20/08/2025: Really good pizza and affordable. Had it as takeaway as we were in a hurry. It was nicely packed and kept warm till we came back. Staff is friendly, we also got a 2L soda for free. There are lots of pizza combinations available, we just ordered the classic.

10/07/2025: No hello, they put the QR code on the table as a card and you have to figure it out on your own. We arrived, the terrace was empty. We sat down to have a drink, so we ordered an aperitif. I personally wasn't thirsty at the time. The waiter came into the bar and then left, telling me that drinking was mandatory (on the boss's orders). A bottle of water, without a glass, which I asked for 20 minutes later when the waiter came out of the bar. Terrible service and business sense.

26/07/2025: We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The cold cuts were high-quality, the tartare excellent, but what really stood out was the cheese board. The service was also prompt, and the host was truly knowledgeable and welcoming. Recommended

15/06/2025: Torno dopo un anno con mia moglie in questo locale che ricordavo con grande affetto (un pranzo e una cena l’anno scorso). Decidiamo di andare a cena la nostra ultima sera a fanano. Cosa dire? Un notevole peggioramento..il tagliere misto completo, di cui ricordavo i buonissimi sapori, ridotto a degli affettati discreti e tre pezzetti di formaggio..ma delusione ancora maggiore, il lardo da spalmare sulle crescentine calde (quelle si ancora buonissime) assieme al parmigiano non ci viene portato e siamo costretti a chiederlo così che ci viene portato solo alla fine della cena..ci eravamo dimenticati, la triste spiegazione (come si fa a dimenticarsi mezzo piatto, oltre tutto a inizio serata col locale ancora mezzo vuoto???)..le verdure grigliate descritte nel menu sul primo di mia moglie sono ben lontane da quanto promesso (poche e di scarsa qualità)..peccato, niente a che vedere con i ricordi dell’anno passato. Speriamo fosse solo una serata no del locale, altrimenti da dimenticare..

The food is of good quality and the service is attentive and courteous; whoever takes care of the room is always available to explain and advise. 19/05/2025: Enchanting location for this farmhouse located in the heart of the Frignano Park, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in the Ospitale valley at an altitude of 1150 meters. Excellent traditional cuisine. Very friendly and helpful managers with a Tuscan accent. We will soon try the overnight stay. Also suitable for groups who practice yoga given the tranquility of the place and the structure that allows it.

05/05/2025: I stayed at the Feliceto and discovered an enchanting, welcoming place with attention to the smallest furnishing details, which make it a truly welcoming place. Typical cuisine but with a touch of personality that distinguishes it.

09/06/2025: I spent the last night of my cycling tour at the Prà Rosso farmhouse. Even though I arrived on Thursday, a day when there is no catering, and since I was on a bike, Mrs. Emanuela was very kind and prepared an excellent dinner for me and compliments also to her husband Raffaele for the excellent cuisine. The breakfast was also excellent, suitable for us cyclists. The room and bathroom were very beautiful, with impeccable cleanliness and furnishings in harmony with the agricultural environment. Emanuela is a kind and friendly host. I highly recommend this location.

The waiters very dynamic and hospitable and make you feel very at ease. The food very tasty and good raw materials and they have many of their tasty and intriguing specialties also based on liver and mushrooms. 22/07/2025: Dinner in the vineyard, with an enchanting atmosphere. From the start, the waiters pampered us with a delicious appetizer offered by the house. For first courses, we had tortellini verde del casone and tortelli rosa alla tropea with butter and sage, simply divine. Then we continued with gnocco, tigelle, and burlenghi accompanied by their cured meats, cheeses, spare ribs (fantastic), and mixed vegetables. We concluded with homemade desserts that made the evening a perfect end. What can I say? With the atmosphere of the vineyard, the sunset that accompanied us, and the live music, this experience deserves 5 stars!

03/07/2025: First Wednesday of July at Centrale Everything was perfect, exceptional staff, delicious food! We have been to this place several times and have always had a good time, The only sore point was the atmosphere ruined by an inappropriate gesture from a woman who came to have a drink after dinner. Definitely not lucid!!! She ruined the nice atmosphere and offended all the staff!!! GOOD GUYS!!!
