13/08/2025: Beautiful location, lovely venue surrounded by greenery, food quite good but a bit oily, high prices, poor service, lack of staff and incompetent staff, inappropriate music too loud for eating. Undrinkable coffee, mediocre desserts.

14/09/2025: The place isn't huge, so the tables are very small. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food is good, catering to German tourists, but nothing special, except for the Boreto, which is a must-try (the soup with scallops is special).

22/09/2025: The chicken was overly salty, dry, and still raw in the thickest parts. The fries were rubbery and very salty. All for €36! It's outrageous that they would allow this! With all that salt, we threw away a good portion of what we bought. We didn't get any sleep, and my partner had to start work at 6 in the morning! Obviously, we won't be returning, but I'd like to give a shout-out to the people who work there, who were very kind.

01/09/2025: We've been celebrating birthdays and special occasions here regularly for over four years. We've always had a great time—the pizza is excellent and the location is great. The last time we visited, however, we didn't get a warm welcome from the staff. We brought our small dog, as we've done every time before without any issues (the website clearly states "DOGS ALLOWED"). One of the waitresses spoke to us in a haughty tone, telling us we should have let them know about the dog's presence and that if her colleagues hadn't said anything to us before, this time she'd be the one to SCOLD US. I don't think we'll be coming here again after this, even though we're saddened, but good manners must come first.

31/08/2025: A mix between good cuisine and a nice beer hall... excellent food and top-notch beer... more than excellent service... we arrived without a reservation and they found us a seat even though the place was full... highly recommended!!!!

21/09/2025: Delicious food, incredible service!!! Even the manager is great, incredibly helpful, and hilarious. He even invented a dish with creamed pumpkin, shrimp, burrata, and crispy leeks... I'll just say that I don't really like pumpkin or leeks, but here they were amazing!!! Every time we came, they offered us a coffee or a drink. EXCELLENT! Most enjoyable place to eat I've ever been :D

13/09/2025: Excellent deli and cheese shop in the heart of Parma, with good products, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Ideal for a typical Italian meal, such as prosciutto, salami, and forage.

12/09/2025: We stopped here spontaneously during our travels on the way to Jesolo. We had a very good meal and sat on a lovely terrace. Our only criticism was that the salmon pizza didn't explicitly mention that it was smoked salmon, which we would always appreciate.

14/09/2025: I had a truly wonderful meal at this trattoria! 🍷 Typical local dishes, rich in flavor and carefully prepared: every course was a pleasant discovery. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who made you feel at home. The owner, incredibly friendly, added that extra touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. To finish, a delicious coconut digestif, truly special! I will definitely be back, highly recommended!

The menu is a triumph of flavors, with seafood as the undisputed star—fresh and perfectly cooked—but there are also excellent meat options, prepared with equal care. The spaces are charming: inside, the ambiance is elegant and refined, while outside, you can dine in a quaint, intimate and picturesque street, adding to the experience's charm. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend the perfect wine pairing. A place to return to and one I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner in Trieste.

21/09/2025: We dined outside...the place was really cute! All the staff were polite and friendly. It's wonderful to see the kitchen, all the staff busy and Michele, Executive Chef, attentive to detail...We ate very well, perfect portions and top quality. ❤️

16/08/2025: A simple and authentic place, with welcoming staff happy to share traditional dishes with non-locals. We ate very well... it's a shame it's so far from La Spezia! The prices are more than fair.

01/10/2025: A magical place, with a warm welcome and helpful owners. Beautiful garden with children's playground and an indoor relaxation area with board games. Comfortable and clean rooms. And the food is delicious!! Excellent flavors, and meticulously presented. I highly recommend it.

07/09/2025: A quaint location surrounded by greenery, equipped with a children's playground. The typical local dishes were simply fantastic! The best dish was the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, truly amazing. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Rifugio Fornas is officially my new favorite place!
