11/05/2026: I'll start by saying I don't want to be argumentative, but I didn't think it was fair to say that in a restaurant with a well-deserved and well-established reputation, on both occasions I went there with colleagues for a business lunch, I had to go home and eat a sandwich because I was hungry, since the menus were ONLY fish-based, with no option for a change (a pasta would have sufficed!) This is a shame. I repeat, there's nothing to take away from the place and its deserved reputation. It's clear that those who don't eat fish should NOT go to Rosenbar, or they'll go hungry.

The dough was so good, that it "doesn't feel heavy on the stomach" at all, the ingredients were perfect. Thank you Assaje for the delicious pizza and wonderful service! I came back twice!❤️

18/12/2025: Four of us had lunch on the veranda last Saturday because the sun was warm. The location was charming and the view of San Daniele was spectacular. The food was good and the service excellent. We'd definitely go again.

11/06/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for years, and it's always been a go-to for family dinners. Unfortunately, this year, with the change in management, it no longer lived up to my expectations. I ordered some fried fish, and the modest portions (three shrimp) arrived after about half an hour (quite a long time for fried fish) and were served on typical street food paper towels. The menu had a limited selection, and most importantly, desserts and side dishes were missing, along with their prices. The restrooms were not clean, smelly, and lacked toilet paper. At the cashier, we weren't given a detailed receipt for the dinner, just the payment receipt. Finally, upon exiting the restaurant, in front of the bar, there was partially consumed food left on the tables, as well as very messy areas, such as the storage room, left in plain sight. It's a real shame, but I hope it can improve.

26/03/2026: Just left the restaurant with a group of friends, where we ate very well, welcomed by a hostess who was superlative in her kindness, friendliness and helpfulness.

26/03/2026: We've been regulars for a while now, but last Saturday was truly a top-notch experience all-around! The food continues to improve, as does the service! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. For me, it's the best historic restaurant in the center of Pordenone! Plus, the prices are super fair!

The food was more than delicious, and I can confirm everything: beautiful and, above all, delicious dishes, impeccable service. 🤓A wonderful surprise, and who would have expected it. We arrived with a tip from friends, four couples, and the food was delicious: from the appetizers, prosciutto cured by them, goat's cheese with four different ages, excellent first and second courses, exquisite Cabernet and Malvasia. See you when the weather gets cold to savor the new offerings. Congratulations to everyone 😎

09/05/2026: Friday dinner, we had an appetizer for two, two first courses, and a dessert...all excellent. The mixed seafood appetizer was all cooked tender, tasty, and a bit sophisticated. The first courses were excellent: one was linguine with cooked and raw red shrimp, pistachios, and burrata, truly mouth-watering, and the other was ravioli stuffed with sea bass and a delicious red sauce. The dessert was delicious. The owner even opened a second bottle of bubbly because the first wasn't quite up to temperature. The experience was excellent. If this place consistently performs at this level, it's worth a try and we'll definitely return.

22/05/2026: An excellent country trattoria with ample parking. We stopped for lunch. The set menu was excellent, with a wide selection of quality ingredients. The service was friendly, all female, and the waitresses were friendly and quick.

12/05/2026: May 2026 €15 fixed lunch menu including a first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee. Quick, professional, and always friendly service. The food was good overall, although the pasta with garlic, oil, and chili pepper was disappointing: it lacked both the bold flavor of the garlic and the spicy note of the chili pepper, and too much oil remained on the bottom of the plate. The second courses and side dishes, however, were better.
