20/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. The appetizers were all excellent, and the first courses were decent. I would pay attention to a few service details, such as serving wine to everyone and not leaving the appetizer plates in the center of the table.

20/02/2026: A beautiful location with a relaxing view of the greenery. I'd been here before to celebrate birthdays and loved it. I returned today after a long wait, and I must say I had a wonderful time. The welcome and service were impeccable. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and although it's a meat and fish restaurant, since there was a vegetarian guest, they prepared special dishes to accommodate them. Then, at the checkout, in addition to not having to pay for the coffee with the digestif, the owner gave me a bottle of their wine! An experience I'll definitely repeat! Top!

18/02/2026: The pizza was simply fantastic: huge, well-topped, with a light, fragrant dough that melted in your mouth. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, the kind that makes you close your eyes to savor it even more. The appetizers started the evening off perfectly: the bruschetta was delicious, perfectly crispy, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that tasted of home and tradition. But beyond the food, what made everything even more special was meeting the owners again after so many years. It was a truly emotional moment 🥰: their warm welcome, sincere smiles, and family atmosphere made us feel right at home. Cacio e Pepe isn't just a restaurant, it's a place where you can eat excellently and where you can feel passion, friendliness, and authenticity. We'll definitely be back! 🍕✨

20/03/2026: We ended up at this restaurant by chance, as the owner approached us on the street. We'd like to give an honest and fair review: The salami pizza was unfortunately very disappointing. It completely lacked seasoning – neither spices nor oil nor a balanced flavor were discernible. It has to be said that even a frozen pizza made at home has more flavor. The pasta also failed to impress us. The noodles were mostly still hard, the sauce very watery, and overall the flavor was unappealing. Of course, taste is always subjective, we're aware of that. Nevertheless, it's particularly disappointing in Italy when classic dishes like pizza and pasta are served in this condition. We never usually return food, so this unfortunately doesn't reflect well on the restaurant. On a positive note, however, we would like to emphasize that our complaint was handled smoothly and very courteously – that was exemplary. We only had to pay for our drinks and were free to leave. During our short stay, we also noticed that other guests were sending some of their food back. Therefore, we were probably not the only guests dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The ambiance is okay. It's a very basic restaurant. Those looking for a fancy dining experience and aesthetics will likely be disappointed. The staff was always polite.

07/03/2026: Terrible...too much quantity and zero quality. I ordered a gricia. It was pasta in bianco, with oil, pecorino cheese, and pieces of bacon of the worst quality... The appetizer was also awful...basic cured meats, typical of discount stores... First and last experience. P.S.: Half the table went home with diarrhea.

17/12/2025: While passing through Cerveteri on a hike through the Valley of the Underworld, we stumbled upon this place by chance. We needed a beer and some snacks, so we didn't spend much time there, but I was pleasantly surprised by the place—pretty well-maintained, modern, and clean. The owner and manager were very friendly. There weren't many people there, but it was already late, around 3 p.m.—just a few diners who, I think, had extended their lunch to watch the Roma game.

30/11/2025: Il mio ristorante preferito in zona. Sì mangia sempre benissimo, i prezzi sono un po' alti; ma dato che la qualità è ottima, sicuramente ne vale la pena. Sempre molto affollato: consiglio di prenotare.

23/09/2025: Great attention to gluten-free options. Excellent product quality, attentive and courteous staff. The terrace is very charming, as is the interior. Prices are more than fair considering the quality.

13/09/2025: Interesting place. The meat sushi is fabulous, especially the truffle ones. The flavors are perfectly paired and fragrant. We expected something more from the burgers, however. The burger wasn't cooked evenly, and some parts were perhaps a little too raw. Plus, the bun wasn't warmed up. Despite everything, it wasn't bad, 4 out of 5. The service was super attentive, very friendly, and very fast. Thanks guys. The location is spectacular; I found it interesting and intimate in the right way. Soft lighting, modern decor with a well-matched touch of whimsy. We'll definitely be back to try the steak.

27/11/2025: Here we're already on the beach, even though I was there in the fall, I imagine it would be more comfortable in the summer. Clean rooms, perhaps a spruce up of the hallways. The food is good, and the staff is just the right amount of helpful.

12/10/2025: We spent a weekend of peace, serenity, and great flavor. We'd heard so much about it, but hadn't yet had the chance to visit. We finally managed to bridge the gap and discover a place where time stands still, making room for authenticity and the sea, the star of the show, as in everything at 'Pino al Mare.' We'll definitely be back. Thank you! PS: What raw fish. What first courses. What second courses. What service... and what sunsets!

05/01/2026: A friendly, family-friendly atmosphere overlooking two fishing lakes. Excellent Roman cuisine, including top-notch carbonara and gricia. Alessia and Sara's service is impeccable. We'll definitely be back to try the lamb! Thank you.

08/12/2025: I've been curious to try it for a while. The location is inside the Flaminio local market, very simple and spartan, with a few tables arranged outdoors under a tent. The menu changes daily based on availability, ranging from classic Roman fare to something more sophisticated, spicy, and ethnic—in short, fused with the chef's whims... dishes that are well-executed, flavorful, and delicious. The service is nonexistent, it's a do-it-yourself affair, and the prices aren't exactly affordable considering the setting. I'd definitely go back, though.
