28/09/2025: I was looking at a few pizzerias around Cagliari and this one just happened to stumble upon me. Now that I can post reviews, I want to make up for the lost opportunity to say, or rather, remember, how some time ago I made a reservation here for 7/8 people to have pizza for lunch (since it was the only one I found in Cagliari that theoretically "made pizzas" for lunch) for my birthday. And it so happened that, while my friends who were already there, except for 3 who were still arriving, were ordering our pizzas, they told us they had run out of dough for the other 3 people arriving. First of all, I didn't call to make a reservation for 7/8 people at random to have pizza for lunch because if you were well-organized, you wouldn't even have seated us knowing you didn't have at least 10 pieces of dough available to make a pizza. Second, it seemed like a very strange coincidence to me that there was no dough left for precisely 3 people. Third, your prices are absurd compared to the quality of the pizzas.

Ottime pietanze e ottimo servizio: un cameriere esperto ha spiegato la lavorazione del Parmigiano Reggiano ed uno molto socievole aneddoti garbati di frequentatori del mondo dello sport. Molto consigliato per posizione (dietro la casa di Verdi) e per offerta di qualità con prezzi nella media. Abbiamo anche acquistato dei prodotti nel loro negozio, che si trova all’interno del ristorante, proprio all’ ingresso: ottima qualità, ad un prezzo un po’ sopra la media.

21/04/2025: Categoria: Ristorante Italiano Trovato per: Internet / a caso Casale situato nelle campagne cremonesi, proprio di fronte alla casa natale di Giuseppe Verdi. È anche una gastronomia, all’ingresso c’è un banco con salumi, formaggi e altri prodotti locali. La grande sala dove si trovano i tavoli è molto rustica ma accogliente. Di antipasto abbiamo preso salumi, gnocco fritto e contorni come cipolle caramellate e giardiniera. In zona ci sono grandi eccellenze per quanto riguarda la qualità dei salumi, questi non erano super ma ci hanno soddisfatto. Purtroppo le aspettative che si erano create con gli antipasti non sono state rispettate da primi e secondi. Il risotto con verdure era scotto e slavato, i tagliolini culatello e fonduta di tosone avevano troppo formaggio ed erano “appiccicosi” e pesanti, meglio gli anolini di parmigiano in brodo. Tra i secondi buona l’anatra marinata all’arancia anche se abbastanza asciutta, il guancialino di maiale brasato con polenta e patate era ottimo come sapore, ma sia la salsa sia la carne stessa sono risultati pesantissimi e indigesti. La sbrisolona con gelato un po’ troppo dura. Carta dei vini limitata e con etichette banali, ricaricate anche parecchio per la tipologia di locale. Servizio molto alla buona ma cordiale. Avrei dato un 3 se il conto fosse stato inferiore, ma era assolutamente troppo caro per tipologia di locale, qualità e fattura dei piatti e ricarichi sul vino. Spendendo poco di più ci sono in zona ristoranti dove (per portate e numero di bottiglie analoghi, ovviamente) si mangia e si beve benissimo.

31/08/2025: The €3 cover charge is a bit excessive given that the tablecloths, cutlery, etc. are very standard and home-made, and the bread is the classic white one, so nothing exceptional to charge a €3 cover charge per person. The first courses are average and good; personally, I don't like the pasta being creamy with sauce (the tagliatelle weren't), but it's a matter of taste. The second courses depend on what you order: the Rosa di Parma was good, the fried lamb was a bit thin, with three small ribs, and a bit greasy. Let's just say that some things were good, while others didn't satisfy us. We could do better.

18/09/2025: Ok, everything is fine, the service is ok, but in the morning you need to put someone a little faster, it's not normal, since there's only one customer who takes 6 minutes to get a slice of pizza or a bottle of water because the woman has to make the nice little package, etc. and it's not the first time, change staff in the morning!!!

02/11/2025: We just returned from a wonderful Halloween weekend in this charming village relais. What can I say? A truly unique experience nestled in the mountains. The unique, authentic, and sincere setting, custom-renovated, gave us two phenomenal days that I will always cherish as indelible memories. I recommend everyone to try this experience, which is truly difficult to describe due to its uniqueness and rare beauty, but highly recommended. In times like these, we need places like these, born from the visionary and farsighted genius of people like the Corazza family, places that help you disconnect from the frenetic, stressful, and sometimes alienating world, at least for a while. Thank you again.

16/10/2025: A classy, ​​immense place nestled in the greenery between Fidenza and Salsomaggiore Terme. Friendly and welcoming staff. The small but pleasant wellness area features a Turkish bath, sauna, hot tub, and massage room. A delicious breakfast buffet is available.

29/11/2025: A truly excellent dinner! For appetizers, we had fried gnocchi with gorgonzola and vegetable flan with taleggio cheese: both delicious. We then shared a first course of sausage and saffron dumplings, truly superb. The second courses were also excellent: everything was delicious, from start to finish. The prices were more than fair considering the quality of the dishes. The young, friendly, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: The portions are truly ridiculous, especially for the appetizers. The flavors are good, no complaints there, but six 5cm-thick fried meatballs can't cost 12 euros. The atmosphere is refined and the service attentive.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's the worst place you can go to in Fidenza. We've tried it several times and are always disappointed. Last night we said, "Okay, let's give it one last chance," but as we expected, it wasn't good at all. The chicken was incredibly dry, the ribs rotten, and I'm not kidding, the meat was stale, definitely a few days old and reheated several times. We also ordered a sandwich, and my husband spent the night vomiting. P.S. A friend of mine once found a nail in his tiramisu... Honestly, we don't recommend it.

30/06/2025: I'm a little late with the review, we visited the company two months ago twice, once as representatives of the G.A.S. of Curno (Bg) and once with the guided tour including lunch. It was an exceptional experience, Davide and his wife are two exquisite people who love their work and do it with their heart, we learned a lot of things, we recommend the guided tour to everyone, they explain in detail everything that goes into the production of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, and the divine lunch with 0 km products ... we are campers and we stopped right outside, the breathtaking landscape ... and the cheeses, milk and yogurt, we tried them all and they were all excellent ... we will definitely return and probably soon :) ... oh I forgot: we autographed a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano just produced and we will open it in two years, mmmmm how delicious! 03/11/2025: Like other motorway service stations...too expensive, very poor value. If you have time, exit the motorway and have lunch at a trattoria for the same price as a sandwich and a drink.

02/10/2025: I rarely like to stop at a service station because it's usually very crowded, but this service station surprised me. Even though it was crowded, I was served quickly, ate well, paid the right amount, and nothing excellent. What can I say?
