Buonissimo! Excellent staff, excellent food, perfect atmosphere.

Dal nome ti aspetti una trattoria e invece ti trovi in un ristorante elegante e innovativo che cucina piatti con ingredienti tradizionali ma rivisitati in una cucina a vista e con uno staff giovane e molto professionale. Ho adorato il cannolo di cicoria ma era tutto veramente buono. Bellissimo il tavolo che ci hanno preparato e veramente super il servizio.

Fantastic little restaurant with personal and friendly service, delicious pasta and meat (lamb, bison, mutton) and reasonably priced wine. Explained the whole menu in Italian and English. Generously gave biscotti, focaccia, and sherry on the house. We loved it! Great setting opposite a church in a historic hilltop town with 5 impressive churches

Traditional Ciociaria dishes revised and elaborated in flavors and presentation so that old and new can be felt in every bite: wonderful! If we also add an excellent cellar from which we can choose excellent local wines and beyond, a well-furnished location right down to the cutlery and crockery, well, what else is needed to spend a magnificent evening full of taste and elegance? Thanks again to Gianfranco for advising us admirably in the choice of wines and dishes and applause to Laura for having once again demonstrated great passion and professionalism in the kitchen!

Domenica fuori porta...scoperto x caso, e devo dire che è stata una bella sorpresa, data dalla posizione in cui si trova e dalla stessa location che rappresenta appieno lo stile della cucina che si propone.Dedicate qualche minuto per leggere la storia descritta nel menu, la stessa farà comprendere in anticipo l arte proposta...Molto curati nei dettagli dell arredamento e della tavola...( formidabili i bicchieri dell acqua) però eviterei il contatto diretto delle posate con il tavolo, le pietanze sono curate e gestite con maestria dalle alchimiste-cuoche presenti nel loro mondo-laboratorio (a vista)...buona carta dei vini,(1 consiglio) ampliare le tipologie italiane. Tempistiche di attesa tra una pietanza e l altra giusta, non pensate che ci sia un semplice "pane" perché lo stesso è degno di nota, personale di sala molto cortese disponibile e attento alle richieste dei commensali. Una piccola nota che non poteva passare inosservata... ( 2 consiglio) durante la presentazione del tartufo sarebbe meglio, che dopo aver pesato lo stesso ,sia lasciato e grattato dinanzi ai commensali  aumentando l effetto attrattivo, evitando pensieri distorti...le 4 stelle sono dovute al prezzo, a mio avviso risultato un po troppo alto...comunque CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

A little gem in the historic center: few seats, intimate, elegant but at the same time very welcoming environment. The queen of the menu is chicory (depending on the season, as for the rest of the ingredients), but you can also find classic traditional dishes, obviously revisited with care. We took two starters, two first courses, two desserts and three glasses and paid 100 euros. The price seemed fair to us for the quality of the food and the (impeccable) service. The real discovery was the first 'potatoes, chicory and anchovies', where the pasta is replaced by potato spaghetti. The entrees (hand-cut raw ham, crudités, battered courgette flowers accompanied by focaccia and warm bread from Veroli) and the desserts are also very popular. Much above average place. As for the wait: we sat down at 9.30pm and finished shortly after 11pm: in a place like this you can't rush. We will definitely be back!

Quality cuisine originally revisited with wisdom and taste, excellent appetizers, original first courses, quality meat. Desserts and top-quality wine cellar. Professional and courteous service. One of the few places where everything is freshly cooked... a must in the Frosinone area 💯
