08/02/2026: I know the area well because...for a few years...I've been enjoying the olive grove...the entrance to the house is on Via della Stazione...across from the old station...which is just a few hundred meters away as the crow flies! Excellent cuisine and service! I had a pleasant conversation with both Vincenzo and Francesco...! Congratulations to everyone!

05/03/2026: Superlative pizza, so light you'd ask for more. Congratulations! It's not easy to find a pizza like this among the myriad of Neapolitan pizzerias, but this one beats them 10-0. The only complaint is the welcome at the counter and the service leave a bit to be desired.

04/03/2026: We visited this Italian restaurant only briefly, as we were on a tight schedule to make our reservation at the Pantheon in Rome. Because of that, we ordered just pizza, without drinks or dessert. Even though our stay was short, we had a pleasant experience. The pizza was freshly made, with a thin, crispy crust and high-quality ingredients. The flavors were authentic and truly Italian. The service was quick and efficient, which we really appreciated given our limited time. Although we didn’t have the chance to try more from the menu, our experience was positive, and we would gladly return next time to enjoy a full meal without rushing.

01/02/2026: The hotel is beautiful at first sight with a fountain, a park and a very nice view, then when we enter it seems like we are back in the 80s. The rooms are clean but with Happy Days style furniture, the bathroom is cold, the hairdryer didn't work and the shower water is cold, in short for a quick night it might be fine but then that's it.

11/01/2026: The hotel's appearance has sadly seen better days. The train station isn't far away, but there's no pedestrian walkway, and the street lighting (especially in the evenings, since you'd have to walk in the street) is practically nonexistent (though the hotel can't be held responsible for that). Unfortunately, you're dependent on a car. The heating couldn't be turned down or off. A bit more variety at breakfast would be desirable. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were very positive aspects. The cleanliness was also excellent. The room was very large. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Rome from the hotel terrace. A particularly beautiful view in the evening.

21/08/2025: Molto gradevole il posto con molteplici i possibilità di accoglienza dal ristorante, al bar fino ad angoli suggestivi accoglienti ed arredati con gusto. Il cibo è dello stesso livello, il personale gentile e disponibile e i proprietari degli Ospiti con la O maiuscola. Vale la pena veramente fermarsi.

06/08/2025: I've been with friends... once for dinner; a second time for a perfectly organized birthday party. A wonderful place, highly recommended. Paola, the owner, is simply fantastic: attentive, kind, pleasant, and always ready to please.

14/02/2026: Embarrassing place. No complaints about the staff, welcoming and kind. The problem was the service, with half an hour between courses, and obvious errors even on reservations (half a raw steak).

21/01/2026: The food was excellent; the coppa served as an appetizer was one of the best coppa I've ever had. Their tartare, too, was not very finely chopped but had a flavor that lingers. The first courses were excellent and generously portioned, but the meat was the highlight of the meal: we had two different cuts, a Danish steak and a classic beef tagliata, both of which ended our meal beautifully. The Danish steak had an intense flavor but wasn't heavy on the palate. The tagliata was very tender and truly delicate. The wine the hostess recommended to accompany our meal was excellent! The only flaw, but only because I can't see much, is that the place is a little dark, but it's truly elegant. The coffered ceiling is truly impressive. I eat here often and it never disappoints!

21/12/2025: We ordered 4 steaks, which arrived completely cold. They remade them for us, and they were inedible—the meat was incredibly tough and chewy. And finally, a 10 euro discount!!!! Come on...!!!!!

29/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant in the center of San Polo dei Cavalieri. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices were average. The portions were good and generous. I highly recommend it.

03/11/2025: A charming location, easily accessible by car or a short walk from San Polo dè Cavalieri. Wonderful views inside, outside, and around the property, complete with a pool and terraces overlooking the valley. The dining rooms are well-maintained and meet every guest's needs. The spaces are adequate for both groups and couples, ensuring social distancing is maintained. The food and drinks are of the highest quality and fully meet expectations: no matter what you choose, everything is delicious and prepared with great care. Special mention goes to the dining room staff, who are courteous, attentive, and just the right amount of presence, never inappropriate or out of place. Among the restaurant's many virtues, this is the one that deserves special attention, because it's never a given. Highly recommended if you're passing through; but consider that you could also opt specifically for lunch or dinner at San Polo!

17/02/2026: They served me chicory and strips that were inedible. The strips were too fatty, but the chicory was frozen. The man kept saying it was fresh while I was talking, and he brought me a dirty glass jar with the chicory inside.

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant in terms of quality/price. The owner is extremely helpful; I asked him for a special menu for a group lunch following our daughters' volleyball game. We were all satisfied.

06/09/2025: We loved its rustic charm. Very basic, minimalist, but what really matters—the food—is satisfying! Dining with wild boars grazing just a few meters away is truly captivating. I must return to try their pizza. Special credit goes to the location, atop the Poggio Catino mountain. Many people agree with us, so much so that reservations are a must.
