31/10/2025: Quite dilapidated, maintenance seems to have stopped for 15 years...

20/10/2025: We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms aren't four-star; they smell musty and are dirty. The service is nonexistent. We were cold, the heating was off, and after much insistence, they brought us single, very old and worn wool blankets. We also, and I must say, unfortunately, had dinner... There was little choice, and the dishes they brought us were very meager and cold. They were probably pre-cooked and frozen dishes, the ravioli definitely frozen. The four-sautéed pasta dishes are better. Later, I asked for two coffees to be brought to my room along with the restaurant bill, and I had to wait half an hour. On Sundays, they serve breakfast an hour later; I needed breakfast at 6:30, but they told me it wasn't possible and didn't even deduct it from my bill. A truly terrible experience.

11/02/2026: I've been using this place for years for pizza, chips, and meat, and even mixed salad! The location is good, and the rooms are relaxing, but the only flaw: The waitresses. You can't just sit there and eat quietly, and the waitress will repeatedly ask, "Do you want anything else?" She keeps looking at me. Please stop bothering people while they're eating.

26/12/2025: Very good pizza. Recently they made fried polenta as a winter dish. I really liked it.

27/07/2026: We stopped for lunch, waiting about ten minutes, but the two ladies in the restaurant barely told us to wait. Meanwhile, I saw dirty dishes left out with flies visiting them. We ran away...

24/07/2026: We returned to this restaurant because we had a good meal, even though the waitress had been truly unwelcoming... Today she outdid herself... Even though there were some free, unreserved tables in the restaurant, it was obvious she had us sit at a table in front of the bar with the fan shining on us. We asked if she could seat us in the restaurant, but she said no. Always unkind... We got up and left after saying goodbye, but without any goodbye.

28/04/2026: I'm sorry I couldn't eat at this place today, April 28, 2026. We stopped by because we were attracted by the menu, but when we got there we found it closed even though Google said it was open! What a shame.

14/01/2026: Perfect for gambling enthusiasts: booking doesn't mean you'll have a table, and above all, it doesn't mean the place will be open... Have fun!

07/06/2026: The place was aesthetically pleasing, except for the very slow service, even though there were only a few of us eating. We sat on a table that was completely wobbly and, trying to keep our balance, ordered two coffees and a bottle of water. The wait was 30 minutes, and after urging the waitress, we finally managed to drink ONLY the coffees, because the water arrived after 10 minutes. After a second urging, the waitress waited. But the worst moment was the bill: two coffees and a bottle of water, €9.

08/02/2026: Too busy eating and forgot to take photos of the food! I'm so in love with their pizza, I even finished the crust, and I ALWAYS leave it on my plate. If you get a chance to try the charcoal-fired pizza, do it.

17/01/2026: Very good pizza. The owner, Gianni, makes you feel at home with his kindness and helpfulness. It's worth it.

09/08/2026: The boys and girls who work there are what you would call model workers, kind to the children.

02/03/2026: Too bad...we've known this restaurant for years. The menu is still the same, but it's not as good as it used to be. Cured meats, NO COMMENT, very thick tortelli. The only good thing is the semifreddo...which they don't make...sorry!

03/01/2026: A quaint, timeless trattoria in the Parma Apennines, just a few kilometers from the famous Bardi Castle. A colorful and original atmosphere, authentic and delicious food (we had a fantastic torta fritta accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, homemade herb ravioli, and delicious loin and fried porcini mushrooms). Excellent value for money. Paola and Carmela welcomed us with love and kindness, making us feel at home right away. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon 🫶🏻 Susy and Dani

17/12/2025: I have to give a low rating because, although the food was good, they made a change without communicating it. The cured meat wasn't freshly cut. The cheese arrived in dribs and drabs, and the cappelletti were served a bit haphazardly. Some people had some, some didn't. It was also a karaoke night with deafening music. I've always maintained that those who do karaoke to fill venues have restaurant problems. I speak from experience in everything I've written. This is my first and last experience at this place.

19/04/2026: The place is on a very busy street. Limited selection and expensive.

04/04/2026: After half an hour of waiting this is the 7 euro glass of wine.. I pointed it out and was told that the quantity was normal like this.. first and last time

29/04/2026: fetus food full of worms, it's not edible, there's hair and raw flesh that smells of game and pippi, pitiful service like the food that after a while gets up and walks, inedible

29/04/2026: Dirty, smelly place, dry food, meat that seems alive, cold and fetus-like, wrinkled vegetables, mozzarella that smells like rotten eggs, and powdered drinks from a filthy vending machine. The price is low, yes, but the food is of extremely poor quality.

22/01/2026: I organized my birthday party here, mindful of the positive experiences I'd had with previous owners. Unfortunately, the current management (which took over in October 2025) was unable to provide the minimum level of service expected from those working in this industry. Disorganization and, even worse, the owners' lack of enthusiasm and rudeness. They asked me to bring a tablecloth from home to set the table and some snacks to offer to those with gluten intolerances... at 11 pm, the erbazzone (a typical Italian dish) scheduled for dinner, which began at 8 pm, still wasn't ready... Without further ado, I strongly advise against it. High prices and no discounts, despite everything.

14/01/2026: A successful family dinner: good food (even the pizza!), prompt and accurate service, and courteous and helpful staff. The decor is perhaps a little too cold, but clean and adequate. Prices are moderate to low.

01/08/2026: We had a great time. The options were excellent, the handmade pasta was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. They always organize something, and the program is varied. The road to get there is also convenient and wide. There's plenty of parking. There are also games for children, including a basketball court. It was a shame to leave. Highly recommended.

28/06/2026: Dirty, disorganized, and forgettable. It's a shame because it has potential and because there's nothing else. Prices are made up on the spot and still high. The restrooms are worse than the worst service station. The dumplings and cured meats are days old.
