08/08/2026: We dined at this restaurant twice. We loved it. The fish dishes are outstanding, perfectly cooked and pearly white. The presentation is truly top-notch. The appetizers are also excellent. And the waitresses are very pleasant, friendly, and professional. They all speak excellent English. It's a truly superb place in Trieste for a very enjoyable experience.

Service was top-notch, you need to be prepared that a fish restaurant serves fish. But well for us was that a given.
Otherwise incredible fresh ingredients and amazing pure flavours in the dishes.
You can choose your own fish of the day that the fishermen brought in. All in a high-end setting/surrounding.
A good recommendation for anyone who wants an amazing fish restaurant!

High-quality products expertly prepared, and an exceptional wine cellar with a vast selection of both quality and price. The atmosphere is familiar, elegant, welcoming, and intimate. The staff and owner are pleasant and knowledgeable. I will continue to go there because it's a one-of-a-kind place.

19/05/2026: We stopped by for lunch on the recommendation of a friend and found a restaurant with courteous, fast, and friendly staff, and truly delicious and plentiful seafood dishes. Kudos to the owner and all the staff! It's a shame we didn't meet you sooner!
11/05/2026: As I've already written, Silvia's is always a great place to be. The food and pizza are excellent, and the service is fast and perfect, even when the place is packed. The karaoke on Friday nights is a great way to get together, sing, and laugh together.
