11/07/2026: We ordered two drinks, a cocktail and a beer. I ordered the special beer from the menu, confirming it again by pointing to the menu. They brought me a regular draft beer. It happens to everyone, so I called the shift supervisor over to point out that they hadn't brought me what I ordered. He said they didn't have it, and I politely asked about another beer listed on the menu. They told me they didn't have that either—drink what they gave me, no apologies, no compromise! Terrible service! The other reviews aren't surprising either. There are other bars. Don't go here!

01/07/2026: I wanted to compliment the kitchen staff. Everything was delicious. High-quality cured meats, delicious focaccia, excellent bread, excellent baked potatoes. Everything else needs to be reworked... Terrible service, they need to train them from scratch! They seated us without giving us menus, the bottle arrived open, I had to ask for bread twice; maybe they're not used to bringing it (the person next to me didn't complain about the same problem either.) They forgot to point out the roast potatoes, saying, "I thought you didn't want them." When the potatoes finally arrived, they were taking away our cutlery and plates. (Do we eat with our hands for them?) Please clean the windows overlooking the (beautiful) square of the sticker glue. 'Vantage' doesn't mean creased or torn. I want to go back to see if the staff will be trained and fix what's wrong. Change the menus; they have torn pages and are full of white-out to remove the items they no longer offer. (use the online menu) I repeat, the food is excellent, truly delicious!

23/07/2026: Terrible service, staff who speak poor Italian and very little. Disgusting pizza. 25-minute wait at lunch for a Marinara. I had to signal to the staff, and the pizza chef glared at me in defiance. Staff needs rethinking. Prices are touristy. You be the judge of the pizza.

02/07/2026: Good morning, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. I was served a disgusting burger, undercooked and inedible. An employee threw our cutlery onto our tray. The bathroom seat was broken, and all the food carts were around. I don't think I'll be back. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful.

18/07/2026: I'm sending you photos of the product I bought. My disappointment: very thin slices with dry edges. I'll check the batch. I hope I got the only defective tray.

30/05/2026: I bought a giant pack of mortadella, and aside from the lack of flavor, I found the initial cut of mortadella inedible.

03/08/2026: Disappointing experience. The girl at the counter was rude and unwelcoming. Working with customers requires courtesy, not just service. I don't recommend it.

18/07/2026: Only after I sat down did I read the reviews, and I became very hesitant about my restaurant choice. I have to say I was happily surprised, the waitress was very friendly, and the prosciutto and the caprese salad were quite nice. The terrace has a perfect location.
