19/10/2025: I went for a piadina at the Aprilia 2 shopping center. The cashier, Jessica, was very professional and helpful in recommending the best piadina for my food intolerances. She was very kind and friendly. The piadina was delicious and cooked perfectly! I'll definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

19/10/2025: I had a wonderful lunch break at the Aprilia 2 shopping center at the Piadineria. I ordered a "La Dorata" piadina on the recommendation of Adriana and Giulia, who were impeccable in their advice on how to cook it. A very positive experience, I highly recommend it!

01/06/2025: Siamo tornati, mia moglie ed io, in questo locale dopo due o tre anni che vi mancavamo. Lo abbiamo ritrovato così come lo ricordavamo, con livelli di eccellenza sotto tutti i profili. Accoglienza, semplicità, disponibilità in un contesto ambientale particolare e piacevole: si tratta, in pratica, di un appartamento, su due piani e con terrazza (su cui noi abbiamo mangiato) avente come sfondo un bellissimo panorama, adibito a ristorante. Ottimo anche il servizio, preciso e puntuale. Elevato livello, sia come preparazione che come presentazione, delle pietanze, dagli antipasti ( di vario genere), ai primi ed ai secondi. Ottima anche lo crostata con le ciliegie. Prezzo (fisso) decisamente conveniente. Un locale decisamente da consigliare e dove tornare il prima possibile.

31/05/2025: Mentre cammini per i vicoli di Sant’Oreste, tra strettoie e ginestre fiorite, cerchi di capire dove può essere il ristorante, e poi come d’incanto ti ritrovi sotto una porta di una casa che per entrare devi citofonare. Sembra tutto abbastanza surreale, Alessandro ti attende alla fine delle scale per farti entrare dentro casa sua, un posto accogliente, dolce, curato. Ma non è finita, perché ci porta ancora per altre scale verso una terrazza da dove si vede tutta la vallata e di fianco il monte soratte. A questo punto ti aspetti una cucina classica, tradizionale… no, proprio no, invece piatto dopo piatto, scopri la sua di cucina, fatta di combinazioni insolite ma di un’armonia unica. Per non parlare del prezzo finale, lodevole! Andateci se potete, ne vale la pena. Noi di sicuro torneremo.

13/09/2025: It was a short one-night stay. We spent two days immersed in the silence of the surrounding nature. A perfect place for those who aren't too eager to experience anything (such as an educational farm or activities offered on site), but are looking for relaxation and tranquility. The facility itself is very well-kept, as are the pool and rooms. It's a riding stable with about 20 horses. They actually offer horseback riding. There's the option of visiting a nearby river, but we didn't go because the path was too muddy and slippery, a mistake we made as we didn't have suitable footwear. The areas around the pool and the rooms are a bit "abandoned," perhaps because it's late in the season or because it's still under construction. Having traveled with a child, we hoped to find more animals. But aside from the horses, there were cats and chickens roaming around outside, and two rheas locked in an enclosure that I thought was too small. The children's area was also full of foliage and some debris. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'm satisfied, but I still expected something more. If I ever come back, I'll stop by, but I wouldn't leave Rome again just to go there. The restaurant is excellent, even if the prices aren't exactly like those of agritourism. But it was definitely worth it.

05/09/2025: If you're looking for a place to relax amidst the silence and greenery of the surrounding hills, you've come to the perfect place. It even has a riding stable for a ride! Must try!

01/11/2025: The villa is very beautiful, spacious, and has ample parking. Unfortunately, however, our experience was ruined by the staff's behavior: rude, unhelpful, and at times downright arrogant. Despite having agreed on a specific time, we were practically kicked out half an hour before the end, in a decidedly inappropriate manner. It's a shame, because the place would deserve much better if it were managed with a modicum of kindness and professionalism.

24/10/2025: It's difficult to get there without precise directions, as they're on Maps. I suggest updating. Very nice place, well-maintained, and good service.

11/10/2025: Rather average. Nothing special. Tuna salad was below average. Not bad, but not recommended.

17/10/2025: It said they were open. They weren’t open. It may or may not have tasted like warm garbage but I don’t know because they weren’t open when they advertised.

24/09/2025: Average quality. The beef cut was also decent, but I asked for it rare and it was served medium rare. The worst part was the bill. I was charged a higher price for a dish than what was listed on the menu! I pointed this out, only apologised and shown a tablet with the 'updated' prices. Of course, they didn't refund me the difference. That's not how it's done!

05/10/2025: A disappointing dinner in every way. The pasta dishes include half a kilo of pasta per portion! A ridiculous and meaningless amount, which has nothing to do with the quality. The carbonara was bland and the pasta overcooked. The meat? Even worse!!! Rubbery strips with an unspeakable flavor. We sent them back, but they were still included on the bill. At the cash register, after we voiced our complaints, the owner reacted surreally: he picked up a piece of raw meat, handled it with his bare hands, and passed it around, claiming it was high-quality. The same piece then ended up with the waiter, who, without gloves, acknowledged him and went back to serving the tables, touching plates and cutlery.

19/09/2025: If our rest stops were like these ones in Italy. Holy, it would totally blow your mind. You could basically live off these rest stops. That's how good they are.

14/09/2025: Aldero Hotel, Restaurant, and Pizzeria... well, I have to say it's the best in the 50km area. It's called that because "Aldero" was the one who built an empire from the ashes of the old "pao pao," a nightclub and gathering place for many young people. I know this story, also because I contributed with my hard work and sweat to making it happen with my two companies, working for him from the 1990s to the 2000s. The complex started as a family business. All dear friends, from Gabriella, Franco, Andreina, Sigismindo, etc. Even the pizzeria is history, the dear "picco pacco" shaped and built the exquisiteness, everything comes from all these people... each floor of the rooms is a different color, with rare construction technology, the hole, the suite, etc... the exterior... I remember in the 90s the pouring of the concrete for the first carpentry construction of the south wing, I was there... the many years of inactivity and the continuation of the work with the dear architect "Mez...e" who is no longer with us. I was there too... 🙂... even though I live about 20 km from here, I am proud to have experienced it in my life. And above all, it has improved more and more. I always recommend it to everyone, because perhaps many don't know what they are getting... 👏👏👏 One day I would like to meet up again and hug the owners, with my family and have a coffee with them, because they are also exceptional people ❤️☕️🌹 Fausto
