25/04/2025: Tornato dopo diverso tempo è un posto che ha alti e bassi ma onestamente alcune cose non sono andate proprio nel verso giusto. La prima cosa è la carta dei vini che è composta solo da Vermentino e solo sardo. Capisco tutto ma onestamente non è che con la cucina sarda si beve solo il Vermentino. Seconda cosa: se porti gli scampi devono essere puliti. L’intestino dentro che me lo tolgo da solo è da trattoria non da ristorante. E non è stata una svista visto che erano tutti così. E considerando il prezzo secondo me bisogna onestamente essere decisamente più attenti. Per il resto come sempre: servizio semplice efficace.

21/06/2025: If you're looking for a place to test your patience, your tolerance for tropical heat, and your ability to eat something that perhaps vaguely resembles what you ordered, this is the place to be. I arrive confidently, order a pizza. I wait. And wait. And wait some more. After only an hour and a half (just enough time to age a couple of years), they bring me a completely wrong pizza. But was it at least good? No. Cold, rubbery, and with ingredients that not even in the wildest dreams of the worst school cafeteria chef. The environment? A crematorium. The air conditioners were off, probably so as not to disturb the cobwebs. I was also sweating emotions. The service? A mix between a middle school end-of-year play and a social experiment to test how much one can be ignored without physically disappearing. In short, if you want to live a culinary nightmare, get sunstroke and go home with the self-esteem of a cactus forgotten in the desert… go there. I, personally, won't go back even under torture.

10/06/2025: €70 for 2 people and I only ate a pasta dish without salt. My wife had a first and second course. We asked for a Crodino for an aperitif and they served us and charged us 2 each for a total of €14 out of €70. Thank goodness it was sunset.

01/07/2025: Situation bordering on the unbelievable: before a tasting, we decide to eat something simple. A classic pizzeria and a pizza by the slice; the second is better, we think, we go in and everything seems ok. 1 calzone, mortadella, pistachios and burrata, stuck there for at least a couple of hours, a triangle of pizza with broccoli and a slice with spicy salami: 17.30 euros. I forgot: also a 33cl cold Coke. The vintage justified the final price. Avoid like the plague, maybe go in front, it has a real round smell and the prices are more or less the same. At least you sit down.

04/06/2025: Pizzeria al taglio e non solo portata avanti con passione. Pizze -anzi pinse- fragranti e digeribili con farciture e condimenti interessanti e succulenti e anche un menù di primi e piatti originali per pranzo, molto vario e che in parte cambia tutti i giorni. Ottima soluzione per un pranzo veloce. Qualche posto a sedere "al volo" ma non comodissimo.

08/06/2025: Personale top, cibo squisito e dolci buonissimi (soprattutto la moretta). Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Consigliato!

20/05/2025: Io e la mia ragazza, colpiti da un languorino in piazza del Popolo, sulla terrazza del Pincio, abbiamo deciso di provare questo posto già segnalato dallo youtuber e foodblogger Pratt, che difficilmente sbaglia. Aspettative confermate se non superate. Posto non molto affollato, ideale per qualsiasi pasto della giornata, comprese merende. Pizza croccantissima, materia prima buona e il pizzaiolo cordiale e sorridente. Consigliatissima la pizza bianca con le patate, la migliore che ho mangiato durante il mio soggiorno a Roma.

16/05/2025: Proporre un brunch al peso, con una scelta scarsa di pietanze e bevande, dovrebbe farvi allontanare da questo posto. Ma se avete bisogno di una ragione in più vi comunico che i dolci ( due tristi torte ) sono addirittura escluse dal prezzo del brunch. Imbarazzante.

06/05/2025: Un locale molto curato, pulito ed accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati con la mia compagna in occasione di una gita in moto. Dopo aver parcheggiato direttamente davanti il locale, abbiamo ordinato il gran vassoio, tutto molto buono ed abbondante per 2 persone, frittura di calamari deliziosa, pesce fresco cucinato con attenzione. Consiglio anche il babà, servito con frutta fresca. Sicuramente torneremo a far visita al Coco's se passeremo da Tarquinia. Un ringraziamento a Nicola, alla prossima.

20/04/2025: I have been frequenting this restaurant since it was managed by the "founder" Angelo Piroli, a competent and professional pioneer of catering as well as very friendly. Today his son Luca continues to manage in the same vein as his father, maintaining the quality/price ratio at very appreciable levels. I recommend Il Vecchio Mulino to all those who love to eat well in a quiet and welcoming environment.
