A truly beautiful place, shame about the service. We were guests for a baptism, and the waiting time between courses was biblical, far too long. The food was average, nothing special. The appetizer was all fried and the pizza was deep-fried, and then we had more deep-fried pizza at the table. The cold cuts were good, but the gnocchi were a bit too greasy for my taste. The staff did their best to serve us, but there were far too few of them for the number of people seated. I expected more attention to detail.

Beautiful location just a few minutes' drive from Collecchio! We had lunch here for a first communion! We ate deliciously, and the service was fast and the staff was very friendly :) The place has been amazingly renovated! There's a large parking lot at the entrance!

19/04/2026: Excellent service and outstanding food. Very, very reasonably priced. We had a 3 course set menu for only 12 euro each for 6 of us. Could've easily fed 12! Waitress only spoke Italian,but with the help of google translate and her patience, we got there without any troubles. Fantastic service, went above and beyond to cater for us. Would definitely recommend

10/02/2026: Panificio Boni in the center of Sala Baganza is a large bakery with a wide selection of baked goods and pastries. They also stock homemade products like fresh pasta, etc. Spacious, with plenty of seating, and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for savory items.
23/10/2025: One of the best places in Parma and its province for breakfast, an aperitif, or a lunch break! Alberto's pala romana is highly recommended. A must-try!
