An incredible experience, truly a voracious pizza, but be careful not to overdo it. For example, a kilo and a half of pizza for two people is a lot. If the staff's car doesn't start, be kind and help. The flavor and dough are full, flavorful, and never tire. The marinara is amazing.

warning: this place will spoil you. it is exactly what we were looking for: neighborhood pizza joint, lots of regulars, hardly anyone speaks english. it was perfect. don’t let the limited menu concern you. it just means these delicious, wood-fired pizzas are perfect every time. if it’s the first pizza you eat in italy, get ready to be disappointed with all the other pizzas you try after this one. i don’t know if we’ll ever make it back here, but i will dream about this pizza often.

Paolillo is always a guarantee!! The best marinara!! Now the management has been taken over by young people who have kept the same pizza and format. Antonietta in the dining room is super! Highly recommended!

The quality of the ingredients is the absolute protagonist, with homemade preparations that make all the difference: from fresh pasta, perfectly wrinkled, Everything is accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, perfect for enhancing the traditional dishes. The balance between cost and yield is perfect, but there's a small "bargain" to be made: the cuisine is express. Since each dish is freshly prepared to ensure its freshness, wait times may be a little longer than expected. But then again, excellence doesn't like rushing.
