03/04/2026: I booked a dinner through TheFork because they were offering me a 30% discount. There were five of us, and when I went to the cashier, they refused the discount even though I showed them the screenshot, and I was therefore prevented from paying with the app. I obviously reported the incident to TheFork, but that doesn't change the fact that I felt scammed. I will never set foot in there again and will do everything I can to dissuade my friends from going.

02/05/2026: In Google it said it opened at 7 but it was actually 7.30. The restaurant is a bit out of the way with nowhere to go for half an hour so it wasn’t a good start as the staff showed no initiative by offering us a drink whilst they finished preparing for the start of the evening. The service once we got in was fine but nothing special and a bit reserved. First courses of cold meats were ok and the fillet steak was good. We did not appreciate the cotoletta though. It was so huge it killed the appetite and was dry and pretty tasteless. A lot was left but no comment made by the waiter. We left straight away and again no comment made. Not somewhere I would recommend.

27/04/2026: We spent a truly enjoyable day. Lots of tranquility, in an oasis of peace. We ate abundantly and well... And, what's not to be taken for granted, we felt welcomed, like a Sunday family lunch. Definitely recommended.
30/03/2026: A piece of Sardinia in the Modena mountains. We had dinner with colleagues to try Sardinian cuisine, and Valentina outdid herself. Everything was excellently cooked and made with quality ingredients. The hospitality and fantastic atmosphere are typical of the Sardinian people. Highly recommended. Thank you, Valentina.

11/04/2026: I wasn't satisfied at all. We stopped by for a beer and to try the polenta platter... He insisted on serving us two platters... which we refused. We only wanted one. With the price... A bottled beer was 9 euros. Even though it was good, it was too expensive. A cover charge of 2 euros + 2 euros for a plate and two forks... At the end of the day, the polenta platter wasn't even homemade, industrial in my opinion. A beer 23 euros.
03/02/2026: Maybe it's because I go back every now and then, for a good glass of wine, then I'm there... an appetizer, a platter, two cheeses. Finally, I sit down at the table and eat... There's always a warm atmosphere, soft music... A must-try if you're in the mountains.

31/05/2026: I'm writing this review to challenge what Mr. Cubitosi, who I'm sure was sitting at the table next to mine last night (there were only two occupied tables), wrote. Mr. Cubitosi wrote a terrible review, lacking ANY detail. Who benefits from such a review, beyond boosting his ego? Certainly not the restaurateurs who don't know what they did wrong, nor the customers who don't know what to avoid. Anyway, here's my (slightly more detailed) contribution. A very quiet and charming place, with tables outside (covered) and inside. Fixed menu. Appetizer: crostini with a slice of beef (tongue, I think) and truffle; for those who wanted it, there was a version without truffle. I'm picky about "minor" cuts of meat (mea culpa) and didn't appreciate it very much, but my five guests—a German couple accustomed to eating well and their three children—enjoyed it very much. First courses: green tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with a butter and sage sauce. A classic, very well prepared; the sage had a lovely aroma. Personally, I prefer them with more spinach and less ricotta in the filling, depending on the taste. Another first course: crepes filled with zucchini and sausage; very good. Three second courses: a generous helping of roe deer fillet: delicious (perfectly cooked); beef fillet with button mushrooms, very good, though a bit on the spicy side for me; fried beef cutlet, also very good. Fresh salad on the side. Dessert: tart with sour cherries, excellent. The portion wasn't huge, but we could have asked for seconds. Second dessert, for adults only: hard cheeses in alcohol. Excellent, they took me back many years; I used to eat them as a kid. Finally, coffee and various liqueurs. Finally, there were two cats (not bothersome), which piqued the curiosity of everyone present, especially the children.
30/05/2026: We returned last night, remembering the previous positive experience from a year ago....instead it was a really big disappointment, perhaps we ate better in the canteen...never again

09/01/2026: A mountain hotel that's a bit dated but well-maintained and clean. It has everything you need. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent for skiing in Abetone or Le Polle/Cimone, or for visiting Lago Santo and Giovo, or the nearby village of Fiumalbo.

01/05/2026: Ristorante alla Peschiera is a restaurant located near a large stream. It features a spacious interior (two dining rooms) and a distinctive style with fireplaces, paintings, and more. The daily menu is €30, offering generous, traditional, and high-quality dishes. I recommend the trout and their tortelli with ragù. The staff are professional and the owner is truly friendly.
02/03/2026: Alla Peschiera restaurant and trattoria in Fontanaluccia. Located on the Dolo River, the restaurant is very welcoming, with lots of exposed woodwork and a wide variety of objects serving various purposes. It's spacious, with a view of the river, and it makes you feel very comfortable, yet very informal. We can admire paintings by the naive artist Anthony. The authentic, homemade dishes are delicious. The fried trout is excellent, as are the cured meats and tortelli with ragù. I also add the mushroom scallops. Their Lambrusco is good. The staff is courteous. The owner is friendly and personable. The price is truly reasonable: €30 per person, excluding spirits. Free adjacent parking.
