08/11/2025: Trattoria Cognento Traditional trattoria with interesting first courses, a selection of cured meats, and a decent wine list. We start with buttered pumpkin tortelloni, the pasta dominates over the filling, but they're still delicious. Tortelloni with ragu and cappellacci with vinegar. We continue with a few slices of gnocco fritto with ham.

06/11/2025: Excellent trattoria serving artisanal cuisine outside the Carpi toll booth. Excellent food, friendly and professional staff, and a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: A good breakfast and excellent pastries and cakes. I haven't tried the cakes... but they might be good too.

14/04/2025: Every time I order pizza, I promise myself I'll take a picture and add it to the review, but I always end up eating it before I remember... too good to wait (even if just for a photo)! The home delivery service is always punctual, often even early. The pizza is very easy to digest, perfectly cooked, soft, and with a nice crispy crust. I also get takeout sometimes, and the owners are always very kind. It's a shame the place is small, but otherwise the pizza is fantastic, and that's all that matters!

21/07/2025: Overall, everything was positive. The outdoor seating is very nice in the summer. The pizza is good, but the dough is a little heavy, so I'd improve that aspect.

07/07/2025: Historic hotel that turned 60 in 2024. Friendly staff, parking available (uncovered). We stayed in the annex (so with the possibility of own timetables) good à la carte menu, especially the fillet.

11/09/2025: We went there today for lunch to have the pizza by the meter, really very good, thin. The waitress was very kind. Large parking lot. I recommend it.

08/09/2025: If you're traveling along the provincial road from Guiglia to Zocca, stop at La Braglia restaurant. Fantastic menu, traditional location, and unsurpassed hospitality. It will become your temptation, believe me.

12/06/2025: Ottimo pranzo, ci siamo stati per un pranzo aziendale. Cibo ottimo e località perfetta per chi ama la montagna. Ci tornerei assolutamente anche per conto mio. A solo un’ora da Modena praticamente, lo consiglio molto!

26/10/2025: Seated immediately without a reservation, around 1:00 PM. Courteous and professional service. Beef fillet with balsamic vinegar and baked potatoes, very good.

15/09/2025: I've been organizing sports retreats for kids at this facility for 15 years, and I can't complain about anything: food, cleanliness, and availability. Furthermore, I sometimes find myself with completely different clientele, like seniors on vacation or Vasco Rossi fans, and there's never been a problem. Problems can arise if there's a lack of manners, as sometimes happens with kids who belong to sports groups, whose parents then write nonsense and inaccurate things.

26/10/2025: I use Setaccio for takeout. The pizza is high-quality, and you notice it the next day when you reheat it. Delicious.

02/09/2025: At first glance, it wasn't very inviting, but it was clean. We went without a reservation and got a table without any problems. When we said we'd like to sit outside, we were immediately handed an Autan. Great😃👍We chose a table inside instead. The waiter was very nice, funny, and polite. Although he speaks little English and I speak almost no Italian, we were able to clear up any doubts🤣🤣🤣 The food was excellent and the prices were absolutely reasonable. For dessert, we treated ourselves to limoncello and grappa😋 If you like grappa, they have a truly fantastic version to try. So if you're in the area, stop by. It's worth it😉🤩

29/05/2025: New management and great experience!!! Young guys but with a craft and desire to do!!! Not the usual 3 pre-war sandwiches but a wide range of products, even refined ones! Congratulations!!! Recommended!!!

31/03/2025: Aperitif outside the usual patterns. Meatballs made the same day with sauce, hot, soft, irresistible! Freshly cooked tigelle. Extraordinary vintage wine not so easily available (thank you for satisfying our request). For me it's home!

17/11/2025: Visited for an aperitif with friends. The atmosphere was very noisy and crowded. I remembered it being a buffet, but instead I'd rather have a snack, which wasn't too generous.

13/11/2025: An evening with cocktails and appetizers. Excellent cocktails, generous and very tasty appetizers. The only flaw was the overcooked fries. Recommended for couples and groups of friends. A welcoming and refined place. I will definitely be back.

06/11/2025: A wonderful spot for either a quick coffee or a satisfying lunch. The dishes are delightful, but what really makes the experience special is the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere.

26/07/2025: On our way back from vacation, we stopped in unfamiliar with the place and without a reservation, and they welcomed us kindly. The four of us ate heartily and without spending a fortune; the food was good and the portions generous. We had a great time.

20/06/2025: We went for lunch, but apparently… if you are not a regular customer, you are not taken into consideration. We all order the same dish, so there was not much margin for justified waiting or margin for confusion.. and yet! The dish arrives for one of us, after more than 10 minutes three more dishes arrive, and after another 5 the last dish. We practically ate staggered, furthermore there is no attention to the customer: they do not bring the plate for the fish fragments (spaghetti with clams), nor ask if everything is okay or if they need something… the service is not very welcoming and kind. The place is ventilated by some floor fans, but if you are not nearby, the environment is quite hot. Medium-high prices, especially if it has to leave something to be desired like this.

02/09/2025: A very rustic place, but the fact that it's surrounded by nature makes it unique and fantastic. We had a polenta appetizer with bacon and melted cheese, truly excellent, and a first course each (tortellini with butter and sage, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and tagliatelle with mushrooms). We also had water and coffee. The price was very fair, and the waiter was truly helpful and polite. We had a bad weather day, so there were very few people, which allowed us to get excellent service. I would gladly return, especially to fully experience the landscape.

17/08/2025: The place is nice. Unqualified staff. Unspeakable food. Tray-packaged cured meats, shoddy and poorly preserved. Cold first courses, especially the tagliatelle. Potatoes as hard as rocks. Liquid sorbet, and the joke was that the waitress said it was lemon cream when she had actually sold it to us as sorbet. For the total of €28 per person, I'd say it was a rip-off for the quality. And we also drove 100km... very disappointed!!!!! We'll never go back!!!!
