Super! The spaghetti with clams with bottarga and pistachios is fantastic, it will make you want to return to this excellent restaurant often. All the starters are excellent, I recommend both the crudo (various fresh fish tartars) and the tapas (wonderful anchovies on polenta with caramelized onion). To conclude, it is really worth trying the creme brulee with strawberry topping (or mandarins, depending on the season), cut into very thin slices and caramelised. Generous portions. The service is also excellent, punctual (you never wait long) and great courtesy.

Tonight a special dinner with a special friend.
Both here for the 1st time for dinner.
It was truly a wonderful discovery both for the excellent fish, the excellently plated and served dishes but also for the very important kind staff who welcomed us.
Cosimo, you have a bearing, a kindness, a savoir faire... from other times. And a beautiful smile.

Cena di lavoro, riuscitissima anche grazie al servizio attento, competente e discreto. Cibo di ottima qualità, ben presentato. Locale elegante, un po' rumoroso a causa degli spazi limitati. Crudo di pesce impeccabile e vini molto interessanti. Chiusura con sorbetto e vodka e raffinata grappa locale. Prezzi adeguati: non economici ma tutto sommato neanche eccessivi.

Sfruttando il ponte dell’Immacolata abbiamo prenotato su questo locale situato in centro a Trieste.
Trattoria di solo pesce in cui abbiamo assaporato cappesante gratinate ai carciofi, carpaccio di polpo con patate e olive taggiasche, antipasto di pesce fritto. Come primi una buona zuppa di pesce del golfo e ravioli al cacao con zucca. Tutto accompagnato da un buon calice di vino bianco.
Come dessert una crème brûlé con mandarini caramellati.
Personale attento ed educato.
Locale accessibile anche a disabili in sedia a rotelle.
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Les meilleurs spaghettis al'vongole que j'aie mangés...leur secret:râper de la poutargue fumée dessus.....un délice.
Par contre,le dessert mille feuilles, on peut s'en passer...la crème est trop lourde....
