11/03/2026: I didn't have a good experience. I hate it when the person serving you
don't even bother to look at you. The first course was pasta pasticciata, no comment. The second course was boiled meat with peperronata, good price. Overall, I wouldn't go back.
19/02/2026: A great place to stop when you're heading for a ride through the Oltrepò valleys.

17/12/2025: First time, definitely worth repeating, even though it was a business lunch. The variety of dishes on offer was excellent, the food excellent, and the staff friendly.
04/11/2025: The location is well-maintained and clean. The organization, courtesy, politeness, and friendliness need to be revisited. The price is a bit high for a business, but that's acceptable. Note, in particular, the rather grumpy older gentleman. If you have these attitudes, you'll end up paying 4.48. Obviously, take this negative review of mine as an opportunity to improve the place. 23/11/2025: A restaurant with the soul of a diner, the food is decent but not exceptional; I don't think anything is homemade. The decor is truly diner-like, the owner, I presume, is very friendly, but the waitresses are inexperienced and inattentive. Prices for first and second courses are good, but the platter is overpriced. The restrooms also need updating; they're dated and poorly heated. I didn't have a bad experience, but I won't be returning.

17/02/2026: I have just one word to describe the food experience in this restaurant: "disgusting". The duck had a bitter flavour and it was like eating cardboard. The place was almost empty for dinner. No menu available, they bring what they call a "degustazione" menù of their choice. You can only choose whether it's seafood or beef. It only consists of two entries and left me with plenty of appetite for something more to eat, but not here.
It's a shame that such a restaurant can operate in one of the most culinary renoun regions of Italy.
04/02/2026: A modern and well-maintained restaurant with a simple, relaxed atmosphere. The food is good quality, with carefully prepared dishes and balanced flavors. The menu is varied and caters to a wide range of tastes. Service is fast and friendly, with no unnecessary waits. A convenient place to eat well in Piacenza, whether for lunch or dinner.
The focaccia is top-notch!

10/07/2025: Eine einfache Trattoria im guten Sinn. Wer sich für die typische Küche der Region interessiert und nicht auf Pizza oder Spaghetti bolognese fixiert ist, kann hier interessante Erfahrungen machen. Sehr guter Schinken, gute Salami, ganz schlicht auf einem Papier dargeboten und dazu Gnocco fritto, frittierte, luftig aufgeblähte Teiglinge als Beilage, sehr lecker - daran könnte man sich bei kleinem Hunger satt essen. Als zweites hatten wir auch ein typisches Gericht der Region, dessen Namen ich mir leider nicht notiert habe. Es war einfach, lecker und sättigend.
04/07/2025: Invitato a pranzo da colleghi ho trovato questa osteria molto "genuina" in tutti i suoi aspetti, in primis i gestori e personale molto attenti ai clienti, gentili ed ospitali. La cucina anch'essa fatta di ottime materie prime locali; ho assaggiato un ottimo gnocco fritto con salumi e formaggi e poi buoni i ravioli proposti con diversi condimenti.

19/02/2026: I should point out that the prices of the cured meats, or even the possible samples, weren't displayed in the shop.
It was therefore truly sad to discover on the receipt as soon as we left that there was a charge for these unsolicited samples that the owner kept forcing us to order, without any indication from us, so much so that we were truly disgusted.
If a sample of salami had been honest, we would have gladly paid for it if only he had been fair to us. Instead, we still paid (with almost €100 spent) for a nauseating "salami salad" of samples without realizing it until we were outside the shop 🫤🫤🫤
The owner was very, very dishonest, and we were very, very disappointed 🙁

15/03/2026: I don't understand people who say the food is good. The cold cuts are already starting off: but can you serve salami that's obviously industrial and Milanese-style in Piacenza? Thick pancetta.
Butter and sage caramels... oh well, I won't comment.
Fried fish: good.
Fine salad and seafood appetizer in general are pitiful, made with poor quality ingredients.
Meat: I packed it up to take to my dogs.
Sorbet: too sour.
Coffee: good.
Pizza: just one, they obviously use very low-quality cheese.
There were three of us, we spent very little, but I would have preferred to pay a fair amount and eat at least reasonably well.

14/01/2026: During a trip to Piacenza on a rainy day, after much searching for a good restaurant (few were open), we found this one. We obviously didn't book, but they offered us a slightly cramped spot. The dishes we ordered were truly exquisite. 🙌
The service was good and fast, but the waitress's attitude was a long face, something we'll never forget.
