Lemongrass Gelato

03/01/2026: Be careful, the real Lemongrass has moved to Via Ottaviano; this ice cream shop is now called Giulietta. The ice cream is full of coloring, too sweet, and "bloated" with air.
I don't know why they haven't updated the name; they probably benefit from the good reputation.
30/12/2025: Tiramisu icecream was tasteless. The hazelnut ice cream was good. I did not tried other icecream. DeusPixel

04/07/2026: Shameful! They charged us €60 for two sea bream!!!! It was also extremely dry and not particularly fresh or even of high quality. It was a small portion; I don't know how they weighed 1kg of fish; maybe it was 1kg if you include the potatoes! The waiter was quite rude; we will never return, only to be mocked and robbed like this.
28/06/2026: We spent a day at Lido La Tirrena and accidentally booked a table at this restaurant. The place is beautiful, being right on the beach; the service was impeccable; the value for money was excellent, and the dishes were all plentiful and excellent! Special mention goes to the head waiter Silvia and the owner and chef Alessandro, whom we had the pleasure of meeting on the occasion!

29/06/2026: The quality wasn't anything special. Everything was very standard and average. The real problem was the portions, which were decidedly small and insufficient for the price. If the quality is standard, the quantity should at least be adequate. The prices and the "sneering" service need to be reevaluated.

They describe the color of the napkins, but the prices... Never! At most: prices appropriate for the quality of the food! What if that food disgusts me? 🤷

01/03/2026: An impromptu lunch with friends and our teenage children. Everything was excellent. The starters, first courses, and second courses were excellent. The raw materials were excellent. The workmanship was excellent and the quality/price ratio were excellent. A must-try if you're in the area. Definitely not the usual grilled meat.

We've been coming here for years with pleasure.
We returned this year. I called to make a reservation and was told they'd moved. The restaurant is less than five minutes away from the old one; the new location is larger and has a stunning view. The staff is the same, and the ingredients are always fresh, excellent quality, and beautifully cooked. The chef's wife welcomed us: always very kind, affectionate, and helpful.
I highly recommend it.

02/08/2026: A little dated, but the products are good, fresh, and well-prepared. The fried foods are homemade. The pizza is wood-fired (very thin). The draft beer, in my opinion, is a bit old.
Overall, if you only look at the well-cooked products, I recommend it.
