15/08/2025: Warm and welcoming place. Excellent food, served with a smile and kindness. Mrs. Erika, the owner, made us fall in love! The location has outdoor use, surrounded by greenery that also offers a nice cool breeze in the evenings. Excellent, locally sourced food. Excellent value for money. Needless to say, from now on we will be satisfied and regular customers... to be honest (I'll allow myself a little controversy), despite the inexplicable and gratuitous, albeit rare, negative reviews. 10/08/2025: The appetizer at Bivio could be more generous, the flavors average; the main course was quite disappointing. The staff was inattentive and inattentive. It's a nice place, but there's still a long way to go! The customer service was truly minimal!

22/08/2025: My salvation. One of the few open in the area during this time of year. Breakfast at the bar is a morning ritual I can't give up, and not having a café down the street forced me to take a brisk walk to this bar. Fresh products and friendly staff. Congratulations.

01/09/2025: The platter was huge and featured a variety of top-quality cured meats, truly delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price was fair. The only drawback: the chairs were a bit uncomfortable and the tables were too close together. Furthermore, the platter consisted mostly of cured meats; perhaps it would have been nice to add something different to the dish to vary it a bit.

03/12/2025: This is my second time at this restaurant, and I have to say it's fantastic. The food is delicious, with high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced seasonings. I highly recommend it.

02/12/2025: For the food, it's extremely expensive. €21 for a selection of cheeses and €18 for two glasses of Pinot Blanc are way too much. I wouldn't go back.

24/10/2025: An excellent pizza: thin, flaky, and soft. The toppings are generous. Their strong point is the semi-perfect fried pizza: the inside is delicious! A little tip: use a slightly coarser breading on the outside to make them truly perfect. Very fast service.

13/11/2025: I wasn’t planning to go out today, but thanks to a bonus on the website (it's shown in the photo), I decided to treat myself. The meat was tender and juicy, and the potatoes tasted like the best homemade version.

30/10/2025: Extremely satisfied with my experience at this restaurant! The staff is undoubtedly among the kindest, most courteous, and helpful on the entire street. Their customer service and professionalism make every visit a true pleasure. Regarding the culinary offerings, the food is of the highest quality, carefully prepared with excellent ingredients. The selection of dishes is accompanied by a wide selection of premium beverages, which perfectly complement the experience. A place that combines impeccable service with excellent quality. Highly recommended!

02/10/2025: Ciociaria isn't what it used to be. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly, despite a chef who claims to be "starred." I was literally in danger of losing a tooth in the rabbit dish because there was a bone that hadn't been removed. Luckily, I noticed it sooner and removed it. It used to be a place worth visiting, with a friendly old man and excellent pizzas at a fair price, but now it's all frills and little substance. In fact, since COVID, we haven't been going there anymore. Even the receipt is a pain; I had to ask several times before I could get one. I suggest abandoning the titles and focusing on the quality of the ingredients and the authenticity of the products and (consequently) local dishes. The prices also need to be reconsidered, as they are often unjustifiable and too far removed from the quality of the dishes offered.

21/09/2025: Let me start by saying that we arrived late and we wouldn't have been surprised if they had told us they couldn't get us food, but instead the people were very kind and helpful 😍 they immediately set the table for us and brought the menus, I tell you we would have chosen everything 😋 in the end we had an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with bruschetta, everything amazing, not to mention the first course, homemade cannelloni, delicious buffalo ravioli 😋 and do we want to talk about the desserts? Panettone that they make all year round served with ice cream, I can't explain how good it is, AMAZING!!! Excellent pistachio semifreddo 😍 I forgot the highlight, their bread, made by them, something amazing. Highly recommended, we will be back soon even if we live far away 😊

25/08/2025: When I walk in, the staff exudes a sense of energy and joy: kindness is a hallmark here. The food is fresh, the coffee is good, and the breakfast is excellent. What more could you ask for?

17/09/2025: I've been a customer here for 20 years. It's been great sometimes, and not so great sometimes. The food is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the decor after the renovation, in my opinion, doesn't match the food served. I also suggest turning up the air conditioning as it was simply too hot.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I hadn't been there for a year, and in the meantime, they'd been renovating the place. It turned out pretty well, too. But they forgot about the acoustics. It's indescribably noisy, and it's hard to stay quiet. Meanwhile, I have to say that the quality of the food has gone downhill. The dishes are too Westernized, with little spice and flavor. A bit disappointing.

09/05/2025: Discovered this place during an aperitif. The spaces are well looked after and the staff is very friendly. The outdoor space is really nice! I will definitely return and recommend it.

29/06/2025: In Ladispoli there are fast food restaurants, in Ladispoli you will find a lot of junk food, in Ladispoli you will find many places to eat, most of which do not deserve a second visit. Then there is Red and Black. Which with well thought out combinations, with passion, with precision and with raw materials of absolute quality makes pinsa, hamburgers, sandwiches and anything else that will leave you speechless. A menu that satisfies any need and a professionalism that is almost impossible to find in these parts. Go there, do yourself this favor or order from their website if you live in those parts. The place stays open until late at night, another choice that will pay off in the medium term. The prices are perfectly consistent with the quality of the raw materials and we know that quality has to be paid for. But compared to the mediocrity that is found around, Red and Black is a rare bird in a suffocating gastronomic panorama like that of Ladispoli. Well done, really well done! Don't give up!

18/08/2025: Contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza. Baked fish and salmon en papillote were delicious and delicate. The waitress was very kind.

17/10/2025: Everything was delicious and excellent, the service was excellent, and the price was almost in line with what we ate. What really bothered us was that we ordered two portions of tagliolini with lobster, which they kindly split into four half portions, but on the bill it came out as four full-price portions. The excuse was that the lobster was the full portion of each dish, and so that drove up the price. So, I don't think we'll happily return after what happened.

01/10/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant twice. The place was elegant and welcoming. The staff was very kind and efficient. The food was excellent. If I may make a small comment, when I asked for some oil to add to the delicious fish, I was brought a small bottle of oil extracted from EU olives. For some reason, given the quality of the restaurant, I expected an EVOO extracted in Italy from Italian olives.
