The rooms are not well insulated so you can hear people from both sides and above. The property and service was fine. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. The AC was not operational in both rooms I reserved. I'm guessing because it's still cool out. We opened the windows and it was fine. We had a rent a car. There are not many parking spots (maybe 50?) and they are very narrow, so expect door dents. The lot is gated so you need a ticket to get in and out. There is a Taxi stand on the outside of the property. We only stayed one night because it's only 15 min from the airport and we had an early flight. I nocked off a star for the room noise. I would stay here again and ask for the top floor.

Very nice hotel, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The reception and restaurant staff are professional and welcoming. The food is excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable.
All in all, very positive, except for two things: the location outside of Rome and the showerhead: weak flow and unstable water temperature. Too bad.

It was a relaxing business trip. The hotel is in a great location and is easily accessible by train and subway; on weekdays, you can be at the Colosseum in 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet is on par with a standard 4-star hotel, and the à la Carte menu is fantastic. The cleanliness and size of the executive room are also excellent, with plenty of parking spaces and a shuttle between the FCO airport and the hotel. A business center and meeting rooms are available.
The lobby areas are very chic and modern. You can weigh your luggage for 1 EUR so you aren’t surprised by an overweight fee at the airport. The outdoor terrace by the pool is set in a green oasis of tranquility. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A good, clean hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Service is efficient, and the staff is attentive and fast. The only downside is the location. Although the metro train stop is nearby, which takes you to the city center in about 30 minutes, I must point out that there aren't many amenities nearby other than other hotels and a few restaurants. If you have a car, you'll have no problem finding parking, although it's paid. There's also a shuttle to the airport and the city center, also for a fee.

We decided to spend time in quiet area so the location outside city center was fine with us. Very good train communication - 8min to station, only 1€ for one-way ticket.
Very nice and supportive staff!
Comfortable rooms, excellent beds.

Room is big and clean. Strong WI-FI and good shower. Boiler , mini fridge and toiletries are available in the room.
Breakfast was excellent.
Friendly and attentive staff.
The down side is the location.
No supermarket, pharmacy nearby the hotel.
Shuttle bus to the city is provided with a fee.
The Muratella train station is 10 mins by foot. To reach the city takes approximately 50 mins.

A good stay, comfortable beds. The building and installation in general kind of old. My room connected to next one and I could literally hear the other person breathing. Thin walls of 1960. Big pool. Friendly staff.
