the restaurant's website the price is 14 euros; 3 .I have definitely eaten better ones, having grown up in a seaside place) and a focaccia (they brought us a bucket with strips of white pizza and not a whole focaccia as if it were a basket of bread) at a cost of 5 euros. It's a shame that it was so disappointing because, working nearby, it could have become a regular place for aperitifs and dinners.
