02/09/2025: A very rustic place, but the fact that it's surrounded by nature makes it unique and fantastic. We had a polenta appetizer with bacon and melted cheese, truly excellent, and a first course each (tortellini with butter and sage, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and tagliatelle with mushrooms). We also had water and coffee. The price was very fair, and the waiter was truly helpful and polite. We had a bad weather day, so there were very few people, which allowed us to get excellent service. I would gladly return, especially to fully experience the landscape.

17/08/2025: The place is nice. Unqualified staff. Unspeakable food. Tray-packaged cured meats, shoddy and poorly preserved. Cold first courses, especially the tagliatelle. Potatoes as hard as rocks. Liquid sorbet, and the joke was that the waitress said it was lemon cream when she had actually sold it to us as sorbet. For the total of €28 per person, I'd say it was a rip-off for the quality. And we also drove 100km... very disappointed!!!!! We'll never go back!!!!

27/10/2025: The latest management has really made a difference. You immediately feel at ease. The beer is really good, as are the tigelle and appetizers. The difference is made by the people who run it. Well done. Recommended.

26/10/2025: Of the PATATONI: wise advice on what to order even for two geniuses who don't drink beer, friendly and cordial (without descending into anxiety-inducing oppression) customer service, good drinks, somewhat basic snacks at the table (but in keeping with the vibe of the place, not affected). I would go back, and hopefully I will.

26/10/2025: It's the first time my partner and I've gone, and it's the first time I've eaten the main course first and the first course afterward. We ordered two first courses for two, tagliatelle with mushrooms and penne all'ortica, as per the menu, and they delivered one plate of tagliatelle and one of penne. And finally, you're forced to pay in cash... luckily one of us had cash, otherwise we might have just stayed there working to pay for lunch, having failed to let them know when we called two hours earlier to check if there was room. We definitely won't be back.

20/08/2025: Dinner with friends. Gnocco, Crescentino, cured meats, lard, jams, sweet and sour onions, bean stew and grilled vegetables, and then sweet coffee and liqueur...all delicious. At the end of the day, considering we also had an aperitif there, we spent 20 euros each...all while the kids played ping pong, table tennis, foosball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer...all without spending a single euro. For years, a favorite spot on our Sestola vacations. P.S.: Aperitif and dinner were served after playing tennis (you can shower there) on the reservable court at a fantastic price...12 euros per hour. The owner and staff were also very courteous and helpful (they let me use the court for 20 minutes longer and even gave me new balls for free). We arrived at 4:00 PM and left at midnight... 1 hour and 20 minutes of tennis, an aperitif, and dinner for four cost us 92 euros... something that would set you back around 140-150 euros for a day like that anywhere else... Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: Practically a dream come true... Tigelle and gnocchi galore, delicious, velvety, and soft as a cloud. Homemade cured meats, potatoes, and vegetables, all delicious. What more can I say? A MUST.

19/09/2025: Family-run, very kind and hardworking, the pizza 🍕 is amazing! Cooked to perfection. The calzones are very tasty. Cold drinks, clean and tidy environment with table service, plus a bathroom for customers. I should also add that there's a double split air conditioning if needed! I always find it very good.

28/06/2025: First of all, it is a take-away pizzeria where you can eat at the tables provided. I must say that it is certainly not the best pizza I have eaten but not bad either but, importantly, among the most digestible ever. Every now and then they sin with the ingredients that on a pizza, I'm sorry, are immediately identifiable. Then, it must be said that the owner and the girl who does everything put their own into it, kind and helpful.

12/11/2025: I had chosen Bistro 53 because it could accommodate my birthday party needs, but three days before the party, they cancelled my reservation, causing problems with my search for a place. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and disappointed, demonstrating a lack of professionalism.
