19/04/2025: I had high hopes for this place based on the photos, and to be fair, the views are stunning—probably the only highlight of the entire stay. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The on-site restaurant? A complete disaster. The food was borderline inedible—bland, dry, and served without a single sauce or side. Even the bread served on the side was stale and made last month. For the prices they’re charging, you’d expect at least basic flavor or effort, but nope. You’re better off bringing snacks or making the trip into town. The pool was another disappointment—full of grass, leaves, and who knows what else. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room was completely unprepared for cold weather. No proper insulation, heating, wasn’t to standard just a drafty box that left me shivering all night. It’s fine if you’re staying in the summer, maybe, but avoid it at all costs in colder seasons. To top it off, the nearby castle (which seems like a main draw) is absurdly overpriced, as is the restaurant. Nothing here matches the cost. Bottom line: great view, but everything else is mid at best. Would not recommend.

29/01/2025: Bar on Via Mantova, small but very welcoming place. There is a large car park reserved for customers. stop for breakfast but catching a glimpse of the kitchen... why not, you have to try it for lunch!

07/04/2025: I stopped for an aperitif served in a glass of mineral water and I didn't even have to buy a chip myself and pay separately. I paid for a white wine with Campari and a packet of chips for 7.50, all without shame. Never again.

18/06/2025: The Cafeteria: a lot of attention to the product, I have breakfast there every now and then: TOPPERIA!!! ILLY point convinced (I prefer the Lavazza school, but you have to recognize excellence, when I find it) Good level Enobar, I reserve the right to discover the place in the evening. 5 stars deserved, for now.

10/05/2025: It is one of the best known bars in Azzano. The spaces are welcoming even if the interior is not very large, there is the possibility of sitting outside too. Attentive, kind and friendly staff. Fast service, excellent cappuccino and croissants.

12/06/2025: Das Lokal besticht auf den ersten Blick durch seine gemütliche Atmosphäre und einen herzlichen Service, der den Besuch von Anfang an besonders macht. Hier fühlt man sich nicht nur willkommen, sondern rundum wohl. Kulinarisch überzeugt das Restaurant mit authentischer, italienischer Küche, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem spürbaren Anspruch an Qualität zubereitet wird. Jedes Gericht ist geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und besticht durch Frische, Kreativität und handwerkliches Können. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hausgemachten Spezialitäten man schmeckt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Ein Ort, an den man gerne wiederkommt – für Genuss, Gastfreundschaft und ein Stück Italien mitten in der Stadt.

01/05/2025: Pessima esperienza culinaria: location completamente da rinnovare, servizio non qualificabile, menù casalingo apprezzabile sulla carta ma mal eseguito ( per esempio i miei tortelli erano stracotti) ed infine rapporto qualità prezzo nemmeno valutabile in quanto è stato quantificato un forfettario di 35 euro a testa anche per le bambine o per coloro che hanno ordinato una sola portata! Dopo aver pagato ho fatto comunque i miei complimenti al gestore perché riesce a rimanere aperto coprendo evidentemente i costi con i ricavi, in quanto in Lunigiana, a parità di condizioni, il locale sarebbe chiuso! Forza e coraggio! Potete solo migliorare!

21/06/2025: Tonight I had dinner with my parents and I have to say that, when we arrived, they hadn't taken our table order (even though we had called before opening). After ordering, when the dishes arrived, I was told that on Saturday night it is not possible to have cutlery unless it is with a particular dish. Shocked and perplexed, I decided not to argue even though, in my opinion, I should have done so and quite a bit. It would have been nicer if the girl had specified beforehand so that "I would have been prepared" for the dry and unkind no (I wonder if children are also denied cutlery.. I hope not!). By the way, the girl to whom we had made this "high" request didn't even come back to the table to confirm but we had to lip-read her "superior" who responded in a negative and categorical manner. The slice of bread, which used to be the base, is now only served upon request. Rating? A nice 4 at school and definitely, next time, I will think twice about ordering and picking up and eating at home.

18/06/2025: Already tried in Parma and I can say that I can recommend you to go here in Fidenza too. Very well furnished and very clean. Very kind and helpful staff. We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were very good. In addition to various top top types of cockerel, the menu offers: hamburgers, grilled meat, grilled cheese, salads. In addition to various types of desserts. Stop by because it's worth it (be careful that the cockerel is eaten with your hands!!!!)

20/04/2025: Simplicity and rusticity are the ingredients that accompany the cuisine and the environment. The dishes are plentiful and made with heart. The cured meats in the appetizer didn't impress me but the pizza was very good. The bill was perfectly in line with expectations. Will I go back? ... Probably yes.

Consuelo, the owner, was always available and very kind to us, both when we went to see the location for the first time and after when we chose it. She explained everything to us in great detail and without leaving anything to chance, behaving in the most professional way possible. We chose her trusted catering and were satisfied with the quality as were all the guests. During dinner, she was always present for any need. And everything was as we had wished it to be for that day. The pizza: small, tall and very soft, with a light dough and quality ingredients. 🍕 The ones with cherry tomatoes, fiordilatte and pesto are delicious, but also the one with sausage and cooked ham is really well-stuffed and tasty. 🍟 Chips with lime mayonnaise 🔝 🍹 Well-made cocktails, ideal to accompany dinner or a relaxed aperitif. 🎶 There is often background music, but never intrusive: you can talk peacefully. ✅ Place suitable for couples, families and small groups: convivial atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent service. 🚗 Very convenient internal parking and barrier-free access.
