02/07/2026: Found at the recommendation of a local (weekday lunch, with most restaurants closed), the advice was spot on! Although it looks more like a bar and is slightly outside the historic center, the kitchen is very sophisticated, with great traditional dishes all prepared in-house. The platter of delicious fried gnocco is excellent; the first course is macaroni alla bobbiese and tortelli piacentini with galactic oxtail; the second course is incredibly tender roast pork neck in wine. To finish, the sbrisolona with zabaglione is impeccable. The price is fair for the quality of the ingredients and the execution of the dishes!
