We loved it.
An old-fashioned restaurant where you feel like you've stood still in time.
The style, decor, and, of course, the cuisine reflect the traditions of the past. The traditional dishes are excellent.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
They also offer hotel service.
It's conveniently located in the center of Guiglia, and it goes without saying how wonderful it is to spend time in this beautiful town.
We'll definitely be back.

What can I say?... exceptional location, Borlenghi are the best in the Modena Apennines, therefore the best in Italy. Excellent service, friendly service.

In my opinion, the restaurant has been excellent, from the old management (Laura and Mario were wonderful people) to the new one. The food was excellent, and the Borlenghi were superb. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Review for the hotel because I only stayed: clean, slightly dated furnishings, but everything was fine, except for the drafty window frames. Friendly staff. Overall, everything was fine. I'd just like to point out one thing about the place, which could be improved—aside from what I mentioned above (renovation): basic toiletries were available, but for a woman, the shower gel sachet isn't suitable... You can't even wash a single lock of hair with it 😅, but I think a man would have problems with it too.

Hotel used during the Camino de la Union.
Simple rooms, with the bare essentials, and a bit dated. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's available.
Walkers can benefit from a special rate if you book directly with the hotel (not through other platforms).

Truly delicious! The wood-burning stoves make the atmosphere warm and welcoming! The gnocco and tigelle are truly excellent!
