29/12/2025: The restaurant has a spacious dining room that exudes a sense of authenticity; the decor, a reassuring throwback to the 1980s, is accompanied by relaxing background music. Brightly colored tablecloths and an extremely clean atmosphere complete the ambience. The owner is very kind and carefully explains the many dishes on the menu, including several fresh pasta dishes. It's a regular spot. Last night I ordered: - Vietnamese rolls: excellent, with a successful balance of flavors and spices; - Thai rice: flavorful and slightly spicy; - Chicken with Chinese mushrooms and bamboo shoots: the highlight of the evening: tender meat, well-blended ingredients, and an excellent sauce, which I dipped the remaining rice in. Quick and friendly service, very fair prices. Recommended: a true reference point for those looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant.

The gnocco fritto and cured meats are highly recommended as starters, followed by a traditional first course. Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is spacious but not overwhelming.

16/12/2025: August 2025 While house-sitting and pet-sitting in Emilia-Romagna, I had the pleasure of experiencing several hotels and restaurants. This was a truly special experience, and I still long for this place and its honest owners and staff. Here are the details… Very late one evening, I received a truly royal welcome and was treated to a delicious meal at this restaurant. The owner personally attended to me, a latecomer. I was shown to a lovely table for two, beautifully set, and we discussed the dishes that I might enjoy. I was overwhelmed by the quality of the food, the recommended wine, and the ambiance, and I was simply delighted. A week later, I had another excellent experience with a neighbor who, after my previous visit, was eager to try Siberia. He, too, was full of praise, this time in true Italian style. The food was divine. They remembered me and were pleased that I had returned. 11/01/2026: Beautiful location, even the dining room. Unfortunately, the food is rather mediocre, and the bill is too high for what you get. Everything seems recycled and reheated... a farmhouse setting only; the dinner felt like it was in a hotel for German tourists, the only ones who might appreciate the wine at this restaurant.

26/10/2025: I didn't stay here, but I was a guest at a wedding. Both the food and the hospitality went well. I have allergies, and once the problem was identified, they did their best to resolve it, even though they had been notified in advance and hadn't taken the necessary precautions.

14/11/2025: Delicious pizza, thin crust, lots of different flavors, very unique. Whole wheat pizza is also available. In the summer, you can sit outside, although the inside is truly quaint, with its dedication to rock music! Prices are reasonable. Anyone who loves rock music is a must-visit, just like anyone who loves good pizza!

27/11/2025: A typical truck stop restaurant, where quantity trumps quality. There's no democracy here, where you're forced to sit wherever the manager directs you, who optimizes seating. It can be a convivial evening with strangers, or a nightmare.

28/10/2025: It couldn't be better. If you appreciate quality, kindness, and lightning-fast service, go there. The place is unique and very beautiful, but I paid more attention to the food than the place. Recommended by someone who knows the local restaurants very well, I invited my guests, a Japanese and a Chinese, and we were all delighted. The value for money is incredible: excellent quality and very reasonable prices. My Chinese guest said it was better than a restaurant in a 5-star hotel in Bologna, to which I had invited her previously, at a very significant expense. She told me the food is like what our grandmothers used to make at home. I can't give a higher compliment.

04/10/2025: A menu that doesn't have many choices and changes frequently. Besides the usual Crescentine, which are always good. The interior is a bit cramped, but that's because it's full of beautiful products for sale. The outside is very nice in the summer for lunch, breakfast, or an aperitif. The only shame is that it's almost on the street, so the smog blows right onto the tables. The staff is always very friendly.

23/12/2025: Truly a stunning place and exceptional staff. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay because, after booking the suite, I had to cancel due to family issues. Despite this, I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart: they immediately accommodated me with extreme kindness and courtesy, without asking for further explanations and promptly refunding my money. Rare professionalism and humanity. Thanks again, I'll definitely be back!

01/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at the Gelso Bianco Resort wasn't entirely positive. During my stay, I had an unpleasant incident involving a personal item that I couldn't find, and the way the situation was handled left me truly disappointed. I have no complaints about the facility or the food, which was very good. Overall, however, I wouldn't recommend this property.

27/09/2025: We came here for a drink. The staff is very fiendly! They spoke a little english, and tried their best to communicate with us. The pie and the other baked food is very good! The coffee is good! The cocktail was also delicious. I would definitely come back here!!

17/11/2025: I'd never been there before, but I was very satisfied! We ate pappardelle with wild boar, tortelloni vecchia Modena (you could add the balsamic vinegar to your taste...well done!), gnocco, and tigelle with delicious cured meats and cheeses! We didn't hold back on second helpings or drinks! Congratulations!

02/02/2026: Dinner with friends, there were 14 of us. Four of us asked for a fish menu for €45. We were told that the kitchen told us it wasn't possible because at least ten people had to ask for it. So, okay, we ordered what other friends were eating. The meat menu included gramigna, tortelloni, tigelle, and cold cuts. Three trays of gramigna for 14, three tortelloni each. The cold cuts arrived, and 15 minutes later the tigelle. Obviously, the cold cuts were halved. Basically, I managed to get five tigelle, a little overcooked gramigna, and three tortelloni. I don't know what the house wine was. It was so confusing it felt like we were at a stadium; we couldn't communicate. We finally got to the end of the ordeal and were presented with the bill of €36.00 each, an evening at Massimo's for €15.00. I apologize for any grammatical errors, but I hope the gist is clear. I will never go there again.
