12/03/2025: Siamo stati a mangiare in famiglia, 4 adulti, un bambino di 4 anni e un bambino di 1 anno. Il prosciutto crudo molto buono, i primi nella media. I prezzi però davvero esagerati. A parte un errore nel conto con un calice di vino rosso ad un prezzo di 20 euro, 5 euro a coperto anche per il bambino di 1 anno non e’ accettabile. Alla richiesta della spiegazione su quelle 5 euro, la risposta e’ stata “questo non lo decido io”.

24/10/2024: hotel with adjoining restaurant open to the public. simple dishes, not particularly elaborate ones, little choice if you are satisfied. super fast service, something you wouldn't believe! less than 3 clock minutes pass from ordering to the dish on the table!!! and there were 6 of us, all with different dishes and all six of us had lunch at the same time. never really happened prices not as cheap as I would have expected, large car park reserved for customers not far away.

18/09/2024: Accoglienza ed ospitalità di prim'ordine. Gestori cordiali, alla mano e, allo stesso tempo, impeccabili nella gestione della struttura. Cucina "di casa" deliziosa e che ti fa venir voglia di "esagerare nella degustazione. Assolutamente da consigliare.

29/12/2024: È sempre un piacere trovarsi in questa verde e ridente trattoria.Lo scilinguagnolo si gode un cibo d'eccelsa qualità cucinato con perizia,mentre l'animo s'allieta per il servizio curato con verecondia e delizioso savoir faire dall'ineffabile Rita.Il nostro desinare,Un dovizioso ed eccellente tagliere di salumi misti culatello,compagnati da un ottima torta fritta.2 primi,anolini di formaggio in brodo e tortelli con ripieno di carciofi,entrambe le portate apprezzatisssime.A seguire il secondo,un tenerissimo polpo con verdurine.Come dessert una crema catalana con frutti di bosco e una cassatina siciliana,entrambi squisiti.La parte beverina s'e pregiata di 75cl di un buon gutturnio,vino della casa una bottiglia d'acqua potabile e 2 caffè.Conto totale e probo di 80 euro.A Dio piacendo arrivederci e grazie...

11/12/2024: Tutto fantastico! Abbiamo cominciato il nostro pasto con una tagliere abbondante di salumi locali accompagnati da torta fritta a mio avviso squisita. A seguito abbiamo ordinato un tris di: tagliolini al tartufo, pappardelle alla pasta di salame ed infine gnocchi con patate e porcini. Nulla da dire… Una meraviglia! Tornerò al più presto. (Nota di merito ai camerieri che sono stati veloci e gentili)

03/01/2025: Passato a pranzo con amici durante gita . Personale cortese e servizio mediamente veloce ; cibo buono e prezzi adeguati

01/04/2025: Questo locale offre la tipica cucina parmigiana e la offre con una visione moderna e raffinata. La location è molto interessante, soprattutto l'interno. Ho iniziato il pranzo con l'immancabile prosciutto crudo di parma accompagnato da torta fritta ai quali ho voluto abbinare anche un tortino di zucca con fonduta. A seguire ho scelto il piatto caratteristico di Fuori le Mura, ovvero la bomba di riso con ragù di piccione. Avevo già assaggiato in passato il piccione ma questa volta sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Ho deciso di accompagnare il pranzo con una bottiglia della cantina Ceci A’S Arturo’s Rosso Emilia, un rosso blend corposo con sentori di frutti rossi e amarena che ha avvolto decisamente bene il gusto del piccione. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Sicuramente ci tornerò per assaggiare altri piatti della tradizione.

18/12/2024: Bakery with location under the arcades of Via Farini, one of the most famous streets in Parma. I went in and ordered some really good anolini, excellent broth and the anolini were very "tight" as they say in Parma, which means they were al dente. right point Excellent highly recommended

01/10/2024: Amazing place. I stayed here at the end of July and in addition to the beauty of the panorama surrounding the farmhouse and the well-kept, clean rooms perfectly in line with the rusticity of the landscape, I was struck by the family that runs the place, so simple and kind, super available for every request. A place to enjoy relaxation, silence and the beauty of Parma's nature, far from the city. I will definitely return and recommend it.

28/09/2024: In a word: indecent. The farm is in an excellent location and enjoys a beautiful view, but the management is terrible. Starting from the dirty rooms, full of cobwebs and only cleaned every 3 days, this does not lay the foundations for a good stay. We stayed in September and it was 17 degrees in the room, when we asked if we could turn on the heating we were told no, so we were left cold for 4 days. The toilet in the room on the ground floor gets clogged using toilet paper, when we pointed out that the toilet was clogged they complained that we were using too much. The proposed solution? Throw toilet paper in the bin. I'll let you imagine the smell since cleaning takes place every three days. Poor breakfast, but above all full of flies. They don't offer a lot of choice and on the other hand they do nothing to protect the food from flies, which feast undisturbed on the cakes. Finally, zero availability. They won't let you enter by car despite a long asphalt driveway, the parking is outside the gate and therefore you have to walk 100 meters carrying your luggage. This wouldn't be a problem, except that we were staying for our wedding. On the day of the wedding the bride had to walk all 100 meters with her dress and shoes in hand (given a rapid descent) to get to the gate. Attempts to convince the intransigent owner to let a car in for a few minutes were useless: he even replied that only disabled people can enter, but only after 10 in the morning. I'll stop here, but I have no idea how anyone could have given more than 1 star to this place.

22/03/2025: Un accoglienza meravigliosa,cibo di alta qualità e molto squisito..se mi dovessi ritrovare da questa parti sarebbe un sosta obbligatoria...buonissimo!!!

28/12/2024: Posto trovato al volo tornando da un impegno lavorativo entrata molto bella posto che dire iconico parcheggio comodissimo temperatura piacevole ci accomodiamo al tavolo e devo dire menu molto pratico e della zona ha spiccato la carne fatta davvero bene prezzo onesto ( cani ammessi )

27/09/2024: Wat een fijn restaurant We waren 2 dagen in dit hotel. Helaas was zwembad al dicht. Ook hebben ze geen lift. Wel kamers op 3 hoog! Ontbijt was heerlijk met veel zelfgebakken taart. En gebakken ei moet je aanvragen. Maar diner is echt goed. Heerlijke voorgerechten en goede hoofdgerechten Vooral bediening super vriendelijk. Ook bij de balie. Slaapkamers zijn beetje gewoontjes. Straalt niet veel uit.

10/03/2025: Cercando sul web una trattoria tipica, mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorante (posizione strategica per il "Mercante in fiera") meraviglioso. Una corte ristrutturata, con un portico ideale per l'aperitivo. Già dall'ingresso l'atmosfera accogliente si manifesta con musica jazz soffusa, personale attento e cortese che accompagna l'ospite in una sala dallo stile contemporaneo che però rispetta il contesto rustico. La mise en place porta il pensiero a prelibatezze che si manifestano con un bouquet di grissini e il piattino del pane ben fornito. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo condiviso un piatto di salumi tipici (fra cui spicca una spalla cotta di San Secondo da papille gustative in festa) accompagnati dalla torta fritta, un piatto di tortelli alle erbe e un piatto di maltagliati al ragù di culatello eseguiti magistralmente, il tutto annaffiato da buon vino. Inutile specificare quanto l'esperienza sia stata gratificante. Ci torneremo, ma consiglio vivamente a tutti di provare questo ottimo ristorante. Complimenti allo chef, ma anche al personale di sala.
