19/08/2025: Really nice place. Food is really good. Especially for Batalabaf (tortellini) and Pisarei e Faso which are the emblamatic food of the region. I fully recommend this place. We go every single year and won’t stop going !

The welcome is warm and genuine, the kind that immediately makes you feel at ease. The cuisine is a celebration of local flavors: I had traditional tortelli, the dish of the day braised in wine, cured meats, and gnocco fritto, while my companion had other dishes, all of which were exceptional. The portions are generous, the flavors full and authentic, just as you'd expect from a true trattoria. The restaurant has a timeless atmosphere: simple and convivial, unique whether you're drinking wine by the glass, whether you're a foreigner or a local!

31/07/2025: Hemos seguido al propietario a través de un par de restaurantes porque hace un buen trabajo. El menú es muy tradicional Piacenza, incluyendo tortelli, trippa y asino, algunos de los cuales ya no son tan comunes. En su mayoría somos vegetarianos, por lo que lo mantuvimos IT ligero con tortelli y un flan di verdura, además de una copa del Gutturnio local. También partimos un zabaglione de postre que era lo real. La decoración es revoltijo rústico, con un poco de arte moderno entretenido malo. El personal no podría haber sido más amable.

06/09/2025: Got a takeout from them last night around 23:20, the food was good but the interaction was the winner for us. The owner was nice and tried to hold a conversation with us despite the fact that our Italian was not good enough. :))

02/09/2025: I always enjoy eating here: it's one of those places that never disappoints. The appetizer of traditional cured meats, with bortelline, pickled vegetables, and savory pies, is so generous that sometimes you wonder if it makes sense to order a first course as well (but trust me, it's worth it). The first courses are always seasonal, and this really adds value: each time there's a different little surprise, and the quality is evident. For the second courses, seasonality is also the rule: I highly recommend the fried mushrooms when it's in season. Come with an empty stomach, because the portions are impressive. Anyone who says "you don't eat enough in a trattoria" has probably never been here. Excellent for a family dinner or to bring friends from out of town and show them what typical Piacenza cuisine really means.

08/08/2025: Spectacular service, excellent food, and a beautiful, historic location. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, kindly recommended by the woman who served us. They also offered us a small appetizer with two arancini and a sampling of two small cannoli after dessert. Everything was delicious. The dishes were full of personality and of the highest quality, beautifully presented. Excellent experience

20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.

20/07/2025: Went here with friends after a mountain bike ride. We had a great time, the cured meats are spectacular, as are the other dishes, everything authentic and delicious. The cheese selection is extensive, the house wine is good, and there are also a variety of options. It's perhaps a little pricey, but everything is really good, and the host is very friendly and welcoming. It's an old-fashioned osteria, where you feel right at home.

09/08/2025: Simply a delight. Friendly people, quality ingredients, and delicatessen meats cured in the restaurant for a truly refined cuisine. If there's one place in Plaisance where you have to eat, it's definitely in this restaurant!

07/08/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato oggi qui per un pranzo al volo e che dire ottimo! Io ho preso la tagliata di carne con i funghi, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Servizio veloce, personale molto cordiale e gentile. I prezzi sono giusti per quello che abbiamo mangiato! Sicuramente se ritorneremo a Piacenza sarà la nostra tappa fissa!
