21/09/2025: I've been there several times and have been very satisfied every time. The food was delicious and the prices reasonable. But yesterday's visit was a disaster. "Oktoberfest" There was no kitchen. Just some kind of roast pork with fried potatoes. Which sounded perfectly fine, so I ordered it. But €35 for a small plate with a few chunks of lukewarm meat and some potatoes is a complete RUDE! I just felt sorry for the staff, who had to pay for their impertinence.

09/03/2026: I didn't get to have lunch. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was crowded. Despite all the patience we needed, we ordered and ate a small appetizer, but then they... forgot to bring the rest. It can happen that the kitchen loses an order, unless no one in the dining room notices and only realizes what happened after more than an hour. We left without finishing our lunch, not even a single euro off the (little) amount we'd already consumed. Nothing more needs to be said.

22/12/2025: Terrible experience Very low-quality food I didn't eat anything, in fact, I left everything. I pointed it out at the cashier... no one cared about my comment... I donated €16 to charity... The prices didn't reflect the menu... P.S. No one at the table ate well... The place was so cold... they even put on scarves even with oil...

02/02/2026: First time at Nuoitas restaurant. We had a really good meal. All four of us were very satisfied with the delicious food. Very warm and welcoming, with an exceptional view. The prices were also very competitive. We will definitely be back. Ahhh, the frico was excellent.

31/12/2025: The food is extremely mediocre; if that were all it was, it would be a 3-star rating. I had the venison gnocchi; the meat was good, but the gnocchi, despite being homemade, were extremely forgettable. The real problem is that in 2025, you can't possibly refuse to keep separate bills, which, I recall, are required by law. Not accepting payments via POS but only in cash is illegal. This is my first and last time here, so avoid.

09/02/2026: The place is rather small and rustic, but it's okay for a suburban pub. The burgers looked very inviting, and quite good, but they were heavy and expensive. The bathroom was small and ugly, and there wasn't even any soap. Not a great experience, especially considering it was a Sunday night. Luckily, they put "The Grand Tour" on TV to cheer up the mourners.

15/02/2026: Booked for Valentine's Day dinner: Number 1: I ask for a "draft beer," and the owner, I presume, says yes... After 2 minutes, I change my mind, go to the counter, and ask for a quarter cup of red wine, NOTING that he was filling my "draft beer" mug with a canned Paulaner. Number 2: Tables were extremely small for the event, and the space between chairs was truly appalling (not even the waiters could get through without slightly "bumping" the chairs). Number 3: The menu consisted of 5 courses... We received the appetizer half an hour after sitting down, and the first course another half an hour later... Both were of truly poor quality, and I should point out that the lobster linguine was EMPTY, just for show. When I asked for tongs to crack the claws, the owner promptly replied, "Well, I can't bring tongs for everyone," so I let it go... Number 4: Quite upset about the whole thing, I went to the counter to pay and leave (since the third course would arrive in just another 30 minutes, and then the fourth course after another 30 minutes), I asked if I could pay for AT LEAST 1 of the two menus (since we hadn't even gotten to the (half) to which the owner replies, "That's not possible because the fish was bought for you and if you want you can take it away, but it has to be cooked." I, shocked, point out that you can't wait an hour for an appetizer and a first course, to which he promptly responds, "It's a big deal, you're the only one complaining," making me feel like I'm in the wrong. In addition to all this, we were served AFTER some of his friends who were eating there arrived. We had to ask for bread, and during the service, he was laughing with his friends at the counter, drinking one glass of white wine after another. A TERRIBLE experience. I really don't recommend even thinking about eating there.

15/02/2026: Terrible, I don't recommend. Extremely long wait, fish not to my liking. Excellent price. When we pointed out the wait to the owner, he told us it was normal, because it was an event menu. (Valentine's Day) Besides the oversight of forgetting to start our table, we noticed that he served the people who arrived after us first (only because they were acquaintances of his), and that's fine, but also bring out our dishes at regular times. Furthermore, if you don't ask for bread, they won't give it to you. After we ate the first course out of hunger (in my opinion, it wasn't good), we got up from the table (there were still three dishes to go). My companion told him about the wait (as written in the first line), and he told us it was normal and that we had to pay full price because he had ordered fish for us. (Yes, they also told us we could take the remaining dishes home, but as mentioned above, we didn't like it.) We paid full price. It's the first time we've been to a restaurant like this, and I think the "you're the only ones complaining" comment was also terrible. This place certainly has other qualities that we didn't see/receive. From the reviews, it seemed excellent. What a shame.

27/01/2026: I visited this restaurant on Sunday, during a heavy snowfall, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is kind, professional, and has that touch of friendliness that makes you feel like a longtime customer. The appetizer of bread and lard was truly excellent. I chose the trio of ravioli: delicate, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. To finish, I enjoyed a huge slice of Sachertorte, delicious and well-made. We paired our meal with a simple yet pleasant local table wine. At the end of the meal, we were offered a truly delicious hay grappa, a gesture that confirms the authenticity of the place. We spent about 30 euros per person, a sum more than justified by the quality and overall experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

08/03/2026: We ordered pizzas by the meter for a department party. The party took place at the end of January, but the food was so inconvenient that I wanted to forget about the experience. Today, I walked past it and remembered I hadn't reviewed the incident. Terrible response! The pizza was cold and tasteless, but still not the worst thing. I had spoken to the owner to negotiate a price within our budget, and they only changed the price upon collection (obviously increasing it). A rude and disrespectful gesture, but totally in line with the rudeness of the lady on the phone who, instead of apologizing, offered senseless excuses. Not recommended, I won't be returning!

27/01/2026: I'd like to point out that my version of events will inevitably be contrasted with the pizzeria's, as neither party can objectively prove what happened. That said, I believe it's fair to point out the opaque handling of a large order: 12 meters of pizza. We were given a clear quote over the phone: €28 per meter for a Margherita and €35 ​​per meter for a stuffed pizza. We later added an additional meter of Margherita and a meter of stuffed pizza. At that point, without any prior communication, the prices changed. We only noticed this upon delivery, to our obvious surprise. The price difference, about €20, isn't the real problem. The problem is the total lack of clarity and communication. To make matters worse, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, the staff preferred to justify the price change, as if the point was to prove they were right. We're talking about an order worth nearly €400: in a situation like this, you expect an apology, not embarrassing explanations. Even when you're convinced you're right, a little humility makes all the difference. A simple "we're sorry" could have solved everything and kept a customer. That didn't happen, and trust—along with any future orders—was lost. For the sake of completeness, I should also point out that the pizza itself didn't live up to expectations.
