14/11/2025: Terrible experience, never again. We arrived at Tiburtina station around 2:30 and, looking for a quick bite to eat, found this place that was open until 3:00. To be safe, I called the restaurant: the very kind owner answered, telling me they could only prepare a pasta dish for us, as long as we arrived by 3:00. We agreed and immediately set off, literally running for almost a kilometer. We arrived at 2:45, asked for a table for two, and the waiter immediately told us it was too late. We explained that we had spoken to the owner and that he had given us the okay. The waiter went to the kitchen to ask for confirmation but returned saying it wasn't possible. At that point, we insisted, remembering the phone call from a few minutes earlier, and shortly afterward the chef arrived... and slammed the door in our faces, telling us to leave. I called the owner back to explain the situation: he put me on hold to speak to the staff, then called back to say that everything had been cleared up and we could come back for dinner. Obviously, we never went back. We wasted more than half an hour and made a pointless rush, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior.

10/11/2025: Lunch menu for €5: first course of the day (amatriciana, carbonara, gricia, or cacio e pepe), a quarter of wine, half a cup of water, and coffee. Excellent pasta, al dente but not tough, flavorful without overdoing the pepper. We recommend arriving early, as there are only a few seats; otherwise, you'll have to wait outside.

23/10/2025: Elegant and welcoming restaurant with a large, well-kept private park where you can stop and stroll. The menu is carefully selected for the quality of the raw materials and the simple yet meticulous preparation of the dishes, especially the fish ones. The service is attentive to the customer's needs and always courteous and helpful. Fair prices.

17/09/2025: I've been a customer here for 20 years. It's been great sometimes, and not so great sometimes. The food is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the decor after the renovation, in my opinion, doesn't match the food served. I also suggest turning up the air conditioning as it was simply too hot.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I hadn't been there for a year, and in the meantime, they'd been renovating the place. It turned out pretty well, too. But they forgot about the acoustics. It's indescribably noisy, and it's hard to stay quiet. Meanwhile, I have to say that the quality of the food has gone downhill. The dishes are too Westernized, with little spice and flavor. A bit disappointing.

15/11/2025: The dishes served at this restaurant are a true ode to Italian cuisine! We ordered the spaghetti carbonara (too bad I can't post a photo) and the gnocchi with four-cheese cream sauce, which were soft and had an impeccable consistency! The homemade tiramisu rounded out the experience. Bravo!

19/10/2025: A truly hidden place and gem. We almost didn't notice the restaurant from the street. So glad to have found it, all other restaurants were boiling and full. This one was nicely air-conditioned, had amazing food and perfect service. Thanks!

07/12/2025: We discovered this delightful gem after a too crowded battle to visit Trevi Fountain. A quiet unpretentious authentic gem with the kind of hospitality from GM, our host Daniel that Italy is known for. When deciding what to order, explanations were offered of what made a particular dish authentic in a regional Roman way. Our meal was well paced, no rush, and Daniel checked on us without hovering. It was my birthday, glasses of prosecco on the house appeared with well wishes. Antipasti of Misti vegetables to start, pasta carbonara, fettuccini with mushroom and sausage all excellent!! BIBO was a great dining experience and value! No hesitation recommending. p.s. Especially kind to families with young children, we saw first hand.

04/11/2025: The November sun is worth it, the friendly service is worth it, the familiar habit of returning with loved ones is worth it; but even more, we ate truly superb spaghetti with clams! Perfectly cooked, authentic clams, a creamy sauce without additives, just the result of excellent preparation. In short, it gave us a work break that warmed up our day... ready to face the boring chores with a full belly and a smile in our hearts. Well done and thank you!

05/11/2025: Honestly, I hadn't been there in years, and I was a little disappointed with the rooms. The parquet flooring was loose, and the sockets in the bed didn't work properly. For €100 a night, a little more attention to room maintenance would be needed, especially since the property is very beautiful and has an excellent view of Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I repeat, a little more attention to room maintenance would be worthy of a 4-star rating.

02/11/2025: We stayed in a double room. The room was clean and quiet despite facing the street. The view is wonderful and the location very romantic. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and varied. As a native of Puglia, I appreciated the excellent mozzarella. I would gladly return, a wonderful experience.
