04/04/2025: Clima del ristorante X camerieri che non vedono l ora che i clienti escano ! Mangiare inferiore alla media abbiamo preso un piatto di tapas e un risotto che era stato decantato veramente più che medrioche !

01/04/2025: I ate fish, it was done quite well but I expected a little more. The place is characteristic with many outdoor tables. It seems to me designed more for tourists than for residents.

21/01/2025: given the difficulty of booking I was thinking of a much better experience already off to a bad start when we entered, when asked if we had booked and when I answered in the affirmative, the lady was annoyed by the fact that instead of mentioning my surname as per the reservation I said my name (days had passed and I didn't remember which reference I had given) apart from this, regarding the food: good homemade gnocchi but the roast sauce is decidedly too soupy, "Istrian" fuzi (specified in the menu) which look more like garganelli seasoned with the same sauce ljubyanska and fried chicken were good though Decent house wine negative service, no smile, zero empathy from the lady in the room bordering on embarrassing score due almost exclusively to the coldness of those who served us and the atmosphere in general There is definitely better in the area

25/11/2024: A bit silent but very efficient waitress, she manages the entire room alone. Informal atmosphere, very good food and wine. Absolutely honest price.

01/12/2024: Excellent dishes of typical Trieste, Istrian and Friulian cuisine, with successful contaminations with that of other Italian regions. Simple but welcoming environment, like an old tavern, the likes of which you can no longer find; the managers were very kind and friendly. Very good wine. We found the place by chance, walking through the streets of Trieste, and we will return! The sausage with Trinity style beans, sauerkraut and baked potatoes is delicious! Keep it up!

09/12/2024: Durante il fine settimana dell’Immacolata, in visita a Trieste, siamo stati a cena in questo locale con tipica cucina a base di pesce. Abbiamo mangiato dei buonissimi piatti come per esempio uovo cotto con gambero arrostito con zabaione alla paprica affumicata, un polpo croccante, noci di cappesante in crosta di pane alla pizzaiola, degli ottimi tortelli caserecci farciti con rombo, una zuppa di pesce alla dalmata. Tutto accompagnato da due calici di vino bianco. In conclusione degli ottimi dolci, una delicata mousse di cioccolato amaro, strudel di castagne e dello zabaione tiepido al Marsala con lingue di gatto. Personale gentile e disponibile, servizio attento. Molto consigliato anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
