We tried the fregula with mushrooms and the culurgiones with ragù, both truly exceptional: authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and dishes prepared with passion. The owner, Valentina, was incredibly kind and made us feel at home, even offering us a taste of the Sardinian suckling pig, incredibly tender and with a spectacular flavor. Generous portions, a warm atmosphere, and impeccable service: you can sense the love for their homeland in every detail. A place absolutely worth a visit—highly recommended for those who love good food and sincere hospitality!

05/10/2025: A pleasant discovery! Ca’ dell’Alpino is a restaurant in the heart of the Modena Apennines. Authentic dishes, generous portions, and flavors that reflect Sardinian and Emilian traditions in every bite. I tried the culurgiones and suckling pig: simply delicious. Friendly and attentive service, a welcoming, family atmosphere. Excellent value. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Sardinian cuisine.

18/01/2026: I've been a customer of Dispensa Emilia for years and have always had a great experience. I have to say the best Dispensa Emilia restaurant, and I've been able to try a few, is undoubtedly the one located in Modena on Via Emilia, practically under the Gazzetta di Modena. The staff there is truly very friendly and helpful and immediately understands the customers' needs. They never leave anyone out. Not those who pay at the cash register or those who use the app. But at Grande Emilia on Sunday lunchtime it was truly unpleasant. People lined up for half an hour, and people who arrived and immediately sat down because the waiters recommended using the app. And also, the cash register was closed. Because there was no room. So they closed. So older people who don't use the app waited, and the kids quickly sat down because they were born with the app IN THEIR HAND. OBVIOUSLY. I asked a waitress for clarification and she replied that it's company policy. I don't think Dispensa Emilia thinks like that. I think it's the staff at the Emilia pantry at grandemilia who thinks like this. We left. To eat somewhere else. P.S. I HAVE THE APP and I know how to use it, but I like ordering and talking.
