Consuelo, the owner, was always available and extremely kind to us, both when we first went to view the venue and after we chose it. She explained everything to us in great detail, leaving nothing to chance, and was as professional as possible. We chose her trusted caterer and were satisfied with the quality, as were all our guests. During dinner, she was always available for any needs. And everything was exactly as we had hoped for that day. 08/10/2025: Discovered by chance while driving to the Salti di Diavolo on the way back to Parma. A wonderful place for a quick break with a glass of wine 🍷 or something... if everything's as good as the bruscette, then congratulations... highly recommended if it's on your route.

08/03/2026: I don't know about the hotel, but I went there for dinner. It's a quaint place where you can eat their cured meats, hand-sliced ​​to order. The tortelli are truly superb. The boiled meats, the roasts...not to mention the dessert tray...a super delight! In short, a place for traditional, typical cuisine. The only flaw, unfortunately, is that the dishes arrived far apart, and one of us had to wait for the other...and when we pointed this out, he, looking a little annoyed, replied that we needed to be patient. No, that's not what you do!!!

Overall, a 10: friendly staff, a charcuterie table in full view where the cured meats are sliced ​​freshly. The cappelletti and boiled meat trolley are excellent! Make sure to book because there aren't many seats.

We drove almost 2 hours and found everything closed... they didn't even answer the phone, since you couldn't understand why, nor was I notified why the place was closed. Management has probably changed, but they're not serious; definitely avoid.
