We passed by during the Camino de la Union and they welcomed us with disarming kindness, even providing us with ice for one of the group who had a sore knee, the place is very beautiful and they are very kind.

The family welcome makes you feel at home; the atmosphere is simple and old-fashioned, a little dated, but this, too, has its charm. The prices are also old-fashioned; you can enjoy a delicious lunch without worrying about the cost. A complete lunch, including a first course, second course, side dishes, and desserts, plus coffee and bottled wine, costs €25 each. On your last visit, try the rosettes, which are amazing. The charm of the surrounding landscape and the small, ancient village of Samone completes the wonderful experience.
