Daniele titolare e chef numero 1 complimenti, continuate così se questa è la strada della rinascita siete a buon punto. Torneremo sicuramente ma soggiorneremo nei dintorni per poter gustare tutte le prelibatezze in più volte.. ah dimenticavo le porzioni sono abbondanti. A presto

14/12/2024: Un grazie particolare a Daniele Bonanni titolare del ristorante Ma-tru’ per la sua disponibile ad accoglierci in 8 persone, nel suo giorno di riposo, pur avendo ricevuto la richiesta poco prima dell’ora di pranzo. In tale occasione ha cucinato e servito a tavola antipasto e abbondanti ed eccellenti porzioni di Amatriciana e Gricia. Al termine del pasto ha offerto dolci locali e genziana quest’ultima servendoci da soli da un recipiente munito di piccolo rubinetto, purtroppo dopo essermi servito non ho chiuso correttamente tale rubinetto consentendo la fuoriuscita di una grande quantità di liquore, mortificato ho dato la disponibilità a risarcire il danno ma Daniele mi ha rassicurato e non ha voluto rimborsi. Grazie torneremo presto attenti a non procurare danni.

24/11/2024: Unfortunately we went for lunch with the obligation to choose between a few dishes and honestly without any particularity, almost a company canteen but a second opportunity is not denied to anyone, perhaps at dinner and when the pizzeria part is open I imagine in the evening.

31/03/2024: On the run! The kitchen is terrible, we haven't finished any of our dishes, the manager (I think) is still very welcoming... we are very disappointed to have chosen this restaurant for our weekend in Rome. Really go your way

22/12/2024: The pizza and fried foods were hard, dry and cold. Of the 3 pizzas ordered I threw away almost 2. The cold fried foods (supplì and chips) were inedible. The delivery lady, inventing the excuse of not finding a parking spot (from the window I saw that she had parked instead), didn't want to come up and bring the delivery to my house. When I asked her to do it because I was at home with 2 little girls, she took a very long time to come back (she went to the car to get 3 pizzas, 2 fried foods and 2 drinks), in the end I had to go down to get the order. Final result? All frozen and inedible. I wanted to clarify what happened with a review because the lady had parked her car, didn't want to get in and didn't even apologize for the delay. My dinner is now ruined... What do I do, maybe I'll reorder in a few weeks and say hey do you remember me? I'm the one who ate cold on December 22nd. I'm not mad at you but whoever delivers is your showcase and that should also be taken care of just like you take care of the kitchen

11/12/2024: It really has no taste. This is the worst Italian food I've had in 32 years. It must have been difficult to make it taste so amazingly delicious, but the effort is truly admirable. It's not as tasty as a northern restaurant or a cheap restaurant, so why charge a service charge and a tip? Fried kali mari and fried shrimp are really not that good. It smells like it hasn't been cleaned.

09/12/2024: I admire those who tenaciously preserve their identity, but that is how it must be. You can't have a 70s style and then go overboard with the presence of current objects. The same menu of excellent quality and freshness must respect the philosophy of the restaurant. I had a good time but not only because of my age but also because I still had a taste of reserve.

22/10/2024: The best you can find!!!!!! We were in Terracina for the Miss Universe bodybuilding selection competitions, as a trainer I must say that the entire staff was really of great help, and magnificent, they prepared all the food we needed, for my two athletes, and in addition to the availability we had never eaten such a good risotto, obviously the rest too, but it is difficult to find good unseasoned rice, but this time we found it, I admit that he was a great Chef, and thanks to this we won first and third place, thank you, thank you, thank you, I recommend it, actually go there on purpose, it deserves it, it deserves it, all the rest of my team ate from the menu and they were really super happy, thanks guys you are number 1. 27/10/2024: Eravamo stati incuriositi dalle referenze locali ma l'esperienza è stata deludente. I piatti serviti non hanno valorizzato la materia prima. Le fishball sono state assolutamente anonime e prive di sapore. Il calamaro farcito con broccoletti era sommerso da una crema di parmigiano che ne ha distrutto il sapore. Anche la presentazione dei piatti non invoglia. Peccato!

13/09/2024: Esperienza assolutamente ottima da Oriente a Gaeta. Locale carino, abbiamo mangiato all’aperto. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno di clienti e il lavoro davvero tanto! Servizio ottimo. Ho iniziato il pranzo con un’abnorme e ottima frittura di calamari: UN CAPOLAVORO! pesce freschissimo e profumato. Ho proseguito il pasto con una gustosa porzione di linguine con cozze e crema di patate, zafferano e parmigiano reggiano: OTTIME! Un perfetto incastro di sapori e anche un’attenzione all’impiattamento. Prezzi nella media di Gaeta. Straconsigliato

07/11/2024: By far the worst restauaurant we've been been in Italy, poor food, poor service... I've ordered a castagne gnocci, 30 minutes later they said they'd don't have it, I finished up eating whatever they served me, we asked for any kind of beer, they didn't have any, we ordered sparkling water, ther bring tap water and charge €6 , so if you will eat whatever they wants to served you you should go there....

22/10/2024: Simple location, perhaps a few too many tables for the space. Neighborhood pizzeria where you can eat a good pizza at not exaggerated prices, I seem to remember that a margherita costs 5.50 euros... All in all suitable for a quick pizza without too many pretensions.
