08/11/2025: I went to the restaurant the day before yesterday. It was an end-of-course dinner, so there were 20 of us, and we all left feeling very satisfied. The place has a very elegant aesthetic, the feeling of being in your grandmother's kitchen—welcoming and well-mannered. They leave you a little unsure of what you'll eat there, but as soon as you're served the appetizers: boom! Excellent quality cured meats, quality wine, and then the first courses... my goodness, it's been a long time since I've had such a delicious first course. Truly. As for the second course, various boiled meats, which for me, having only eaten tongue years ago in Trieste, was truly interesting. The desserts? So many varieties, all made by them with dedication and just like grandma's house. I loved it. Truly. A super gastronomic experience! I'll return!

07/11/2025: Returned after more than thirty years, remembering the delicacies, flavors, and warm welcome from the owners. Huge disappointment. The boiled meat was barely edible, the roast was decent, the trolleys were bare, and the dessert was awful. The welcome we received was rather poor. I only saw smiles when local customers arrived. Squalid...

03/11/2025: We went there for a delicious breakfast. The only thing I'd like to point out is the cleanliness of the tables. Since you're charging for table service, you have to keep them clean.

18/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop! The pastries and cakes are truly delicious. The filled panettone they make during the Christmas season is a must-try!

12/09/2025: Nothing special, but definitely nothing to complain about either! Prices were in line with the location; not the cheapest we've had in Italy, but def cheaper than back home. Service was kind & the cocktails were good. Seems clean. We enjoyed a free snack along with the cocktails.

12/09/2025: Excellent typical Italian bar, very good for brunch, we ordered a “tavola” of “bresaola, cheese and arugula” for one person, and we were 3 people, and also two Aperols and a glass of red wine, and we paid €39! Close to the historic center and the cathedral, you can joke!! Thanks to the waiter, very kind, and fast.

02/12/2025: The restaurant is located in an old farmhouse in the middle of the countryside and is better when it's hot now the place is too big and it's cold.

20/11/2025: Let's say you're happy with what you get, enjoy it😂. You eat quite well and are served in a flash, for the workers in the area it's excellent.

04/11/2025: Went back for lunch after many years. The atmosphere is always homey, welcoming, and quiet. The prices are fair and the food is always excellent.

19/10/2025: When you enter La Pergola in Bedonia, you enter a world of serenity and style, somewhere between the English, consolidated in a refined and elegant setting, and the tangible Apennine mountain atmosphere, made of ancient recipes reworked with delicate and captivating innovations. All this is coordinated by a wonderful Signora Betta who welcomes, accompanies, and interprets the wishes and expectations of each fortunate guest. The attentive and courteous service leaves no room for error, always discreet and never intrusive, but punctual. My wife and I sampled the truffle menu, ranging from a superb chestnut soufflé with truffle, to ravioli with saffron and truffle, and purple rice with gorgonzola and truffle. When we reached the main course, slices of succulent roast beef accompanied by a delicate sauce with shaved truffle and a delicate potato rosticciata served as a prelude to a delightful and refreshing coffee mousse, meringues, and the aroma of truffle. The raw materials are of undeniable quality, the bill is honest, and it further demonstrates that working in the restaurant business requires love and expertise, as we experienced at La Pergola. I can only say that we've already booked for our next experience, and I believe that's worth any further mention. Well done!!! Antonio and Paola

14/11/2025: I'll start by saying I've been to this place about ten times, so I can't say I've had a bad experience. Service isn't always impeccable, especially regarding wait times (sometimes orders get lost) and the instalments of food delivery. The prices are fair and the food is decent. But the last time we visited, on a Sunday evening, we arrived at 8:30 PM and lost some pizzas, but by 9:20 PM they were already starting to clear out around us: there were, in fact, only two tables left. So we got up and left at 9:40 PM without having time to sit at our table in peace.

26/11/2025: Two stars in memory of times gone by... but I see the recent trend, alas... the disappointment of the fries, sauces, and ribs arriving lukewarm wasn't enough. To make matters worse, there was also the rudeness of the person at the cash register. Rather than respond to the small, calm disappointment of those who asked about the free dessert promo available only to those who booked, he assumed a haughty and aloof attitude, ignoring that at that moment and in that position he was still representing the company and could still make arguments. While abandoning the age-old convention that the customer is always right, I would, however, avoid presumptuous and ridiculing attitudes. Once again, staff training, especially in the restaurant industry, is crucial. Given the current climate, I wish you all the best.

22/11/2025: NOW YOU'VE REALLY CROSSED THE LIMIT. I'll start by saying that I was the Tramvai cockerel's number one fan, but over the past three years, the changes have significantly worsened the Tramvai experience. 1. You've removed the green sauce and started serving the cockerel with just one sauce, the Tramvai one; the one with all the sauces has disappeared. 2. My favorite dessert, the chocolate, has also disappeared. 3. The cockerel has gotten smaller and smaller over the years. 4. The final blow: the delicious potato chips have been replaced with humble potato sticks; I won't comment. 5. Tonight I'm still deciding to have the cockerel delivered, even though it's not what it used to be, and, as if that weren't enough, the Tramvai sauce arrives sealed in a small plastic container instead of the usual cardboard one; obviously, the quantity is half the size and it tastes like chemicals. But despite all these changes, the bread you've been washing for 10 years is still there. Maybe with the money you spent on wasted bread, you can go back to buying potato chips. I hope someone does something about this, thanks.

26/09/2025: Truly awful experience. The food is okay, but the staff's manners are truly lacking. Just think, the brunette lady at the counter literally threw my receipt at me instead of politely handing it to me. Screaming children outside, flies, and poor cleanliness.

21/09/2025: The service needs rethinking. You find yourself at the register, with four or five people behind the counter, all ignoring you for 20-30 seconds, except for one kind soul who finally catches your eye and takes your order. The girl at the register doesn't even look you in the eye.

15/11/2025: Very delicious. Very plaisent attitude and atmosphere.

13/11/2025: The place is cold; the glass windows on three sides and the two entrance doors don't help maintain the temperature. Service is noisy and confusing. The cutlery is dirty and different, and the fork is small, like a salad fork. Pros: generous portions, at least for the entree, clean bathrooms, convenient parking. Water, entree, side dish, and coffee cost €13.

28/06/2025: Free outdoor parking, splendid location Green lawn and suggestive lights, very kind and efficient staff, excellent food and excellent wine, good value for money! Experience to repeat, highly recommended!!!

01/05/2025: Beautiful place, surrounded by nature. It's a shame about the small portions and the incredibly long service (about 1.5 hours waiting for the starters). The sliced ​​meat was delicious. Overall, the bill was a bit steep.
