11/07/2025: I found myself in Parma by chance. I was having lunch and stumbled upon this place. The food isn't bad. The service leaves a bit to be desired. I waited 10 minutes before they came to take my order (they walked past me several times, some even laughing and joking on the phone). The waitresses seemed annoyed, or maybe it was just my impression. They forgot to bring bread, oil, salt, etc. I asked for a large bottle of water and they brought me a small one. Regardless of the service, the food was good.

10/08/2025: Pizza and a great grill. Good food, a generous grill with chicken (2 skewers), beef (2 skewers, 1 sliced steak), and pork (4 ribs, 2 sausages, loin (?) bacon), 1 burger with egg, plus sautéed vegetables and half an ear of corn. The atmosphere is very informal. I would recommend a little care, though: at least have the same cutlery (4 people, 4 different knives and 3 different forks!). Fair price. Kind of like a trattoria. Service is a little slow...the waiter couldn't explain what was on the mixed grill!

26/05/2025: Auf unserer Reise durch die Emilia Romagna haben wir hier an 4 Abenden vorzüglich gegessen. Alles wird mit frischen regionalen Produkten zubereitet, die Pasta selber hergestellt. Das angebotene Fleisch liegt appetitlich dekoriert in einer Vitrine und wird frisch gegrillt. Zu Auftakt gibt es z. B. bei den Antipasti einen köstlichen Salat mit Frisee, Apfelscheiben, Walnuss, Johannisbeeren, Parmesan und Aceto Balsamico. Das gegrillte Hähnchen, die Tagliata waren umwerfend gut - genauso wie die gesamten Pastagerichte. Einen Tisch zu reservieren ist insbesondere am Wochenende wichtig.

22/05/2025: Siamo stati veramente bene. Serata con amici , due dei quali in visita dalla Spagna. Mangiato bene, buon servizio, cordialita' e gentilezza. Un posto dove tornare e da consigliare. Bravi.

12/08/2025: We asked a lady for an assortment of cold cuts with parmesan, brucheta with wine that would go perfectly with it, we had a magnificent dish she had understood everything and was incredibly kind (I'll tell you the price at the end) then a young barman/server came to help me make my scratch card seeing that I didn't understand anything and then a man came to cash us in speaking French and he stopped to talk with us about the most beautiful places to visit with a constant smile thank you very much for this moment of pleasure and we got it for 29€ it's perfect

28/06/2025: Small pastry shop / bakery for celiacs with solutions for lactose intolerants. Possibility of having breakfast and ordering cakes. Small but well-kept environment, higher prices if compared to a traditional pastry shop but still not excessive. No seats. Excellent quality, friendly staff.

26/06/2025: Excellent breakfasts and good coffee. Excellent service.

02/07/2025: The fried gnocco is excellent, accompanied by sslumi and good quality gorgonzola. The ravioli and tortelli are also worth a try.

13/06/2025: It used to be a good restaurant, now it's not. Greasy and rubbery fried cake. Cold cuts that you couldn't tell if you were eating coppa or prosciutto, machine-cut salami with the skin that wouldn't come off. The only edible thing was gorgonzola and water. Biblical waiting times and besides me and a friend of mine, there was a table with 4 people... Scandalous bathrooms (the chemical ones at concerts are better). A tray of fried cake (maybe 15 pieces), a tray of mixed cold cuts (so mixed that you couldn't distinguish one from the other), a tray of cooked shoulder, a slice of gorgonzola, a bottle of water and a bottle of soft drink €46. Never paid so much to eat badly. Never again.

05/07/2025: 3 brioches in corte, fiappe e insapore. Personale che mentre ti serve su ferma a parlare con altri. Per non parlare del servizio, ci hanno portato i cappuccini a mano mettendo le dita dentro i cucchiaini. Anche al momento del pagamento sgarbate.

07/04/2025: I stopped for an aperitif served in a glass of mineral water and I didn't even have to buy a chip myself and pay separately. I paid for a white wine with Campari and a packet of chips for 7.50, all without shame. Never again.

22/06/2025: I don't usually write negative reviews, but we were very disappointed with the experience. We took the pizza to go: it was very thin, and this is not a problem if it is well cooked, but unfortunately the dough was raw inside, rubbery and with a floury consistency that was really unpleasant. With proper cooking it could have become a good pizza, but as it is it was not. I'm sorry.

21/05/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and what a lovely surprise! The service was impeccable, with a smiling, attentive waitress who spoke French, which greatly facilitated communication and made the experience even more enjoyable. We started with an absolutely delicious charcuterie plate: Parma ham, coppa, salami—all quality products, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tagliatelle with ragout was also very good: perfectly cooked, with a generous and well-balanced sauce. And to finish, homemade pastries for dessert, all delicious. A real favorite, an authentic and welcoming restaurant, which I recommend without hesitation!

01/06/2025: Recensione difficile , in quanto è una media tra delle pietanze ottime soprattutto lo gnocco fritto con salumi di qualità ed un servizio pessimo , completamente impreparati ad avere così tante persone , unica che sapeva cosa stava facendo è la cameriera giovane coi capelli neri, che provava a gestire la completa disorganizzazione che regnava sovrana. Quindi in conclusione tra dei piatti da 5 e un servizio da 1 e un discreto rapporto qualità prezzo 3stelle

27/03/2025: Un ottimo posto in cui mangiare, a gestione familiare. Posizione panoramica e molto gradevole. Buonissima la pizza fritta con i salumi, ottimi i primi che abbiamo assaggiato: tortelli di patate ai funghi, molto saporiti, e bucatini all'amatriciana, forse non proprio ortodossi (siamo di Roma), ma buoni. I dolci, palesemente artigianali, avrebbero meritato tutti un assaggio, ma ci siamo limitati alla torta sbrisolona, che abbiamo gradito moltissimo. Tutte le porzioni molto abbondanti. Conto adeguato alla qualità.

01/05/2025: Schiaccia super, impasto buonissimo e digeribilissimo (cosa molto importante), non ti viene un attacco di sete dopo averla mangiata, anche col crudo, perché gli ingredienti sono eccellenti e la schiaccia è lievitata benissimo, birra ottima. Personale fantastico. Bisogna assolutamente fare una tappa qui quando si è in visita a Parma.

31/03/2025: Sconsiglio vivamente, schiaccia novità € 8,50 condita con crudo di Parma (2 fette) scaglie di parmigiano e pomodorini (sul menù). A parte la quantità, la qualità dei prodotti scadente! La birra piccola da 0,20. La ragazza che ci ha servite disponibile e gentile!

15/06/2025: Delicious, an Aperol spritz with what we call a "bacon torch" a kind of crispy breadstick with real Parma ham around it! Really tasty in a nice atmosphere on an old square. Hotel Cortaccia across the street, also great.

02/05/2025: Before the visit to Rocca Sanvitale, we headed towards the wine bar opposite. Positive initial impression and many people sitting outside with small plates full of snacks and an aperitif. I asked if we could sit at the free table outside and the young lady confirmed it. We waited for many minutes, in the meantime the young lady came and went again. Other people arrived, also filling the tables inside, regularly served with aperitifs (also quickly I must say). After about 25 minutes without taking the order and, seeing as the time to visit the fortress was approaching, we left. Why this? I'm sorry.....I was curious to try to "taste the territory" and willing to buy a few bottles of Malvasia. Patience!
